I didn t catch the name of any of the men working on my car today. But they were all very kind and helpful the whole crew. I saw them back there huddled around my engine, they took the time to do a quick fix to get my heat working. They didn t have to but he went the extra mile and it was very much appreciated!! It meant the world to me I have a young son and was stressing about my car being cold.Thanks!!

Disappointed today. They were honest that they were low on staff. That wasn t the problem. Wanted to charge me to replace my cabin filter. I just had it replaced 3 months ago, which tells me they never looked. They also told me my engine cover was missing, little did they know, I don t have one - checked with my dealer. Then, after my car was done, they left the door open, while it was raining. Everything was wet when I got in. I never had issues there before, but I promise I won t be back.Service: Oil change

Worst service ever! I went to get my rear brakes and rosters replaced for my Honda civic 2016 (has sensors, basically an electronic system) they messed up a sensor and damaged it totally! When they had already charged me!! They told me to come back the next day, and that they were going to fix it, never were able to fix s it. They took a car in knowing they were not trained enough or capable of proving a quality service. We demanded to get it fixed and they still had the audacity to say we should buy the piece THEY BROKE. I recommended to not take your car here if you need similar service. I m highly disappointed, wish they would take more responsibility, now I have to pay double the amount to get my car fixed.

Every time I come here the store is clean and smells good. The guys here are super fast and efficient. Very professional and great customer service. This is the only jiffy lube I will ever come to. Thanks guys.

Over filled my oil. Spilled oil in my engine and didn't clean it. Forgot to tighten my skid plate boars. Also toke an hour and 30 min before I finally left that place. I would think twice before ever bringing your car to this location. I shouldn't have had to pay for this horrible service.

they were awesome! i gave them a whole grocery list of things i needed done because carvana sold me a pretty janked up car with a lot of problems, and i was out in less than an hour! replaced brakes, did an oil change and helped with many other things - feels like a brand new car! they also helped with a cosmetic problem and popped it back in just because they wanted to! so friendly, so fast, and overall great service. it was expensive if you re talking numbers, but they did a fantastic job and did a LOT of work, and it ll last a while (until next oil change ) - so it was totally worth it. very professional, and i will be back here every time i need something fixed. i even tried to tip them but they wouldn t accept it. thank you !!!Services: Brakes, Oil change

The staff was great the service was good but what made it bad was the unpleasant attitude of the manager. No smile, grumpy and you can tell his employees don't want to work for him. He was upset the gentleman before me only hand 100 bill and he had to get change. When I asked about my coupons He tried to lie a say its for cash only. But when he left his employees honored it. My option is to fire Thomas because he is a cancer to the location. If he don't like the job quit buy don't have a attitude to the people that paying your bills.

Very knowledgeable staff, quick oil change and recommendations for work to be done. The inspection found the brakes were pretty worn and recommended changing pads. It definitely needed it and this was appreciated.Fairly priced and fast service.

Giving them a 2 star because I've had okay experiences here in the past but the most recent one was an absolute disaster. First I called and asked if I could have an oil change and brakes done at the same time the gentleman on the phone sais yes, as long as I arrive before 7pm. I arrive at 5:35pm and was told they are unable to do it cause it was too late in the day and they can't work O.T- so much for the working class. So I arrive the following day at noon and I'm quoted a ridiculous amount of $380 for an oil change and just brake pads in the rear and told about 1 hour. Great! No problem! About 45 minutes later the gentleman assisting me comes to the waiting room and proceeds to tell me or better yet yell while attempting to coax me into not only purchasing 4 brake pads but 4 rotters as well, when advised to only do what we had originally decided on he stormed out of the waitingroom and pulled my vehicle out of the work station. The manner in which he chooses to handle the situation was so unprofessional and left the manager having to clean up his mess. He wanted my total to go from $380 to well over $900. Sadly I've been using Jiffy Lube for years but will never return again. Trying to finesse a customer into purchase unnecessary services is where i draw the line. Beware of their possible scam!

Jiffy Lube on Kirkwood highway. The man who claimed he was a the manager was nasty and disrespectful. No one asked if I wanted blended oil so I was asking the young man how the total amount came to so much. The young man with the dreads was very nice and started to explain when the other man came in and said "is there a problem" with his face twisted. He came in with an attitude before even knowing the story soni was instantly defensiveThen was arguing with me, the customer and kept saying "sorry you are having a bad day" no my day was fine until I came to this store and had to deal with his attitude. This experience left me feeling angry and disappointed by his unprofessional behavior and belligerent attitude. He was combative and argumentive towards me and made me feel uncomfortable as a woman.I will not stop at this review. I can assure you that I will contact the District Manager.

This is the most pleasant auto experience I ve ever had! The customer service exceeded my expectations; they even opened my car door for me. They lowered the cost drastically because I got multiple services and it was a very reasonable price. I was in and out in 20 minutes!! This place had good employees , alas not anymore ! The current guy over there is extremely rude and refuse to honor online coupons which I have always used .The man claimed I can only use coupons if I use the oil what he recommends! I had and oil change at this location on Wed June 2 at apox 2:00 pm. ALL the workers did a great job. I did ask to have my engine air filter and cabin air filter checked. I did not think they were bad but wanted to check anyway. After one of the workers checked these filters he told me that they were fine and almost pristine. AS I only have 36000 miles on my car that is what I thought. I have had other cars in this shop where the filters needed to be changed and got them taken care of. I will continue to use this location and am really glad to have trust in all that they do.Service: Oil change

I just did an oil change & tire rotation here for the first time. John was kind, helpful, and informative. I sat out front and another gentleman quickly brought my wallet to me which I d unknowingly left in my car. My car was finished within 30 minutes and I was able to use an online coupon for $10 off. Quick service!! went back today Oct 27 2021 and the technician that was servicing the car advised me that the wasn't due yet for an oil change. The oil was still at 60% and that it was fine. He could of just did it anyway but showed integrity and honesty. Those are 2 characteristics that you to see! Thank you for making your company proud! 1st time visit. These guys were fast and thorough. Explained the costs ahead of time. I also had my antifreeze topped off, very grateful for that , my heat is working much better. My windows were cleaned and my floors vacuumed. Took 15 minutes!

As someone who dreads the thought of getting car work done, I was far from excited about getting my oil changed today. I expected the typical bad customer service and rude mechanic I get most places, but I was completely wrong after having Frank help me today. Frank was extremely helpful and informative on any questions that were given to him. Watching the 2 customers ahead of me I could tell that Frank was genuinely just being nice to these people and not just going through the motions. I think everyone who dealt with Jim there walked out smiling, not cause their car was fixed but because of the great customer service provided. If this is the type of employee that is produced from this location I will defiantly be returning.

It is a great place to go and get your car repair and they are professional and polite and I recommend everyone and everybody to visit Juffy Lube. And my brother Mohammed works there too. And he and his crew are the best

Jiffy lube was able to take my car back as soon as I got there. They were able to change my oil and filters I was in and out in like a half hour 45mins. No issues at all

Okay so yeah, we all have heard the horror stories of jiffy lube. However, this place put them to rest for me. Mostly. They were fast and efficient in getting my trucks oil changed. They didn't try to sell me anything extra which was nice. Give them a shot

This jiffy lube has always been good to me. I brought it in early and they let me know I still had 3k miles and another month left before I needed another change. They topped off my fluids for free.

I took my car up there today, figured I needed an oil change since my last one was 7 months ago (although I haven t driven much because of COVID). Appreciate the honesty of the worker (I think his name was John), as he told me my oil was barely used and bc it was a synthetic blend, didn t need to be replaced yet. They could ve easily changed it and made $$ but decided to be honest instead. I ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years but this experience was definitely worth noting!!Service: Oil change
