I have been going to these guys for years and they never disappoint. I usually buy tires from tire rack who drop ship them to J's. They always do a great job and are very quick. I remember one time I pulled up in the parking lot and both bays were full so they came out and jacked my car up in the parking lot and put my new tires on. It was like a NASCAR pit stop! Joe and his guys are top notch. Keep up the great work!

Had set of 5 tires and wheels installed on my Jeep. Was fast and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I worked for Joe in my younger years. I learned a great amount of knowledge from the man. Joe inadvertently taught me how honest work practices along with honest sales, being respectful to customers and responsible for making sure they left the shop in a safe vehicle (with clean white walls/raised white letters) allowed him to never really need to be concerned about advertising. As far as I know to this day I don't believe he still hasn't had to do any advertising. To be in business as long as he has and NOT NEED to advertise, well that speaks volumes about the kind of man he is and the business he runs. So if you need new/used tires, an alignment, tire repaired or brakes done. Give Joey a call and know you're in good hands!Bobby B.

20/10 experience! Realized I needed new tires asap with all the snow lately. Super responsive and promptly returned my VM. They had tires in stock and had my car finished in like an hour. Plus was at least $100 less than everywhere else I got quoted.

Just made a delivery to the Marine Depot. Stopped here because of the reviews. Guess I was the unlucky one this time. Sign says they close at 6P. Got there at 515P. I'm a hot shot out of Texas but I'm from Philly. Door was locked and the older gentleman ignored my knock. The young Hispanic guy inside was trying to be inconspicuous but noticed I was at the door. He begrudgingly came through the garage and asked one of the part time guys to ask me what I needed . tires maybe? The gentleman answered my questions but they didn't seem like they wanted to help. I was prepared to purchase a pair of tires for my truck and tires for my hot shot trailer. Guess I'll have to go closer to mom s house in Elkin Park. Hope this doesn't happen often.

Went there a few years ago to get my tires looked at and the service was awesome. Came back a second time to purchase two tires for my vehicle and it s two months later and I need more tires. After some riding on these used tires I see now they look like slick racing tires with tread. I partly blame myself for not checking behind them when I purchased the tires. But at the same time if I m paying for a service I would expect that the people providing service could look out for my best interests and put some decent tires on my vehicle. But now I have to take my business elsewhere. In the end they are used tires and I paid for what I got.

Highly recommended. I lived in northern Delaware my whole life and recently moved away. Today I came back for the holiday and happened to run over a drywall screw. My tire pressure was dropping quickly and I pulled into pep boys on Kirkwood highway to see if they could help. I was told it would be 2-3 hrs before they could see me. With concern that the truck would be sitting on the wheel within the hour I called around and was asked to schedule appointments for the next week. I called J s and left a message. They called me back within minutes and waited outside for my arrival. The removed and repaired my wheel and repaired my tire while we sat inside the car. Didn t even have to get out. Not even to pay! Service was excellent and I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

The older gentleman was helpful and pleasant but the guy Mike had a complete witch attitude towards his coworkers and customers, telling me how stupid everyone who goes there is because they don't pull in and immediately park where he thinks they should, amongst other choice words. They only had one tire my size, which had no more tread than the tire I just had blow out, but still charged me the same $50 as they would any of their "good" tires. With all the other choices, I wouldn't recommend this shop.

This is business is being incredibly stupid right now. They are doing the dumb CDC cult nonsense; seeing people one at time, making people wear masks, all that dumb fake political garbage. To be this gullible at this time, knowing that the government has been lying about this for 3 years, is just plain stupid. Stop playing around with this cowardly way of doing business and run it normally. This is the dumbest most counterintuitive way of doing business and if this how you continue to do it, everyone has every right to boycott your business. J's Tire is a classic Delaware business. Don't just give in fake media when you yourself know that its not real and terrible thing to do to our already plummeting economy.

Efficient and thorough tire service. A long standing slow tire leak resolved, new used tire purchased and mounted. Great customer service. Will definitely return. Thank you Joe and crew!

Highly recommend. Excellent prices. Workforce is very motivated and hard working. If you buy your tires here, they rotate them for free. For years, I have been using J's. Highly recommend.

I love this place!! I recently had to get a tire mounted and balanced at a local place because I was pressed for time and was using my Sister-in-laws car, and that s the only reason I did! This place charged me 40 dollars to mount and balance ONE Tire, and like I said the only reason I did was because I was pressed for time. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I ve never paid more then 20 at J s, I believe the last time I only paid 15 per tire!! j s is the place to go!!

I needed a tire patched and when I called they told me first come first serve. When I got there I was greeted immediately and they had me in and out within 20 minutes and didn t cost an arm and a leg. So professional and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer!

Friendly and honest service for inexpensive tires. No one is trying to rip you off as they live by their local reputation of many years. If something goes wrong and they have a chance to look it over, they are fair.

I like this place! 2 different times I needed some new tires that I had bought online installed. First time I pulled up the guy gave me the price which was a good price for 4 tires mounted and balanced, drop the tires off and i would say in about 45 min they were done and they looked busy. Second time I needed 2 new tires put on my truck.. Pulled up talked to the same guy and he gave me the price and told me pull in and they put my tires on and I never even had to get out of the truck! And im going back to have 4 more tires installed in a day or two! Good fast service!!!

I've been to J's a few times now and each time I've been met with good customer service and good prices. These folks won't up sell you or force you into products/service you don't need. They're detail oriented and I've never had to return for a job they didn't do well. I have the peace of mind that the job was done well. I recommend them to anyone with tire troubles/needs.

I have been going to J's Tires for about 10 years. Excellent service and pricing. One of my vehicles has tires that are not standard or common. This is easily solved by stopping in for a few min so they can get specs. Then in a day I get a call, I stop in, and am back out the door in under 30 min. Easy peasy.

Horrible treatment. I was patiently waiting for my tire to be checked and they let someone else who came after me in front of me. I got out my car to address the situation and was told by a worker don t preach to the choir I don t make the rules . Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Never going back again.

Had a slow leak in a tire. Pulled in on a very cold day with my daughter. Door locked due to short staffing but gentlemen came out of the bay and said to pull up and give him a minute. He jacked the car up pulled the tire and showed me the nail. Patched it and put it back on without us leaving the warm car. Great service and 25 dollars.

J's is absolutely wonderful. We had purchased tires at a local national chain and the experience was a nightmare. When one of the tires kept leaking air we went to J's to figure out what was wrong. J's quickly identified where the installation was done wrong and fixed the problem for a minor expense. Next time I need tires I'm going to J's first and getting the job done right.

I managed to get a bone shard in one of my tires in the middle of taking all of my kids to school. I could hear the air coming out. I pulled up to J s and was immediately greeted and helped. I was pretty stressed, but they got me taken care of quickly and affordably. Truly a great group of guys working there.

Very honest people. Instead of charging you for a tire that doesn t need to be replaced they take a look at it and if it only needs to be plugged they will plug it. Only cost $25 to get your tire plugged.

GREAT QUALITY SERVICE ALWAYS!!! Excellent price and they clean your rims when they charge your tires. I feel comfortable going by myself because they don't take advantage of women.

The work was fine but they were not honest. Called for a price and sent my daughter over for the work. They over charged her for set prices.
