It s 2024 if you were on the fence don t be!! I ll never go anywhere else. Scott and his team are the best mechanics I ve ever witnessed in my life. They truly care about you and are HONEST. To the max. There have been times when they could have gotten over and they never have and never will. Scott has true integrity, I see why they are Delawares best. I m so proud to have found genuine quality service and a family feel. I never feel like a burden when I call with questions and they always take care of my car. Thank you Harvey Road Automotive!

Recently moved to Wilmington and I took my car here for the first time for routine maintainance. They did such a thorough job checking everything. The prices were very fair compared to other places. People were friendly and it was very quick. Someone without much knowledge of cars, I felt like I can trust them to be honest. I will definitely come back for futured need here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

I have been coming here for over 22 years. These are the most honest and knowledgeable guys in Wilmington. They do not overcharge ever!! They know cars and trucks and if they don't know, they will tell you and then find out for you. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!!

I just moved to Wilmington and was looking for a reliable mechanic close to home, happy to have found harvey road! I called them not expecting to get in and they took me same day, made great recommendations for other things my car needed but we re not pushy at all. Great communication and speedy service and I got my car back in 24 hours. It s hard to find a shop that runs this well and are honest at the same time. They have secured a new loyal customer!

Honest people. Thorough job. Great for crisis or routine maintenance. I finally feel safe driving my car. They are my new favorite car family. They treated me so well. Please try them at least once. My son took his car here for the first time and was happy with the people who work there and fair price for repairs and they did a good job. We will use this place for our future repairs. Everyone is kind and friendly too.

They've always worked well with me and my boyfriend with our vehicles. The only thing I have to say is sometimes I would like more of an explanation as to why they have to do certain things. Especially if I'm paying what I am for their services. Otherwise, friendly, reasonable prices and more often than not, great with timing to getting back your vehicle.

I stopped in to get my car checked out quick because it was making a noise - Scott was so kind and test drove my car and lifted it to make sure everything was ok and they didn t charge me. 10/10 recommend they are so nice! Thanks Scott!!!

Honestly, you will never find a better automotive shop than Harvey Road. Joe is who has helped me every time and he couldn't be a nicer more honest guy. They do great work, they are fast, reliable and I've never experienced that anywhere else before!

This is by far the best experience I have had at a mechanic and I m happy a friend recommended them to me. After an incredibly stressful week with a local dealership telling me my car was essentially irreparable, they fixed it in a day. It s driving smoothly and zero issues. It can be really difficult to find an honest mechanic, especially as a young woman. Definitely recommend!-Libby HardingService: Brakes

Super nice with modest pricing. I came in for the first time and instantly felt welcomed. Now I go back and even though I'm not a regular or a friend I feel comfortable and would not hesitate to take my vehicle there. I recommended my friend there as well and he also felt they had fair prices and his job was for his transmission.

Businesses like this are a very rare find now a days. If you are looking for an honest reliable Auto shop this is the place. Joe and his wife are old school honest.. Joe said to us I can't take your money for this brake job and he proceeded to go through pics of the under carriage to explain why. We were sad but the car was 20 yrs old. He probably saved our lives. Honesty and professionalism lives here.

Just moved to Wilmington area and needed a new mechanic. Looked on google and found that Harvey Road Automotive had some great reviews. I called one evening, described my issue, made an appointment for next day and was in and out right away. This place is old school, friendly and trustworthy. They seem to really care about doing good work at fair prices.

This place is definitely a gem. Joe and his mechanics have always been honest with me about what s going on and have never tried to upsell or mislead me about what s going on with the car to make more money. He keeps a clear line of communication about the diagnosis, approximate cost, and when it ll be done.Joe and his staff are easy going and leave your car clean.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery

Joe is the best! This is my second time at Harvey Road Automotive. My car needed a starter. Joe's said that he would get my car back to me the next day. After my car was towed there , Joe called me 3 hours later and it was fixed! Thanks Joe and your team at Harvey Road Automotive for getting me back on the road.

I've always had great service here. They are friendly, & very honest. I feel the prices are fair, to maybe 5-10% above other places including the big chains. But, in the long run it is far cheaper because they will not tell you that you need to fix items that are perfectly fine. In addition, what they do fix is done correctly by mechanics who take pride on their work. I highly recommend this business. Shop local!

Thank you to Harvey s! We were passing through form Virginia with the whole family and a dog when the dashboard lit up with all kinds of lights. Harvey s got us in right away. The detailing shop next door fawned over our dog and offered to buy us a meal - their treat - while we waited.We re back on the road, and Harvey s would not accept payment for their services!!They are an incredibly thoughtful and considerate group. I can t recommend them enough.

This is second time I've had my car serviced there. I had an alternator replaced in my other vehicle last year and a radiator in my son's vehicle. The mechanic is honest, does top notch work that he stands behind. I recommend Harvey to everyone.

This small family-run shop is like my uncle mechanic I trust completely. Friendly and honest with fair prices.They'll explain why/when a repair's necessary without making you feel ignorant or broke. Car's in and out within reasonable and accurate time frame. Joe's team consist of the same 3 expert mechanics performing all the work. Found them years ago initially as Toyota specialist and now the only place I take my car(s) for everything.There's even a place next door you can coordinate to have your car detailed.

I stop going to the dealer and started bringing my SUV to Harvey's. The prices for repairs are responsible and the service is excellent. They are honest about working on your automobiles and will let you know exactly what needs to be done. I highly recommend this auto mechanic shop.
