I needed extensive engine repair, for my 2005 Chevy Colorado. Pontes did everything, including a vast search for hard to find parts. What a phenomenal job they did. My truck runs better than ever, and Ive owned it since mile 7. The included service guarantee is also extensive. There's nothing in the world, like a small family business, who take pride in all they do. I will only go to Ponte's, for all maintenance and repairs, from now on. For my most-recent 75,000-mile check up, Mark and John made sure that my car was serviced correctly and scheduled for pickup on time and on the agreed upon charges. One of the best businesses I've ever dealt with. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. Both of the front office guys, Mark and John are extremely polite and informative. The owners are usually around to keep things running smoothly. Much much better than a dealer or a chain.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Ponte s for several years and I have been consistently pleased with their work, level of service and pricing. Recently, I had an issue with one of my vehicles and they were persistent in identifying the problem and were able to resolve the issue. I trust Ponte s and will continue to have them perform the service on my vehicles.

I can not speak highly enough of John. I called to get an estimate for work that I know I need done on my Jeep. I was told an amount for the cost of the work by Jeep dealership, thought it seemed a bit high. John took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, looked up the cost of parts & figured out the cost, which turned out to be similar in cost as the dealership. He was also very straight forward in explaining why he recommends that the work be completed at the Jeep dealership vs his shop. We also reviewed the possibility of selling or trading my Jeep in & what make & models he recommends as good quality vehicles. Also gave me recommendations as to where to have my Jeep appraised. He absolutely went above & beyond what was asked of him & I can't thank him enough for taking the time to be so thorough, kind & honest.

I have been have two automobiles serviced by Ponte's Auto Care for at least ten years and my experience has been nothing but 5 Star service. It is easy to make appointments and my vehicles are always ready at the agreed time. I have never had to go back with an issue.The staff is always courteous, polite and caring. I would recommend Ponte's to anyone desiring experienced and prompt auto service.

Amazing amazing amazing! I went to Ponte's to get my ac check and the men there were awesome! They were informative and explained the services to me in a way that i could understand. They made me feel comfortable, took their time to check out my car, finished in a timely manner, and I didn't drive away feeling like i got ripped off. Not to mention my ac is BOOMING! I will def be coming back

Our car was in for an oil change and tire rotation.It's like the old days when you would go in for gasoline and they use to check Everything out. They topped off the fluids and checked the tire pressure in the tires. I've been going here for 12 years. Spent a lot of money in this place. I thought I'd get a little more respect and service for that reason, but basically they didn't want to help one bit. This place is definitely not what it used to be. I took my car elsewhere and got done what I needed. Thanks for the 12 years. PonteOver one month ago and no response. No email. Nothing that's quality customer service. Baby

Friendly, reliable and trustworthy service. Can't remember a time when greeted with nothing but a friendly face. I understand it is expected, but it's obvious they want my business and seem accommodating. Never had a problem with their repair or maintenance. Referred to them and now we refer others.

WOW, Super impressed! I have to say that I was really taken by surprise how good an experience I had at Ponte's today. Dan was really cool, friendly, and no BS. The waiting room is small but VERY clean, with a really nice coffee and snack bar for customers who are waiting. Really, it could not have been a better experience. Usually at auto repair places the guys are surly and gruff, but these guys (Dan and the techs) are very approachable and friendly. What a well-run business! I will definitely return.

First, let me give you the good news. They are very friendly. They sometimes do things for little or no charge. I had been going there for about 10 )))years; one day I had a flat because of a nail in a tire and they repaired the tire for no charge. Awesome.Unfortunately, the consistency of service is a bit disappointing. I took my car to have the oil changed. Usually, they change the oil and check the fluids, like every other company. Unfortunately, I would discover in a few weeks that one or more fluids (usually the anti-freeze in the radiator or window washing fluid) was unusually low. A bit sloppy.What finally forced me to change to a different company was their ability to create $1000+ problems. If you own a car for a long time and realize it is near the end of its usefulness, you expect to encounter potentially expensive problems. However, when you say you are thinking about getting a new car and they recommend you invest in the repairs because the car should be good for another 50,000 miles, then 4 months later say you need to pay another $1500, it is concerning. When you take the company to another one that charges you $200 to fix the same problem, it is very disappointing. When you take the car to have 1 tire change and they refuse unless you buy 4 new tires, that is irritating, especially when you later learn that most other companies will change that or 2 tires (if both front or both rear tires are in bad shape, you really need to replace both), then it is very irritating.So, if you need your oil changed, go ahead. If you have a serious problem, consider shopping around.

It's nice to see that some businesses still have integrity. These guys are always friendly and honest with what they find. If there is an issue, they make a recommendation. If there's something that might be an issue down the road, they mention it along with the pros and cons of whether you could/should wait or address it ahead of time. Never any pressure or scare tactics for unnecessary work. If I have the choice, I'll never go anywhere else.

The first time I used this business was perfect. Needed with service and they provided it. Got in same day, got the car back same day. I suppose this could have been coincidence, but that didn't matter too me at the time. They were progressive and helpful. 5 star

Just got my car back from Ponte's. As in the past, very happy with the service and price for all of the work. I appreciate the way they inspect my car for any problems and if they find any they call before fixing them.Very honest auto repair center.

After years of searching for a good mechanic, I am thrilled and relieved to have found one. These guys are honest and good at what they do, and they take pride in (and guarantee) their work. My old Camry is now running beautifully. Finally, it's in good hands!

My first time going and Mark was very professional. He priced the work done on my vehicle very fairly and they also have triple A discount! I would recommend this business to anyone who asks.

This review isn t about their service. It s more about the employees, especially Chris who s the general manager. My fianc� went in for an oil change and was told she needed some work done so instead of playing phone tag just to give her phone number so they can text about appointments. Not too long after that she gets a text from Chris and it has nothing to do with her car. He s saying things such as he had a thing for Asians and it was the other way around. Just things a scumbag would say especially since he knows she s engaged while he s also married.Of course I m livid once I hear about this so I call to talk to Chris and also the owner. Now I m not saying I acted professional while talking to Chris but if he s flirting with my fianc� knowing that she s engaged not many people would be. Instead of getting an apology from him, he s denying the whole thing, while I m reading his messages to her, being completely rude and unprofessional. I have included the texts on Yelp so you re free to judge for yourself to see if his text was business related like he s stating it is.Once I talked with the owner, Jim Ponte, he was apologetic. He was professional but didn t seem like he s taking the situation seriously even though he keeps on saying he is. He was saying I know Chris for 6 years and that s something that he wouldn t do or intended to do. Obviously you don t know him that well. For a small business, I expect the owners to have professional and respectful employees so I was expecting him to say he s no longer employed. Instead he s flip flopping on what disciplinary action to take against him. He says he s going on probation. Then he s moving to a lower title. Next his paycheck will get affected which is telling me nothings probably going to happen to him. His reason for not firing him is because the way the auto business is he ll just get a new job right away, which is an awful reason. If you ladies want to take a chance getting hit on by Chris while getting your cars inspected this place is for you.
