I wish I could've written this review without giving the them any star. Biggest mistake I ever made was letting allstate insurance talked me into having Hi-Tech auto body repair my car after my neighbor slammed into it.1. They cracked my transmission mount while replacing the axle, two weeks after getting my car back from them, my transmission seized up, and had to be replaced. Additionally, the bumper, keeps popping out of place and one of the light fixture is missing.Please STAY AWAY from this place!!They're liars, now they're claiming that they didn't change the axle on my car, but in 2021 they claimed that they changed the axle and the steering column. It looks like I'm going to have to take them to court to get my car fixed correctly.

I used them to touch up stone chips and scratches to make a car we were selling look better. Joel gave a very fair price and they did a good job. They will be the shop I go to for any future body work or paint touch up.

Do not trust them with your vehicle.My insurance sent me to them after my brand new tonic yellow 2019 Honda Civic (less than 20k miles) was hit on the rear quarter/bumper while parked.About a week later, they let me know it was ready. I come to pick it up, and the repair job looks awful.The new bumper they put on is noticeably jutting out from the rear quarter panel. The body lines are FAR from lining up. Gaps in the trunk are uneven across the entire repair.It was so bad, everyone who saw the car after that noticed the repair job and could easily tell the car had been in an accident.In the end, I had to go back to my insurance company to have $2,000 more worth of repairs done at a different body shop to fix what this awful body shop had done.Bottom line: do not trust them with your car.Service: Body & Trim

With any business, transparency is most crutial. This place definitely falls short on it. They charged more than the quote stated by the insurance company without ANY explanation on the day of pick up. However, the owner to personally reached out to resolve the matter. Super impressed with the work I had done here - fair quote and excellent work. If you re looking to have touch ups done in Wilmington High Tech is the way to go! Joel is a great guy and his team will take good care of your vehicle.

My experience with High Tech Auto Body was beyond amazing. I don t have much idea about cars and for someone like me it was really easy to get my car fixed here. I got a few scratches that they fixed for me. I went in for a quote, Joel helped me out right away and gave me a really decent estimate unlike the other places I visited. They did a great job with my car and even gave it back to earlier than expected.All the staff was super helpful. I would suggest this place to anyone without a doubt in my head.

I needed a place to fix my pride and joy after someone pulled out in front of me and hit my truck. I wanted the best place to fix my truck so I started researching body shops. All reviews lead me to High Tech Auto Body. After speaking and meeting Joel, I knew that I picked the right place. They were very professional and quick to fit me in and returned my truck looking brand new. Joel ensured that the job was done correctly and I have now found a new body shop. Hopefully, I will never have to use them again, but if I need one, I will call Joel to fix it.

There is no auto body shop in DE to equal High Tech Auto Body. I had service on my car and the work was awesome. The price was extremely fair, and Joel, the owner, is so honest, kind and professional. I have sent a friend to High Tech Auto Body with the same results- extreme satisfaction. It is indeed refreshing to meet someone who treats you with utmost respect and will repair whatever damage is necessary to have your automobile look brand new at such a reasonable price.

Joel was great! Moved 3 cars around just to get my Mustang on lift to take a look at my concerns. Although he could not address the specialized work that the car needed, he gave me 3 contacts that could help me. Spent about 40 minutes with me without an appointment. Class gentlemen and class company. 5 Stars!!

They did a fantastic job. The quality of work was awesome and they guarantee their work for life. Plus, they were fast. They gave me a window of 5-6 days (I needed work on both left and right quarter panels and the bumper. I dropped it off Monday and picked it up Friday. Their price was very fair and Joel was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely go back there if I needed any future work done.

Joel and his team are the best auto repair service I have been to!!!They just repaired my car today and I couldn't tell it was ever damaged... The price was the less than all the others I received... As a matter of fact while repairing my car fender they also repaired the attached bumper which was not included in the quote at no additional cost...That tells me they have integrity and I can trust their prices and they are not motivated by greed like some of the other shops... In the future I will go to them first, no one else...

I brought my car in to have some paint splatter removed. Joel gave me a very fair quote for the work and did an excellent job. He ended up having to do more work than estimated, but still charged me his original quote. One of the best customer experiences that I have had with auto repair. Will definitely be coming back for any future work needed.

Top notch body shop. Joel the owner was friendly and courteous. Had to have a small dent removed from my Camaro and not only did they fix it but I had the car back the same day. Will definitely use this shop for all my body repairs from now on.

I initially took my 2015 Nissan Sentra to one of the Nissan body shops, ACTUALLY the one right next to High Tech and I immediately was having issues with getting an estimate. I wanted a better way. I wanted someone who was going to treat me like a priority or the very least a paying customer as I was since the collision damage wasn't going through the insurance. I looked online for a reputable shop and couldn't find one better then High Tech. With much hesitation from my good friend and boyfriend, I talked to Joel the owner and he laid any and all doubts my boyfriend had to rest (he's a mechanic). It helped that the shop was also certified by several of the car companies, including Nissan. Joel, took pics of the damage, gave me my estimate, gave me a number of a lawyer that he knew, that could help with my situation and gave me access to view my estimate and progress pics through out the process online within the same day. He was also really close to the original estimate when I finally picked up my car, I was so impressed. They also left my Nissan in way better condition then even before my accident lol. I couldn't have been happier with their work or my choice in choosing them. If you have any doubts, talk to them first. They are rock stars!

This place needs no help from my review. Everybody loves it here, apparently. The best part of the work is how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is, and how incredibly clean the car is when it's done. I would go here again for repairs and dent removal, and will definitely go again for detailing. Would be a 5 except I was charged an additional amount for work that was originally included in the initial estimate. Timely repair, which is unheard of in this industry.

Having raised 2 teenage sons our family has unfortunately had many occasions to use autobody shops over the years. High Tech Auto Body is by far the best shop I have ever worked with. You never got that shady - am I getting ripped off - feeling that is prevalent in the auto body business. Joel was fair in his pricing, finished the car on time and even spent more time buffing out some scratches that were not part of the original estimate - while I waited! My repair was not through insurance so I really appreciated the reasonable pricing. I picked this shop because of the Google reviews. I have never posted an online review before but felt strongly that the word needs to get out about this shop. In an industry filled with questionable business practices, High Tech is a rare refreshingly honest shop with excellent customer centric values.

I chose this shop based only on the Google reviews, and I couldn't have been happier. They are all legit. The repairs were impeccable, but I really appreciated Joel's communication. He really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way I could understand without me feeling like he was talking down to me. He knows everything going on there and I didn't get passed around from person to person and lost in the shuffle. This was the best experience from a bad situation I could have ever hoped for (damn deer)!

Hands down, the best body shop in the State of Delaware. I am very meticulous when it comes to my cars, and I have never been disappointed by these professionals. Joel gives excellent customer service, and I would recommend all my family and friends to take their accident repair needs to High Tech Auto Body Inc. Extremely satisfied!

Top to bottom the best experience I've had in the auto industry. Joel was helpful, professional, and the work he did on my car made it look like it had just come off the lot. Moved out of the area, but based on the service any future problems I have I will be bringing it back here.

I couldn't thank my father more for introducing me to Joel and his talented staff at High Tech Auto Body! As an owner of cars that exceeded MSRPs of $75k+ for the past 10+ years I would only use dealership auto body shops. It wasnt until my father had his classic 65' mustang body overhauled by High Tech Auto Body did I begin to consider/trust a non-dealer auto body. Now, they are the only team I trust with my vehicle as a result of their customer service and excellent quality of work. Most recently Joel has done a beautiful job on my Escalade ESV and Mercedes Benz S class. He's also done work on my mother's Lexus GS. Please ask me any questions you have by sending me an email as i'm an advocate of this shop and send all my friends and family there! Joel is a master artist and I would recommend his shop is paramount in the tri-state area!!!

Brought my 07 Dodge Ram here after an accident denting and gashing the whole driver side of my truck, so this was an insurance claim, in which Joel (the owner) made extremely convenient for me. So long story short the insurance company failed to supplement a few of the damages, yet high tech auto body took responsibility and made the repairs ANYWAY completely free. Then to put the icing on the cake I misplaced the original claim check the day before pickup, had NO extension on the rental car, not only did Joel suggest leaving the rental to them, he even agreed to cover any out of pocket cost to my convenience. Starting a new job far away I had no time to resolute the financial issue. Putting my mind at ease, Without hesitation Joel agreed to release the truck to me without complete payment (the amount was over 2k) knowing it would be two weeks before receiving re-issued check, and did it all with a friendly hospitable attitude, and did nothing but try to please me "the customer" . Even allowed my girlfriend to pick up the truck for me, and would NOT accept any tip even though we insisted due to the inconvenience we caused. And overall my truck LOOKS AMAZING! And the interior was trashed when I braught it to him, I got it back with a new truck smell and a spotless interior... no idea how they got that "work truck smell" out ... def recommend going here if you want quality work and service, as far as cost go I can't hinestly review that hense I didn't pay technically.... but I'd assume any price would be worth these guys!

I have a Dodge Promaster City that had a damaged door and front panel. I told them I was planning on having vehicle wrapped. They gave me a couple of options. Job turned out great and even came in under what I had budgeted.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went for my Honda front bumper scratch. I got a decent Estimation from Joe and i like the work they did.Perfectly um-recognizable where my car had a scratch.They gave me a warranty for that scratch in future if it peels or something happens....I am very much appreciate for the Work..Respectable Staff and i suggest to go any of my friends.
