By far the best mechanic I've been to. George is a straight shooter and tries his very best to help you any way he can. He helped me get a loan (I have horrible credit). Not only did he fix my car, he made sure there were no hidden problems. My car runs better than ever! I highly recommend this shop and I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you George!

I ll go here over any auto mechanic shop. I m a young women who will get taken advantage of at other dealerships but this group of workers are honest and trustful. They fix my car without any issues. I can rely on them fixing it. I think George is the greatest human being! Such a nice guy, an angel. Thank you for being great.

The staff is polite & helpful. I ended up waiting two hours because the part couldn't be delivered any sooner, though I didn't deduct a star on that account. They didn't have a functional washroom, I feel that's a minus for someone who ends up spending two hours for a job that was supposed to take 45 minutes to an hour's time.Good service.

After replacing the battery something was wrong with my car, I didn t know what it was but every auto place I called they non hesitantly referred me to my dealer since my vehicle was a hybrid. I took a chance, already frustrated and called Meineke, when I tell you George was so amazing to me, they were able to diagnose it, order the parts and fix it and he called me yesterday 2/1 to let me know they were finished. George didn t refer me to my dealership, he stood on business and proved to me that I will always go to Meineke for my car needs!!!!! They took care of me and I was able to get approved for financing so I didn t have to pay the full balance thank you George and thank your workers on fixing my car! I m coming back definitely!!!

Random grinding started on my front suspension George had the suspension checked and pinpointed the problem. Replaced hub bearing and axel no more grinding. Super satisfied with work done. I highly recommend using this Meineke location

My car was acting very strange. Went to meineke they did a diagnostic test and found the problem! Car was fixed the very next day! George was very helpful and just an awesome person! Definitely will use this meineke again!! Thank you George for great service!!

I usually only have Meinenke do brakes and rotors for me. However my alternator died on my 09 Nissan Murano and needed an immediate repair. The gentlemen here did a great job identifying the problem and parts that were needed to repair the issue. Of course with mechanical issues there is the primary part that needs to be addressed and then secondary parts that are needed to ensure the warranty of the main issue. They solved both and addressed another issue for me as well. This is my first experience not taking my car to Nissan for repair and I am completely satisfied.

I went to meineke in Elsmere ,DE and I had a wonderful experience they did my oil change and let me know that I needed something else done to my truck and also gave me the price. I asked for a recommendation on a transmission and they gave me the info with no problem I really enjoyed my experience there and I will be back next month to get my rotors replaced thank you meineke

The people were friendly and professional . The quality of workmanship was excellent ! The Tech called me into the bay to make sure he got the tailpipes were exactly the way I wanted them . He called me in three times to make sure I was happy . It's great to see a business that still cares about the customer . I'm extremely happy with the finished job . I will definitely refer this Meineke shop to my friends. Oh , I didn't mention they gave me the best estimate in a 40 mile radius . They stuck to it , no surprises . A 10 out of 10 !Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system replacement

I originally visited Meineke 4 months ago asking to have my brakes replaced. However, the manager and owner let me know that my brakes had plenty of life in them and did not charge me for the inspection. I returned to have my brakes done and was pleased by the quick and high quality service. I appreciate their honesty and great customer service.

My experience with Meineke has been nothing great. I've been going to then since August of 2023; the services I have received are oil change, muffler repair and front & rear brakes and rotors.

They did an excellent job and they did it with remarkable speed.I will use them in the future. Their cost for the service was equal to other prices I had received.
