Haven t gotten any work done but I have called several times after taking my info each time was told someone would get back to me with an estimate for labor, I m still waiting. I m only a block way from the shop I tried to come in there yesterday 3/15/24 in person with my car, but there were vehicles blocking the entrance so I gave up.

Had an appointment at 9 and I ve been waiting for 6 hours to replace break pads. Waste of time. No time management. They say waiting for parts for other car to be fix. They can t fix my car until they fix other.
