The process was flawless and fast. Had the vehicle repaired for recall, call for appt. No problem. Ready for pickup as they worked it in and the Car was washed and vacumed. Dave Thanks to you and the rest of the team..

Question? Y KIA did not update there cars?? Now ppl are able to steal our cars. This is sad on every level. This is true if u post a negative reviews they delete it fast. Not happy screen shot this and posting on all social sites so even if they delete mines its on all sites that i have.

My car has been in the shop since March. I made an appointment and the car was dropped off on the morning of the appointment date. I have not heard anything or received a phone call. I have been to service department desk and I have also called and left plenty of messages. The service manager had the nerve to tell me well it s plenty more cars that has been there longer and that he only has two mechanics. Maybe he should get up stop playing games on his phone and help them then. The customer service is ridiculous and I would never recommend the Kia dealership to anyone. I will make another review with another update. As soon as I receive one.Service: Transmission
