I drive a modified car and I don t have stock rims. Called and talked to Christina Moreno. Told her how other tire shops won t put my tires ion due to the tires not matching the stock size and at this point it was a safety issue due to wires showing in my tires. She informed me it shouldn t be a problem as long as my car wasn t to low. It still was lower than their machine but her and her mechanics still were able to put the car on the lift. Great customer service. There was a rude gentleman before me and she handled the situation extremely professionally.Definitely will go back to this location as long as she s there for my tire and alignment needs.

Extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and get me right in for an oil change. They were thoughtful enough to add the much needed wiper fluid, too! Fabulous experience! Great team of people!

I had a wonderful experience getting four new tires. Everything was well communicated. I was given a clear understanding of information and was able to stay in a great price range. I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase new tires. 10/10 experience.

I stopped in without an appointment because I was in the area with a low tire pressure. I had to travel to pa and back to NJ. I was helped immediately and professionally and quickly! Amazing service. Please utilize their services.

Robert, Izzy, and Omar were excellent. My wife and I came into NTB with a puncture in a tire. It was 10 minutes til closing. These gentlemen did an excellent job repairing the tire. I suggest you hire more men like them. Thank you.

I originally came in for an oil change and ended up needing an alignment as well. Izzy was very nice and helped me with the best price possible to ensure I was able to get both services done. I will be returning!

This NTB location is by far the worst shop I ve ever been to. Went there for new tires, balance, and aliment. When I arrived for my appointment they asked me if I wanted to wait or come back. They told me 90 minutes to do the job so I decided to wait. 3.5 hours later they finally finished the job and handed me my alignment sheet which clearly showed the alignment was off and they tried to tell me I needed to buy a kit from the dealership to fix it which is a lie. I go to leave and find all 4 of my rims were damaged. The rims were scratched through the powder coat down to the bare metal around the entire rim of all 4 wheels. $1300 in damages to my truck. You might save a few bucks using this shop but trust me it isn t worth it. It will likely cost you more in the end.

The mechanics at Mavis/NTB are kind, helpful and straightforward. I ve been here twice to get tires and then an alignment. They re fast, efficient, and helpful at explaining issues. Thank you for the lovely service! I ll be back

My first time there -600 miles from a oil change( I was past do) I spoke with the Manger Robert very nice and polite. Price was better then I expected I request a tire rotation. The new crew was very nice polite and friendly & Christine was a angel. Thank you guys

This store yet again never fails me. Friendly staff Rob and his team always offer great service at affordable prices. I truly appreciate a service place that I don t feel taken advantage of when I leave! 10/10

When january twenty sixth I purchased four tires and a alignment on my car. Drove the car to north jersey. Car pulled hard left and vibrated at speed of 70 mph. Took car to Mavis in Mt. laurel NJ. Car had to be realigned and tires re balanced. The allighnment was over 1 degree out and. The technician never took the old weights off the wheels. was called by John Regional manager he' did apologize and I do have better feelings that things will turn around at that location. 4 stars now for Mavis

Ive always come here whenever a problem with my wheels/tires occur, like punctured tires or even a cracked rim. Each time ive been helped by Izzy and he always comes through! He's been quick everytime and results always come out with high quality!

Robert Did such a great job getting me in and out! I came in stressed about my new car check engine light being on and he assured me he would figure out what was wrong! Found out my dealer sold me a faulty car and Robert printed out my diagnostic and told me to get my money back! If you have an issues with your car definitely take it to Robert he s GREAT with his hands and will help you!

Robert and the team helped a Jersey girl out. Came to PA from Jersey and realized I had a tire leak. Five minutes to closing his guys were ready to start their weekend. Took me in and on my way back home!! Thanks NTB!! If anyone is ever in a jam, call Robert and his crew!!

I went in for an alignment, but Robert pointed out another problem I had failed to mention. He was able to fit me in, and fix my shakey wheels, too. I knew it was bad, but it did not occur to me to mention it. I am so happy with the repairs, and my car drives like a dream! Thank you Concord Pike NTB for your service repair!

Called late afternoon to see if I could drop off my truck and have them replace rear tires the next morning. I had to drive back home to Virginia so I asked if they could have it done by 12pm. She said sure, no problem, so I had a friend take me there and drop it off. Once I got there she assured me again it would be done by 12:00 and even wrote "done by 12pm" in big red letters on the ticket. When I called the next day at 12:00, the guy said they voted to have it done by 5pm. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to just pick it up without getting the tires. Don't promise someone you can meet their request and then make no effort to make it happen. Will never use NTB again

I had a flat tire and went in right before their closing time before the Christmas holiday, they took me in with no appointment and were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this location and will absolutely be going there again.

Thank you. I had PRE ordered the tires I needed. (Online deposit) Although I had to wait a couple days until they came, I had super friendly service with all representatives and a nice waiting atmosphere. Really nice personell and i got to photograph my under carriage as i was wondering how it looked. I was also wondering if I needed an alignment but I only had two rear tires replaced. liked it there so much I am considering applying for work. Nice team! And I m sure they ll explain my bill to me any time I call, I was in a hurry to leave. I was glad to get out and have a new smooth ride home. Thank you.
