I had a contract with the owner Dominic Cruz to move my belongs from Maryland to Delaware in March 2024. I sent a deposit check which was cashed. The day of the move he did not show or call. Another person who said they were friends would be handling the move. He had all my information and I had no other choice because I had the move that day. This mover was terrible and damaged my walls in the move and furniture items. This person sent a 17 year old to try to patch a hole in the wall and scratches they had caused the next day. Did not turn out well. They never called about fixing furniture. I never heard from the owner of Golden Snake Services LLC. Complaint filed with the BBB.

Dominick was very polite and professional! The team was on time and handled my boxes with extreme care. Did not scuff my walls and wrapped my furniture up in blankets! They dismantled and reassembled my kids bunk beds with no problem!! Would highly recommend company for any moving services, they made my moving experience smooth and easy and very affordable! I m so glad I found them, definitely will be using their services again!

I recently hired Golden Snake Movers and was extremely satisfied with their service. They efficiently moved my items quickly and safely, ensuring everything arrived intact. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. Additionally, their rates were quite reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend them for their speed, safety, communication, and affordability.

Dominick and James were very hard workers who took precaution in wrapping our furniture before the relocation. They were careful not to bang the walls as they entered our new home. They were on time and will go the extra mile to accommodate. We highly recommend this business for your next move. Gary & Eileen

This is the worst movers in the industry. They offer you a low rate to get you in the hook and then snail-pace the move. The guys were deliberately slow, making telephone calls each time they took things to the truck. It took them 6 hours to move a one bedroom to the next building in the same property less than four minutes walk (not drive) away. They arrived at 11 am and completed the move at 5.30 pm. This is unheard of in the moving business. The move cost me $945. Similar moves with the same inventory with 40 minutes travel time took other movers 3 hours to do the job including the commute time at $500 in one instance and $700 in another. The lead mover, a Latino guy is very unprofessional and rude. He even called me an a...hole when I complained about his deliberate slowness and stopping to make calls. I wouldn't recommend them. Infact stay away from them. If they try to contact you run. Not to forget damages to the apartment door and walls because the guy did not know the legs of the sofa and love seat had to be taken off to get them through the door. If I could give zero star I would have done so.

Movers arrived on time and did an excellent job of packing my furniture and moving us to our new home. They were very professional, moved quickly and got the move completed in 4 hours! Very strong team and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move at a reasonable price with confidence that it will be done efficiently.

Dominick and his partner were great. They moved a very large, awkward, weird shaped, antique corner cabinet for me. They remained calm and were able to move it with patience and caused no damage to the cabinet or small doorway they had to get ot thru. They also moved a large fully glass China cabinet. It too was in a small awkward spot. They wrapped it well and delivered it with no damage. Not even a scratch. Their prices were reasonable. I would use them again.
