JV Auto did a fantastic job of repairing my Buick Enclave after the previous dealership misdiagnosed my AC system. JV Auto was courteous, prompt, detailed and most importantly prevented me from paying for an AC compressor that was clearly not needed. Definitely would highly recommend them.

My neighbor suggested I go here because my low tire pressure light was on. Very nice workers. They added air to all my tires. I offered to pay and they said no. I will be taking my car back if/when it needs repair.

My stepsons new to him car blew a head gasket and overheated. This is a 10 year old Subaru. I shopped around Subaru dealers etc with no luck - no-one wanted to touch it. I then discovered JV Auto - they were actually helpful on the phone. We had the car towed there, Dan and the crew looked at the car and told me exactly what was going on at each stage. The total bill was large but not unexpected. The car was back on the road in a few weeks and is running like new. Dan was great to work with and the repairs were done well. Reliable work at a decent price. We have had many great experiences with JV auto since we first started using their services several years ago. We were lucky enough to find them after having "shady dealings" from 2 other repair shops in our area. Highly recommend.

Joe and all the guys at JV auto were amazing. My Toyota was having some trouble on the way home to South Carolina while on vacation. I was told by the local Toyota dealership it would be 4 days before they could get me in. I called up JV Auto and they had me back on the road in a couple hours.If I lived anywhere in the area this would be the only place I would take my car A+ all around.

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback and dollar for dollar I prefer to have my vehicle services by JV Auto Service. The dealer provides a service, however, the prices for the same services JV offers makes a huge difference in my budget. The dealership charges 2 to 1 for services and JV gives you an honest price and the service is impeccable. The reps are friendly and the best part of bringing my vehicle in is that they know you and they know you live in the neighborhood. Also, I support my neighborhood businesses and I think that is what keeps this valuable vendor in our a viable part of this neighborhood.

JV Auto Service has handled our family's vehicles now for approximately two years. In that time, they've handled everything from oil changes and tune-ups to major part replacements. They are professional from start to finish and, more importantly, are 100% reliable. They have never exceeded a quote and are honest when it comes to differentiating between "recommended" and "essential" fixes. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Joe and JV Auto have been my and my wife's mechanics for the last 20 years. They are the best! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Excellent service you can trust! Good friendly people and outstanding quality service, about everything you could ask for, I cannot recommend JV Auto any more highly!

They were courteous and keep in touch with the ongoing repairs if there was anything other than what you requested. I deal with them all the time because of their honesty and integrity. I can't say enough good things about J.V. Auto. They go the extra mile for their customers.

JV AUTO SERVICE THEY ARE THE ONE AUTO REPAIR PLACE IN THE AREA THAT HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LISTEN TO YOU CAREFULLY. ONCE THE PROBLEM IS FOUND YOUR TOLD THE PROBLEM AND WHAT THE PRICE WOULD BE. IF IT'S TO MUCH JOE WOULD TRY TO HELP YOU SOME HOW. THE PARTS ARE GOOD AND THE LABOR IS DESCENT. My car broke down by the shop. They didn't charge me overnight fee. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. So I towed my car from this shop.
