I ve been using Mike for 2 years. He s honest, pricing is fair, gets your car repaired quickly and I ve never had issues where I had to go back. Great guy I highly recommend.

Michael is a great auto mechanic. Very quick turnaround time on repairs. Good prices. Never charges for inspecting or test driving. And he's a great guy, too. One time I was about to go on a long drive when I thought I might have smelled burning coming from my brakes. Even though he was fully booked, he took time out of his lunch break to test drive my car for free and confirmed that it was safe to drive.

Michael has definitely been the best mechanic I've gone to since I moved to Delaware a couple years ago. His service is very fast, especially if you call him first, and he accommodates your needs appropriately based on both your automobile status and financial situation. I have referred him to many of my friends and they all agree that Michael's repairs are exceptional and they would go back to him for further automotive issues. Truly skilled at his profession and a friendly and kind character as well!

Thoughtful attitude, good services, thorough and solid work. The charge is reasonable and the mechanics are honest. They don t overlook any problems or try to charge you with unnecessary service. so grateful they fix the car

I have a Honda accord with engine light on a few months ago. I brought the car to the Michael's Auto Services and asked for solution. The owner, Mr. Shen, told me that he can replace a New catalitc converter and asked for $650. The owner promised that he can fix this issue, and proivide a warranty to me. I paid money and have the new catalitc converter installed in the car. About1-2 months later, the engine light was on again. Recently I sent the car back to the shop. The owner kept my car for 2 days and told me that he has fixed the issue of engine light. After just 1 day, the engine light was on again with same code. I brought the car to the shop and talked with onwer about solution. The owner suggested me to spend another several hundreds dollars and replace with another New atelitic converter. However, the owner refused to guarantee that the new replacement can fix the issue. The work quality and customer service of Michael's Auto Services are well below the average level of many dealer's or car repair shops !!! DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP !!!
