Will order whatever you need. My father has been ordering from NAPA since I was a little girl, and taking me with him.

Dennis is particularly good at not being helpful. If you want the right part, make sure to look up the part number because he is not willing to help you out in scenarios where you need to be creative. (Needed a marker light pigtail for a Dodge Viper but a pigtail from a Chrysler 200 ABS sensor will interchange). I knew this going into the store and even asked to sift through his inventory of Chrysler connectors. He wasn t even willing to try to help. I was forced to lookup the part myself and provide it to him. He was very surprised that they did have the part. I was not surprised because every time I deal with Dennis, or Norm (thank god he retired) it s the most painstaking experience. I d rather jump into a cactus bush with no clothes on than deal with these guys.Napa if you read your reviews please get some employees in there that are better problem solvers. They re also very understaffed.

Dennis is a lazy, incompetent, old man. For somebody who claims to have years of parts experience one might assume he is capable of cross referencing a filter number or looking up parts by the OE part number rather than vehicle application. He loves to show off his ASE parts pro pin and he is the example I would use to prove that passing a written exam doesn t mean you re qualified to perform a job.

Centerville road Slowest service. The other locations aren t bad. Time is money and their prices are already a bit higher than everyone else s. You have to double check their part numbers. I look them up first because they always screw one up. The only reason to go there is if you want ac delco parts. Otherwise I rarely get out of there in less than 20 minutes.

Dennis was extremely helpful! He educated me on three different topics that I asked others about that worked for the dealership(s) and never got answers that made sense of that we're logical. Dennis was very helpful on answering my questions, helping me with my spark plugs purchase and I had a very good time listening to him. Napa is very lucky to have someone like him to represent the company!

Very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable of cars and parts. Always smiling and polite. I enjoy getting my car parts from there because they are helpful and are great at suggesting things if u don't quite know exactly what u need.

I just called this store and some woman answered the phone. I told her I needed a drive belt, she ask if I had the part number. I told her it s a custom engine build and I didn t have a physical belt to give her to size up or part match. She then stated I need the old belt to measure the size. I gave her the dimensions (53.7 7rib V Belt) which is all the information she needed to see if she had that size in store. She then said again, I need the old belt. I asked to speak with another store associate she said she was the only one there. Why does she work at NAPA if she can t look up parts properly? It not difficult take the dimensions put the phone on hold and see if that size belt is in stock. Simple

Called Saturday about a radiator fan. Said they had to order it and it would be in by Monday. Called Monday, wasn't there. Called Tuesday to check and they said there wasn't any order. I had a half hour conversation with the guy in the phone about the part, and it still wasnt ordered from the warehouse by Tuesday. Absolute incompetence. Rockauto and Amazon it is. I hate that is come down to that but any parts store that can't provide parts is literally useless.

Worst experience I ever had . I order a gasket they said stop in 10 am next day . When I got they had no idea what I ordered took my name and number said would call when they find it . Never called . I called back at 2 something had to take name and number again . When they did call did not tell me power was out and I needed cash. When I got there I had to go get cash when I got back now can't make sales again . My stuff was on counter I had to point out finally sold me part . What a joke

I am helping my stepdad rebuild an antique truck with a trans/engine from a different year/unknown model. NAPA employees are several times more helpful and knowledgeable than the other chains in the area. To date, they are the only ones capable of finding the right parts!

Employees actually know what they're talking about here. Sure, you'll pay a wee bit more but you're paying more for better service, and the parts seem to be of better quality here. They can get hard to find items here too. Only 4 starts because the prices can be a bit more than the competition.

Good people to deal with. They actually know what they are selling versus some other parts stores in the area that hire those that didn't know a fuel filter from a hydraulic lifter...
