Took my r35 after I got in a wreck. Took super long with parts but Colby and his team did amazing. The car feels the same and has no issues. They were honest about the 2nd bumper I ordered and said for me to find another one so I found a better one

Excellent work! 2020 Kia Stinger. New vehicles require a lots of detail, so when it came down to choosing a shop to perform work on my car, it was crucial! I always heard nothing but good things about Northeast body shop, not to mention this place has been around for ever! I called the shop, spoke with Charlie I was able to secure a spot within the same week. Start to finish, the work performed took a little over three days. Pictures honestly doesn't do it justice. I was truly amazed by the level of professionalism and craftsmanship displayed! I cannot express the relief I felt after getting my car fixed here ! I had a previous quote for my repair that was more than TRIPLE what they charged here. The price was perfectly reasonable, they were very friendly and I will not be going anywhere else. The work was done quick, the parts were purchased the day I was there. I m really grateful.

Colby is the best. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they all deserve it. Best body shop by far in the Mid Atlantic, maybe even the East Coast

I must say that these guys are one of the best in The business. The prices and quality over exceed anyone's expectations. Their body shop services are rapid; I mean, in one to two weeks, your vehicle looks showroom ready. Look, if you want A-1 customer service and an excellent job on your car, choose Northeast Body Shop. You can also drop your rental off as well.

This is the best auto repair store in the area. Everyone at the store is patient and nice. I used to go to the 4s store before coming to this place. The labor fee is better than other stores (I already know the price of the parts). Their crew checks the car very carefully and professionally. They provided the estimate costs quickly. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Charlie and the rest of the crew at Northeast are truly a class act. It was refreshing to interact with everyone there and see that they care about doing the best for your vehicle and going above and beyond in their customer service. When my car had significant rear end damage they made it look like new and when there were some minor issues after the repair they even took it back in to make sure they were fixed. They even rented me a car for one day when I had to bring it back for something. If you have the unfortunate fate of being in an accident do yourself a favor and make this the first place you call. You will not be disappointed.

Northeast Body Shop took a motorhome with a broken subframe from the "totalled" category to better than ever. After hitting a serious pothole, two towing companies and a mechanic told us our motorhome could not be repaired and they even refused to tow us. Once Charlie and his expert team were on the job, the old girl was towed, the suspension system was evaluated and the subframe and exhaust system were repaired in a few days. Charlie treated us like friends and was the ultimate professional and in keeping us updated on progress, even when he was on vacation! Thank you so much, Charlie. I will still cook you a dinner in Florida if you ever visit the west coast!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Welding

I came here with my friend who owns a 2019 Honda HR-V. Her car's screen showed A1 maintenance required. Charlie and everyone in the crew at Northeast were really nice. They checked the car and asked for details about what happened to it. They also advised my friend on what she should do in this situation. I love this place and will definitely come back.

Had my car for a long time before declaring it a total loss, which if it had been done earlier would have saved me a lot on renting a car. No complaints about how I was treated just wish they'd been quicker about that. They're friendly and very helpful and I would still recommend them. I just think this is one area they could improve on.

I am extremely satisfied with the professional work that was done on my GMC acadia. The car was fairly well damaged and when I received it back it looked brand new. There was about $4,000 of damage done to my car so this was a major production. I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend Northeast body shop to anyone interested in getting the best value, courteous service and on time completion for their vehicle.

At least second generation family business. I have had 3 different vehicles serviced at NBS over the past 20 years. Terrific work at a fair price. What more could you ask for? Neighborhood may be a little sketchy but not these guys. I grew up near by so I know it's fine during business hours. Owner spent a good 20 minutes to a half hour fixing a sun roof for me once and I had to force $50 bucks on him.

Been using this body shop since 2008. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the region. I had to have my latest damaged truck towed there and it was over 25miles. As a result, I will have to pay some of the towing out of pocket since my auto only covers a 25mile tow. I don't mind given the quality of work coming from Charlie and the guys.10/10 will continue to send any business that I or my associates have which requires auto body or other insurance-based auto repairs directly to Northeast Body Shop - do not pass Go, do not worry about places that are approved/integrated with your insurer.

Fair rates for good work. Charlie got our car fixed quickly and kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. Also the price on the estimate is what we were charged. Highly recommend them.

Love these guys! The second time Charlie and Dave have fixed my 20 year old Jaguar and they matched the paint perfectly! On top of being craftsmen who do the very best quality work, they are down to earth, friendly, and service oriented. Could not be more pleased with the work!

the only polite person that will actually greet you & say you re welcome is the older black guy , the heavy set white man seems prejudice as soon as i walked in the shop he asked for my payment before even making sure i was happy with the results of the work done on my car when i left i said Thankyou and he ignored me. So the two stars is for the black elderly man with home training.

Charlie and Dave are excellent. They were honest and upfront about everything about the vehicle I was interested in. Charlie treated me like he knew me for a long time and didn't try to "sell" me. He just gave me facts. I would totally recommend this shop for all of your needs, whether its service or sales...they will help you!

Northeast is AWESOME!!!!They have worked on 2 of my vehicles. 1 fairly minor repair, the other quite extensive (new frame). You would never know either 1 was in an accident. I would recommend Northeast to anyone!!

This body shop was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly/professional, the damages look as if they never happened. My father is a manager at a dealership, the body shop there doesn t even compare to the excellent service I received from Northeast Body Shop.

My family has been taking our cars here for years. The color matches on replaced bumpers or panels have been spot on. They have also replaced other components for us (washer fluid tank and pump). Family owned and friendly staff. They are the only good part of when one of us has a fender bender or accident.
