I genuinely love this Midas, the customer service is great! They have helped me with more than one car problem and are always polite and try their best to help me out with suggestions on upkeep and the like. Definitely would recommend.

First, MIDAS Auto Service (a.k.a.: FROM NOW ON THE ONLY PLACE I will take my car for service & TLC) is the Perfect name for this solid GOLD gem I discovered by chance at 3601 Miller RD in Wilmington, DE.I am SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED with EVERYONE & EVERY PART (see what I did there?) of my experience at this automotive shop in a red, shiny new (1 yr old), modern & comfortably sized building which peaks out from a slightly set back slope on Miller Rd, near Lea Boulevard.Gotta say, as far as 1st impressions go, they don t get any better than the one made by Reese (sp?) who answered (cough my endless questions, I mean) the initial call & set up the appointment. He is also the friendly face who greets you at the front desk when you walk into the entrance with comfortable waiting area. Chris, the owner (it turns out) was there too, quietly multitasking. Great chemistry between the two.Just as impressive, the really efficient, great service (you can watch through the window into the garage) and the professional and friendly guys working under the hoods . Nice, easy chemistry between them too. The whole team, just really nice, likable, low key, professional.Oh, and GREAT PRICE! I could not ask for a better experience. SOOOO glad I found this place!!! (Ps. One of my only reviews online & the Longest I ever intend to write:)

Went in with some issues. Mike was great, price was fair, communication was spot on , not complicated at all, got my car back the same day. Very satisfied with my experience will be going back. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing!! I have always received very good service at this place, they diagnosed the problem with my car, explained everything that needed to be done and the price for the service charged was very affordable! I love this place, thank you guys from Midas on miles rd!!

This location tried the charge $300 for the same services another location only charged $110. You need to be knowledgeable about cars to take your car here so you will not be taken advantage of. I wouldn't recommend this location if you have any other options.

Chris and his staff helped me with four new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. They were very professional and knowledgeable in giving me the best options for my vehicle. They were able to order the tires I requested and were great following up on scheduling me an appointment. I highly recommend them and will be back for my future vehicle needs.Service: Tires

Great experience at Midas in Wilmington - everyone is so nice, informative, and efficient. Reese went out of his way to go pick up a part for my car at a neighboring auto parts store in order for me to leave with my car today! Much appreciated!

Huge shoutout to Reese for my awesome experience at Midas. In what can only be described as very fitting of my life, one of my tires was moments away from falling off my car. From the initial phone call, to car drop off, to communication of their findings, Reese was kind, genuine, and honest. Having taken my car to various auto repair shops over the years, the customer service that I received here did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

I filled out an online form for an oil change and they called me to schedule within hours. My first impression was that it's very clean in this shop. I was constantly offered a cold water bottle by the manager, Reese, who is also a great conversationalist. The timing and price of my service was exactly as estimated. They even found an oil leak that I had suspected but was missed by other servicers. I had to wait for my car during these visits, and I witnessed a great sense of humor and repoire between the employees. I was treated well by each of them. It's clear that management takes pride in relating to each customer and making their visit pleasant in addition to getting the job done. Thanks for your help!

John was very kind, patient, and helpful and answered all of my questions. Though I didn't catch his name, the mechanic that worked on my car was polite, efficient, and quite quick. 5/5 will definitely be back if I need help again. Would definitely recommend.

Rating middle star because I went online to request a quote and the website and email said someone would respond 4 hours later. No one responded. And two days later I called only to find out they don't offer the service that is listed on the website. False advertising and a waste of my time

Disappointed spare tire not returned to its proper housing. Brought it to the attention of the service desk attendant and he immediately took care of the problem apologetically

Will definitely be coming back here. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Not pressured into any services I didn't need but was informed of what maintenance is recommended. Great service. I've never had a auto repair company reply to a internet repair estimate the next day at 8am. It was less than 24hours. Pep boys quoted me an estimate of $500 more than i paid at Midas (Miller road). I made an appointment the next day waited and drove away truly satisfied. Side bar the day of my appointment, i met the owner Chris. Real straight shooter and down to earth. No smoke to earn a buck.Great job guys

These guys are the BEST! I brought my car in to have it looked over before a road trip. The second I walked in I could tell they were good people - they knew the names of every customer, treated everyone with respect, and when they were out of the room the other customers in the lobby had nothing but glowing things to say about them. They were prompt and communicative about the status of my car after I dropped it off. They d quoted me a super reasonable price for the check, and when I picked my car up they refused to charge me anything at all because they hadn t needed to do any repairs. I would absolutely trust them with my car again!

My tire light came on and I needed this checked before going to work. I stopped by Midas and they were about to close. Nick was so kind to take a look at it for me . Checking the pressure and seeing if any nails were in it. I also came here for the first time a couple months ago to have my oil changed and Nick helped me as well. Midas is Westbrook is phenomenal! I have been coming here three years and I will never go anywhere else. Carmella and Jacqui are so friendly and accommodating. The work on my car has always been excellent and dependable. Five stars- no question.
