I ve had my car serviced here twice for different reasons and really appreciated the work, attention, and candidness I received. I even pointed out a small discrepancy on the quote to the final invoice and it was taken care of right away no hassle, no discussion! That is impressive and I m really thankful to know they stand behind their word! Would recommend for tires, alignment, and other services they guarantee.

I previously used Just Tires for all tire related care on my Toyota. I recently purchased a new car and found a nail in my tire. Just Tires staff quickly fixed my vehicle and had me back on the road. I highly recommend Just Tires for all of your tire needs.

After we picked our Volvo XC90 from the mechanic,my wife drove it for 10 miles and had no crash or any type of incident. Unfortunately we had an alert on the dashboard that indicates something is wrong with front right parking sensor. When I take a look,I have seen that parking sensor is missing and front bumper has deep scratches, assuming happened during the repair process . When I called the mechanic,he said he recorded the repair process on video and said that he has nothing to do with the sensor and I should call my insurance company. When I asked him for the video to confirm that,he didn't cooperate and gave me sketchy answers. He is trying to fool me and not to take responsibility for his mistake.

Got a tire from bjs and they wouldn t change it for me after waiting 5 days to get it. They also never answered their phone. I called just tires and spoke to Mike Hall the manager and not only did he change my tire and rim, he saw me right away. Best customer service!!

Despite the name, I don't think we've ever purchased tires from them, but this is our go-to garage for car maintenance and repairs. They are decently friendly and usually on time, but more importantly they seem to always do good work and never try to sell us products or services that we don't actually need. That can be hard to find these days.

Great experience here. Needed my tires rotated and aligned for a upcoming trip. Michelle took my appointment and gave some great advice when I arrived. Fast, friendly, and cheap service.When I eventually get 35s put on my wrangler I'll come here to do them.

Nothing like a flat tire to ruin a weekend. Fortunately, Just Tires was open on Sunday and circus in immediately. Joe V and James D were great! Thanks so much.

Bought tires for my 2003 Mercury. Not an issue, pleasant service transaction. Bob explained everything I needed to know and made sure the information was accurate. Mike finished the deal the next day and as in the past, I'm pleased with my new tires.

Had a great experience adjust tires Is when in at eight fifteen in the morning Was done having tires installed in front of alignment and less than two hours Is great job guys

Great customer service and great atmosphere. Nice lighting if you want to sit with your laptop and get some work done. And there is free coffee and water! Joe, the manager is amazing! And the mechanic here found and fixed an issue that 4 others could not! For a reasonable price. I highly recommend going here.

Took my truck in to Just Tires for right rear brake caliper and hose replacement.Joe V, who is the service advisor, walked me through the process of cost for the job, the parts needed and day of install. On the day of the install, Mike W, their brake tech, installed my brakes and when their was an issue, both Joe & Mike explained the issues with the old parts and showed parts of the installation. All in all, they were professional, honest & prices just right. I highly recommend them if you need service done to your vehicle.

The employees here are liars. I scheduled a service for 4:30 today. When I check in, *Mike* tells me that my appt was scheduled for 3pm. I told him I d never schedule an appt for that time, especially today bc I m working during that time. I show him my email confirmation that shows I scheduled for 4:30. He puts his hands up in the air & says, I don t know what to tell you. Then he proceeds to tell me that there was a note added to my appt indicating that someone called me & asked if I could reschedule for 3pm. That was a lie, no one called or spoke with me. Then I remembered, this same location lied about calling me a few years ago too. I had to leave my car for another service that I needed. I waited ALL day for someone to call me to let me know my car was ready. When I finally called, they lied yet again saying that they not only called but left me a message.*Mike* you were rude & very dismissive. Whether you were the one that LIED about calling me to reschedule my appt, is irrelevant. You represent the company you work for, but thanks for fitting me in anyway!!

My front tire was leaking badly and I was able to barely make to this Just Tires location. I hadn't realized that it was almost closing time when I walked in.I spoke to Mike, the manager and he was very understanding of my situation. Not only was he able to take me at the last minute but also had me back on the road within 15 minutes.I am very happy with the service I received and would like to give a big thanks to Mike and James who were able replace the tire and get me back on the road so quickly.Highly recommend this location for its friendly, efficient staff and excellent service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Not sure what to expect when visiting this location review seen 50/50 and owner doesn t look like anything but automatic response.will updated my experience soon.Update : very comfortable waiting area with public bathroom, quite waiting area the day I went , had me in and out did not rotate my tires as required with service told me tires were not needed for rotation but according to mileage it was due for rotation and oil change . Didn t complain just didnt sit with me well knowing if I had my dealer warranty my tires most likely would of gotten rotated could tell the oil change was done

We were visiting the area Memorial Day weekend and got a flat tire late Saturday. They were ableto fix my issue Sunday morning at 8am. They did a permanent plug, saving me a lot of money on a new tire. James did the work in 1/2 hr and total cost was $40! I couldn t believe the friendly, extraordinary and timely service on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment to get all 4 tires replaced today at 12, they called yesterday to say they needed to change it to 1 since all their guys go to lunch at 12. Arrived at 1 today and was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs. Returned to pick up the car only to be told to come back in another 1 1/2 hours. Once again returned to pick up my vehicle only to find out that they were too backed up to get to it that it s going to take another 1 1/2 hours? Needless to say, I demanded my keys! We will not be using this place in the future! How can they make appointments, if they don t keep them? Jeez, they only do tires, shouldn t they know how long it will take?

Went in for oil change with wiper blades that were functionally non-existent. Got great customer service and recommendations for the most affordable and best optimally performing brand of wiper blade for my vehicle. Got very lovely customer service from the salespeople.

Purchased new tires and balance/hazard plan. Developed sreering wheel shimmy at 20K miles - brought car in 3X ... but they could not fnd problem ...said tires OK ... may be drive train balance issue. So I went to dealer ... they found two out of balance tires - one wirh buble on sidewall. Nice people, but lack equipment or tech knowledge to fix simple tire problem ... cost me time and $$$.

Had my car laughed at for some odd reason by the technician Holden and his buddy while my car was on the lift. Even brought his phone over and took pictures. Customer service through the phone was good though. I wonder what Holden drives

While visiting Delaware my husband and I needed an oil change and found this place. We went in and had the most amazing customer service there were able to help us right away to get right back on the road. The manager was so understanding about us having our kids and was overall the most amazing experience. As a mother of three kids taking them anywhere can be very stressful but they were so helpful and us having the kids there was no problem at all for them. I would definitely recommend this place for anything and everything.

Joe & Bob were unbelievably helpful. I had a tire blow out and was desperately searching for a new one to get back on the road ASAP. Joe made me aware of a warranty that came with my current set so I d get my tire replaced for free. The kicker is that it was thru my regular shop closer to home - so they did all that legwork for me free of charge. These are absolutely stand-up guys and they ll be my back-up shop going forward. Thank you Joe & Bob. The world needs more people like you

Scheduled a same-day appointment for a tire replacement through Goodyear.com. Price was more than reasonable; Goodyear even offered a promo code through their website. I was able to get the tire replaced that day, despite the shop being down a tech. The replacement was completed ahead of schedule and the technician put the spare tire back for me. Overall, very satisfied with my experience here.

I called to inquire about replacing my tires. They only offered one brand, an expensive brand. When I said "mmm no thanx" in response, they didn't even bother to offer to order me a cheaper set or look in the database to check tire availability at another location. Instead, the man just hung up on me. Bad customer service. I wonder if they would have suddenly had cheaper tires in stock if I had been a man.

Oil change was reasonable enough but the front desk service from Sean was awful. I had to wait fifteen minutes after my car came out of the garage just for him to play on his phone and tend to customers that came in after me. Not sure if I m coming back.
