Had an issue with the splash guard on right front tire. Amazing Service. These guys are quick and they are very nice. Will be bringing my car back to this Midas for now on.

Great experience! Came in with a leaky tire, they took the time to look at everything and figure out a super niche issue with my car and fix it! Manager in particular is incredible, he went to pick up my speciality tire immediately and fixed it within an hour. Will come back!

Karl, hooked me up. They always get me in and out. In at 745 out by 810 needed the quick oil change because I had to head to work. Had all my hundred thousand mile service done here as well new tires, brakes, etc. I ve been taking my three cars here for the last 10 years.

This was by far the best place to have my truck serviced, Carl or (Karl) couldn t have been nicer or more welcoming It was the Holiday weekend and I didn t think I could get in boy was I wrong these guys rock!! Fixed it in a couple hours. I will recommend them to anyone.

The service desk was polite and the work (oil change, rotation) they provided during the recent visit was adequate and reasonably priced. Their "Closer Look Vehicle Check" should be improved. While I previously gave them 5 stars, I am changing it to 2 stars based on my recent visit. They recommended to provide multiple unnecessary services related to tires, brake fluid, air filters, etc. My car had only 16k miles on new tires, new brakes, new air filters etc. and these items didn't need replacement. Things that were overdue for service, such as flushing the radiator, were not mentioned.

Let me just start by saying, they had me at Hey this is Sebastian! - service was great- they listened to my concerns- were able to fit me in with in the hour (I understand that may not always be the case)- free reliable WiFi so I could work while I waited- confirmed the crazy grinding sound I was hearing coming from my right tire- presented a solution that made sense- the environment was great and I felt like there was no pressure to complete the repairs here as we just got our brakes done and needed to go back to that shop for warranty service- but let it be known that i was ready to drop $2500 for the repairs because the solution made sense, and the team was great.Backstory:I had an appointment schedule at a different Midas across town and only 8 mins from home but when I got there at 7:45am they unfortunately said they tried to email me to reschedule my appointment. I didn t not receive that and due to needing my oil changed and front end checked out before a drive to DC I needed to go somewhere else.I called the next closest location that was an additional 15 mins away and I am so glad I did! From the minute Sebastian answered the phone, I was greeted with a very pleasant greeting and my stress was immediately relieved. I showed up at 8:50am and they saw me right away.Great team and great conversations while I waited.

Scheduling my appointment online was very easy. My car was pulled in not long after my appointment time, and my oil change/tire rotation was wrapped up quickly. I'll definitely be back for this service again.

Went in for an oil change. First time going and service was awesome. Spent about an hour getting everything done.. Abbey at the front desk was very helpful with everything and making sure I received the correct services..

I had a flat tire and donut that needed to be switched out. i called and they were able to save the donut and actually repair the tire that had a nail in it within 20 minutes! everywhere else needed to keep my car over night but they were able to do it on the spot. they made a few recommendations as well for what needs to be done so i will for sure be coming back!

I just had my oil changed and tires rotated there for the first time tonight. The staff were down to earth, efficient and fast! They didn't try to take advantage of me by selling services I didn't need. I will return for other services.

Trash dishonest mechanics shop run by trash dishonest people.I come in for a 35 dollar oil change they jump up the price to 111 without telling me.I have a lot of work I need done on my car that I WONT BE TAKING TO THEM.

The guys at Midas were quick and made our visit one to remember. $1,200.00+ in repairs is nothing to sneeze at but Karl and Sebastian's jovial demeanor were contagious, and we left grinning.

Excellent service at front desk with Abbey and Karl. The mechanics cover everything to make sure your car is done right!Warren,Christopher,Casey This has been my go to shop for last few years. Fixing my old 2002 truck they have kept it running great.Recommend this Midas on the kirkwood Hwy 5 Stars !

I am a long time customer with Midas and trust them implicitly with my Corolla. Today Karl went above and beyond to get me in and out of the shop so as not to miss a day of work! More importantly he listened and assisted with discounts and financing and did every thing he could to make this manageable. I worked with Lance and another gentleman, and they were amazing. This was my first time here . I made an appt and as soon as I got there, they got right to me . Once the diagnostic was done , they gave me the info I needed and addressed every question and concern ( I'm very curious, so that was important to me). I'll definitely be back again!
