My new car service place! From beginning to end my experience here was excellent. I got a hold of a person the first time I called and they were able to make me an appointment for the following week. I dropped off my car at 7:30 and was in the shuttle by 735 and to work by 745! Everyone I met was so nice and helpful. The waiting room is more like a living room with a fireplace and magazines and everything is pristinely clean. (Unlike the usual stale popcorn, sticky counters, coffee-you-would-never-drink kind of place.) By 10:30 AM they called me back letting me know my car was finished. I m not sure if they always operate this fast, but this was world record time! Caught the shuttle back on my lunch break and boom everything was done. The cherry on top is that the cost is probably half of what I had been paying elsewhere. I will most definitely be back whenever needed and will bring the rest of my family s cars here as well.

Really impressed with this place! I don't know anything about cars so I'm pretty intimidated when it comes to bringing my car anywhere for service. I primarily deal with Sam when it comes to service. Him and everyone else is upfront, honest, explains things in terms I understand, and they are just really nice people. The service center is clean and well-maintained. I feel like I'm in good hands with the Kirkwood Auto team!

I called around for an oil change and spoke to Sam in service. One of the most easy going, humble; made you feel at home professional gentleman I ve encountered first hand working in the automotive industry myself now over eleven years. His son Brian was just as kind as well as the courtesy driver Hector. I will recommend Kirkwood Auto & Tire Center to not only my clients but to my friends and family!

I am absolutely satisfied with the service provided at Kirkwood Auto. They have done great work on my vehicle, they have done maintenance that elsewhere has cost me hundreds of dollars and the team at Kirkwood Auto took care of the issue saving me money AND prevented the issue in other areas that I was going to ask them to check at another time. They went above and beyond to service my vehicle. They also take the time to know me as a customer, and I really appreciate that! Thank you Kirkwood Auto!!

I've always valued Kirkwood Auto as a fair and convenient place to take my cars. Their service is fast and efficient and above all, honest. Service Department is always friendly and accommodating for appointments and shuttle service (Shuttle driver is great!!). I won't take my cars anywhere else!

I went in for an oil change and had to drop off my car, but they offered courtesy shuttle service which really helps with my transportation issue. Excellent service and the process was quick, they also did a really thorough job with the inspection and inform me with any additional maintenance issue. Had a great experience here compare to other places I ve been, I will definitely return for future repairs or services.

Went in for an oil change: the process was easy, dropped my car off and they had a shuttle to take me to work. Car was finished before end of day and payment/pickup process was easy. The only downside is that they close at 5, so if you can't get out of work to be there by 5, you'll have to pick up next dayService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve been taking my car here for over 5 years along with my father & my grandfather. I trust this auto shop with my car. They are very prompt on responding by email or text when you have questions. Highly recommend taking your car here, you won t be disappointed.

I came in for a routine oil change & a request to figure out why the passenger window would not move. The response came back "have you changed your battery lately?" Sure enough, that was the problem. Saved me a lot of money!!

Verbally over phone was told one reason for a suggested test to be run on my vehicle and I was skeptical and questioned it but talked into it. When the test was actually ran and results given to me and I asked what that had anything to do with the reason for testing I got the run around and told I was never told what I was told and that it was because my oil was low when I brought it in for an oil change, and my cars known for burning oil(age, make model) and I was like then why would I agree to pay for a test to see why my oils low before an oil change? You just told me it s normal for my car to burn oil and I know that, so why pay for a test when I know the answer and reasoning and so do you apparently since you just listed them to me!?They lost my business and I would never suggest them to anyone else, especially a woman! Crooks

We recently had a fault code warning and called in for appointment to Kirkwood Auto Center to have it checked out. As always, the call was answered with a friendly voice and the answer was, bring your car right in and we ll get to it asap . The issues were found and a return call came back to us in the same day! I came to Kirkwood based off a referral in 2020 shortly after moving back from NYC & having no idea what shop to trust! I can say I could not have found a better landing place for all my car needs! I adore Sam at the front who is always welcoming and patient when answering all my questions. It s important to add I m a woman who doesn t know a lot about cars- Kirkwood has such integrity as a small local business. They do the right thing with honesty first. Went in for my 60k service and was treated great. They offered a shuttle service after I dropped my vehicle off and bring me back when it was finished. They called and gave me a list of service choices with prices so I could budget what I needed. As well, they gave a Military/Veteran discount that helped with the final price. I have been going here for years, appreciate how they treat customers and will continue to take my vehicle here for future needs.

Friendly and excellent service. Was able to fit me in the very net day. Car was ready on time as promised and without any issues. Had front brakes and rotors replaced. last year gave them a good review, now the service is so bad and expensive that I will never return. There is not enough room to document their failures! Took my car in for an oil change, they said that the oil pan bolt was stripped out and that I could not prove that they did it. they then offered to replace the oil pan for $700. The pan costs less than $40, and took 2 hours to replace. So in effect, they offered me a $700 oil change, while being rude and confrontational. No thanks, never again!
