Driver was great, he arrived a little over a hour after I called. And was extremely knowledgeable,patient and took care of my needs pertaining to my fairings potentially being damaged in the direction of the tow. Drive with care and good for conversation.Centaurus was his name and Ron was a very good dispatcher answering all my questions and concerns as well as a quote emailed in a timely manner. Had an amazing experience, they did amazing work on my F150, great pricing, and the service Manager was very professional and super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will always bring my truck here for work going forward

My truck broke down on the road. I called Holly Oak towing and they came quickly, I think about 15 minutes. I had them tow it to their shop. Monday they got right on it, diagnosing the issue, replaced the alternator and battery and it is now running great. Every one was also friendly, listened to everything I had to say about the symptoms and what I had checked. I usually do things myself, but it was great that they took care of it so quickly. Their shop is in the old B and D Automotive building on Governor Printz if you are looking for them. I would not hesitate to call them again or to come in for service.

The team at Holly Oak was there when I needed them most. My car broke down in the middle of a snow storm. After one call, they were there to pick up my car, and had it fixed and back on the road in minimal time. They didn't try and fix stuff that didn't need to be. They fixed what was broken, at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend

Car was running funny like it was in low gear. Made an appointment with Holly Oak for the day I needed. They found the sway bar needed to be replaced & tire pressure too. They did alert me on getting 2 new tires for the front as that could be the reason too. I don t like the parking as I couldn t see with the vans next to my car & another behind me & I went forward scrapping the cement thing. I didn t park it so I wasn t aware of it will bring it back when need other stuff. Thanks Palo

9/26/2023 Holly Oak Towing and Service inspected and serviced my vehicle while I waited. The staff and techs are knowledgeable and thorough. They alerted me about a critical problem which I will have fixed soon. I plan to continue using their services at their new location.10/2/2023 Used a 10% discount on replacement of front brakes on my Honda. I'm very satisfied with the labor and cost. The work took just over 2 hours.

Amazing peopleI gave my car for alignment and oil change. They took it in on a short notice and gave the service as expected and within reasonable budget.Very nice people because I happen to arrive for my car at just about 5 and they waited patiently. I also lost my wallet in their parking lot right then, they waited another 20 mins after closing for me to get back and secured the wallet for me. These guys really deserve a great kudos I'd recommend these guys and go there again definitely.

On 2/13/2023 I called for Roadside assistance through my insurance company. I was first assigned a company from PA. I explained that my vehicle was in the driveway but wouldn't start. Since I knew that my vehicle was in a safe place I stated no rush. Hours later, I was assigned to Holly Oak and they arrived at time stated. I was away but left instructions for family members regarding situation. I was pleased to hear that Joey was very polite, courteous and professional . My car was taken to designated location and was greeted by my sister and she also stated quality of service. I will suggest them for any other issues. Thank you for peace of mind . They also used a flatbed as requested.Service: Car towing

I can't say enough good things about Holly Oak Towing and Service Center and the staff. Recently, my truck broke down on I-495 near Wilmington, DE. After I placed a call to their 24hr answering service, they had a tow truck on scene in less than 15 minutes. The driver was very professional, courteous and friendly. He presented me with their business card. I called the next day and spoke with Rob. What a great guy to deal with. Upfront, honest and don't beat around the bush. After I asked them to diagnose the problem and found the engine to be pretty much destroyed, I opted for them to install a new engine. More expensive than an overhaul, but better for me due to time constraints and the miles I travel every month. They kept me informed of all their progress and again I say, Rob was fantastic to deal with. They had my truck ready at the appointed time and the work was phenomenal! I wish they had a shop in Chesapeake, VA, I'd take all my vehicles to them. On the drive home, the engine performed better than I could remember when I bought the truck new. I very highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a professional towing or auto repair service! Many thanks and much gratitude to Rob, Dominic and all the staff for getting me rolling again and your friendly professional service! The professionalism here is unmatched. I really enjoy this businesses integrity around the customers best interest vs the dollar in their pocket. They really are genuine people who understand accidents happen. I enjoyed working with them so far, so good! Thank you for everything so far. BTW the estimate comes with photo and videos and description of everything that s wrong with your vehicle so you know they aren t doing anything to empty your pockets. I have used this shop a couple of times and each time they have performed repairs and towing with efficiency and professionalism. They do reliable work with honesty, Holly Oak also uses text updates to send photos and info so you know exactly what is happening step by step. First I would like to state that I typically do not do reviews but l feel that in this case I must (and it is going to be lengthy). Unfortunately in 7/3/23, I was a victim of the current "Kia Challenge". My vehicle was stolen and then dumped in a narrow alley. On 7/6/23, I was notified that my vehicle had been located and after inspection, my entire steering column, etc... were completely destroyed during the theft of my vehicle and my car was rendered un drivable. After communicating with the local police department, I was advised that my vehicle was towed by Holly Oak Towing and Service and given their contact information. I contacted Holly Oak the same evening and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Justin. He was extremely helpful with providing information regarding my vehicle and the costs that would be associated with retrieving it. After reading reviews for Holly Oak, I found that they are not just a towing service but that they also service/repair vehicles as well. The reviews were great, so I decided to take a chance and contact them in regards to repairing my vehicle in addition to the towing service that they provided. At this point, I was connected to a (very kind) gentleman by the name of Rob, who stated that they would be able/willing to do the repairs , and that they would contact me with a price (after fully assessing my vehicle). Mr. Rob then stated that he recommended that I come in to handle the release of my vehicle so that it could be moved to the servicing side (which to some may seem like common sense, but with everything that I was going through, I had not thought of that), so that I would not continue to incurre the daily storage fees. Mr. Rob also informed me that after repairs are completed, clients have 48 hours to retrieve their vehicles before storage fees are assessed (very important for later). I did as advised, and was contacted by Justin, who offered me some quotes (for both new and used parts), in which I opted for the used parts. A few days later I received a call from Justin (approx 7/10/23) who advised that they also needed to replace my ignition cylinder (and get new keys programmed), which brought my repair cost from $600 to $1600. I of course was not prepaid for the extra costs associated, and knew that I would not be able to pay that within 48hrs. After explaining my situation to Justin, he placed me on a quick hold and then stated that I would be able to pick my vehicle up on the 27th (which is the date that advised, I would be able to pay the costs), WITHOUT BEING CHARGED ANY STORAGE FEES OR ADDITIONAL FEES WHATSOEVER. That is 17 DAYS that they were not going to charge me for! Me and Justin spoke a few more times, just to touch base and get/give updates on how the repairs were going. Justin contacted me on 7/21 and advised that the extra part (ignition cylinder) was not needed and that they were able to program my old key to the used part. I was then advised that my final costs for repairs would be no more than $1100 (he was awaiting the plastic panel for my steering wheel, and was not sure how much the labor would be). Justin contacted me on 7/24 and advised that the final cost for my repairs was $940!!! I am shocked and amazed by the level of integrity that Holly Kia exemplifies! Mr. Rob could have let my vehicle continue to accrue tow yard fees, but he didn't. Justin/Mr. Rob could have charged me for every day that my vehicle sat on their lot awaiting my payment (but they didnt), Justin could have charged me for parts/services that I didnt need (but he didnt). They went above and beyond for me and I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to them and everyone who assisted in the towing/repair of my vehicle. The level of compassion, understanding, and care that they showed me is unheard of these days. I am beyond thankful for all that they did for me and they definitely have a lifetime customer. Thank you Mr. Rob and Justin, you guys are AWESOME!!!Service: Car towing

I have used Holly Oak service for several years. They have always taken great care with my car and truly provide excellent customer service. Their labor and parts costs are reasonable and someone is always available to answer questions. I would not take my car anywhere else for service. Rob and Alicia truly care about their customers and the technicians are up to date in their credentials.Sept. 23 - I am still a customer of Holly Oak and do not intend to change that. Their service is excellent, they do not over inflate their fees, and the staff and owners are very knowledgeable. I have known the owner for 20 years, even before I started using Holly Oak. I visit the Holly Oak Service Center to get an alignment. After the Service Center conducted their 100% point inspection. I found out that I have a shock leak and in need of tires. That assessment helped to identify my priority for my vehicle service. The team was courteous and made recommendations for future services. They did a great job.

Nick was super amazing, so kind, patient, and helpful. Highlight of the entire experience.Communication was very good throughout the ordeal.Unfortunately, after extending an act of kindness for another customer, I was charged $95 instead of the $85 communicated to me for his towing. I verbally confirmed it was $85 with the person taking the money.That's feels pretty deceptive and dishonest on top of the nearly $500 I had just paid for my own towing and new battery.In addition, my radio doesn t work because a code is required after disconnecting (replacing) the battery. So the job was 99% completed Seriously, for $10, you sacrificed a solid 5 star review???UPDATE: Holly Oak Towing initiated contact to refund the $10 overcharge.I m impressed and will continue to patronize when needed.Thanks!

My 2003 Subaru required some extensive repairs. If you are a Subaru owner the head gasket problem may be familiar to you. The techs at Holly Oak quickly diagnosed the failure of the head gasket and radiator as well. They did the necessary repairs. Car runs like new.

My car was pulling to the left. I took it to Holly Oak to have the alignment repaired. They said they did the best they could with the material they had and that they could not get a certain part. I know they worked hard on the car and did the best they could with what they had. Ultimately, my car still pulls slightly to the left. I paid approximately $950 for the repair. I feel the problem was not solved, and I am very aware of the car pulling to the left still Thinking that it s probably gonna wear out my tires prematurely. Is there a way to find the part somehow to fix this issue?Thanks, Mark

These guys are honest. When I first went to them (was recommended by a good friend), they saved me a lot of money from another mechanic who was seemingly just trying to take lots of my money -and I ve been with holly oak ever since. They are friendly (this is I guess not technically necessary but it really helps in life when people are nice), they are convenient and like I said- honest. I drive a poor old 04 jag and they keep it going really nicely for a very fair price, despite it being a pita to work on.
