Awesome experience at this top-notch shop!Had an alignment issue with my vehicle that TWO separate Jeep Dealer service centers were unable to solve. My usual independent shops were booked out for a week or more, but I was able to schedule a same-day appointment online on Campanella s website.Received a confirmation call from Jeremy soon after requesting an appointment, and was able to provide additional details regarding the specific issues with my vehicle. Jeremy was attentive and receptive to my concerns.Check-in was seamless, and a team member was happy to give me a lift to a nearby restaurant so I could relax and have some lunch while I waited. The crew performed a test drive and a full inspection of my vehicle, and emailed me the photos and details of their findings.The alignment was performed in a reasonable amount of time, and most importantly it was done correctly. Our Jeep drives perfectly now.The whole crew at Campanella s were personable and professional. I will be sure to recommend them to everyone, and I will not hesitate to return in the future. Thanks again for the excellent service!!

Very Professional crew! Kareem and Steve were very courteous shuttle drivers. Their service is unsurpassed and they will accommodate you if you are pressed for time. Andy and Rob explained in easy-to-understand terms what needed to be done to my car. Highly recommend!

Brought my car in to be serviced. They performed a courtesy inspection as well. They provided me with a full pricing breakdown of the services suggested. Rob was very polite and professional. He kept me informed as the work progressed. I like the ease of their text communication. My extended warranty covered some of the cost of the repairs. There was a balance left that I did have to pay. The pricing is a little expensive but overall competitive with other shops in the area. I did notice an improvement with how my car drives after the service was performed. I m also bringing my car back to the shop in a few days so they can double check if there are any issues with any parts leaking at no extra charge.

Very professional and thorough. Bill was great to work with, and Dennis was very courteous when he gave me a ride home to wait for my car to be complete.I brought my car in for an oil change, they did a full inspection and gave me a list of recommended maintenance/repairs, with pictures and an idea of urgency. I didn t feel pressured into anything, and decided to move forward with the most urgent, do a few easy things myself to save money and save some things for later.I wish they could have given an itemized breakdown of the total estimate, but I understand that the price of some of the repairs may have been influenced by other work being done. Bill did a great job explaining everything and working from the total estimate down to what I wanted to have completed this time.I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

100% recommend Paul Campanella s Auto & Tire Center. I m a college student about 3 hours away from home so I can t always wait until I go home for oil changes or any other maintenance. Everyone that I have talked to has been VERY nice and as a 20 year old who doesn t know much about cars, they make me feel comfortable. They will discuss inspection results with me, but they willingly go out of their way to call my dad and discuss if further work will be scheduled. I used their Shuttle Service for this first time today and it was great! I had different drivers dropping me off and picking me up. Each person was very personable and easy to talk to. As a college student away from home, I am really glad I found Paul Campanella s Center!!

First time here, needed an oil change and they gave me the works! Rob was super helpful explaining everything and working with my fianc� and I. He also gave some great tips for keeping my new(ish) car in top shape! The whole staff was wonderful and I ll definitely be back :)

These guys were great. I dealt with Jeremy and he was one of the most communicative reps I have ever worked with. He kept me in the know constantly, gave me a ride home, offered to pick me up, etc. Even just driving the car home felt the best it's felt in years. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. They got it done very quickly and efficiently.

Had my vehicle towed over night. They looked at it promptly. My biggest issue with the vehicle was covered under manufacture warranty & they helped me verify that and get my vehicle to the dealer. They did routine maintenance before it was taken there quickly and affordable. Andy was great to work with.

Went to 5 shops and no one had the tires nor the ability to do it same day except them. I got another nail in my tire a few months later and the new tire was free to replace with the road hazard protection vs almost $400 for it. Jeremy helped me and he was amazing!

For any maintenance or repair for my car I have only gone to Campanella s. The service is great. The staff is great. An overall great experience. The shuttle service is very convenient as well and with the great service I know I m leaving my car with people I can trust! Rob at the front desk has helped me out multiple times and has provided me with great customer service! If you re reading this review just know you can trust Campanella s!

I recently took in my 2016 Subaru Wrx in for a wheel install and alignment. Everything went flawless! Jeremy was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a detailed run down of everything. He also made sure I was comfortable with the total cost of everything before proceeding. They also inspected the car very thoroughly and told me what exactly I needed for immediate replacement and things coming up (provided pictures, etc). I will definitely be back!

I recently visited Paul auto center and had the pleasure of dealing with Rob. I must say, his honesty and transparency were truly refreshing. My car, being on the older side, presented some issues that were not worth the hefty repair costs. Jeremy and team took good care of me when I showed up with a flat tire this morning. Service was quick even though I just showed up without an appointment. Normally I have used the dealer for auto maintenance. This time I needed to go somewhere quickly and close. I decided to use a local business, Paul Campanella's Auto & Tire Center Pike Creek. I dealt with Andy primarily, however the entire staff was so friendly and authentic. They made my car drive like a new car again. I want to thank all of the staff at Paul Campanella's and let them know that they have a new loyal customer. I will be returning for some other needs that I need to have addressed in the near future. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this business as the service is A+! Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating! Thanks Andy and Jeremy!

I dropped off a flat tire from my other car to get looked at and patched up.Jeremy called me back within 4 hrs and had it ready for me to pick up along with a quote for a full tire replacement.Amazing service.Jeremy didn t even charge me for it! I know where I ll get my new set of tires next time :)Great place and great service.Highly recommended.

I had to deal with a third party mechanic. When the person arrived, I was out the door in 15 minutes. The estimate was lower than the original, and that was a first. Awesome service! Made an appointment with another company & they didn t have me in the system. I called over and they got me in immediately! Jeremy had my truck in and out within 30 minutes of walking in the door. All in time for me to get to work. Highly recommend!

Brought my car in to fix a nail hole in the front tire. These guys inspected the entire vehicle, fixed the tire, and provided a detailed, photo documented report. When I picked up the car, I was prepared for at least a $25 charge. No sir! They plug tires at no charge. Amazing. All that information, a thorough inspection, a fixed tire and all at no charge. I ll be back next time I. Red an auto repair.Thanks to Tony at the front desk and the technicians.

Great service and very thorough! They went above and beyond to accommodate me with getting back to my car from home. They also send you a link with comments and details of what they inspect. I have an American car and going to recommend to my mom for an older foreign car for her repairs.

The team at Campanella s auto shop was respectful and very helpful. They kept me informed of the progression of the repairs. They followed up by phone and not by informal emails or text on how everything was going during and after the repair. I will be returning to Campanella for all my services from a simple oil change to a major repair.

Their service is great, they tend to your needs. They have drop off service so they will pick up from your house and take you back to shop and Vice versa. Last they give you a very thorough inspection of your entire vehicle not just the problem at hand so you have an idea of your entire vehicles health
