What can I say a great buy! From the time I reached out I received quick response and call back contact. Easy test drive appointment. Payment and registration setup was not time consuming. If ever I need I another vehicle I would love to buy, I m definitely going to check with these guys first. Not to mention prices are very reasonable for any budget. Took it for an tune up and oil change and she rides like a brand new car. Pics are before the car was. Long day was hungry don t mind my food. Best luck on your next purchase.

My husband and I are starting a new financial adventure and was so glad we purchased our first investment vehicle with this dealer. He was beyond helpful and the car we brought from him was in great condition, plus the price was very reasonable, no negotiation necessary. What more can a customer ask for, wait there's more, we lost the title for the car (enter new parents of a two year old). The dealer move mountain to get us a replacement title which was tricky due to the fact the car was brought from a auction but nonetheless he got a new title for us with a smile. As my husband and I take on this new financial adventure we will definitely be back to purchase from this dealership. -purchased Kia Soul 2013

You will show up and they will try to sell you a different vehicle than you seen online. If you have your own financing they won t deal with you.Then my new car I was in was smashed leaving the lot and then people came out trying to rob my car.It s a scam

Everything is perfect during the process of buying a car , HELL AFTER BUYING THE CAR. the warranty is garbage DON'T COVER 99%of the parts , one month after a purchase my car I take it to the mechanic and I find out the warranty only cover components that need needs to be replaced in 15 , 20 years from now. Long story short I paid $12,500 for my car month letter I have to pay $4,800 for part. They doing a good job with the makeup .

While the business of selling used vehicles is not considered to be a reputable one, Mr. Moustafa and his team work hard to make sure that they are counteracting that predisposition with excellent attention to detail and great customer service. Mahmoud Moustafa is the owner and manager of both locations of Golden Motors, LLC. He is an easygoing and honorable man. His staff work on the vehicles they sell onsite which is a huge advantage in used car sales. Highly recommended!

Edit: after a of couple of weeks the car started had a coolant leak. A week later, car started shaking at high speeds, needs new breaks rotors and calipers all around. Now, only a week after that, car shakes while idle.Use caution, would not recommend.

In a word, SUPERB!!! Seamless from start to finish. The owner Mohammed was super friendly, very professional, extremely reasonable with his price for our new Hyundai Elantra, and made us feel like we were friends with him for a very long time. I highly recommend this place and will be recommending all of my friends and family looking for a great and reliable vehicle to stop here first. Good day, I like to share my visit with Golden Motors LLC. First of all the service was good. I've purchased alot of used and new cars in my time which means I've dealt with alot of different salesman I personally would choose and recommend Golden Motors as a good place to get a car. I'm very happy with my tahoe. They have a great deal of different cars and suvs there and the mechanic is on hand daily. I seriously recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Enjoy your visit

On Sunday afternoon, as we were driving home to Virginia from Pennsylvania, our car suddenly stalled. The check engine symbol came on and we barely made to the closest gas station before our car stalled out one final time. Our insurance, Geico, couldn t send a tow truck within an hour and at the same time we had to find a repair shop to get towed to but we couldn t find any open since it was Sunday! Long story short, we found Golden Motors in Wilmington, who was open, and got towed there. The owner (sorry, I did not get your name) of Golden Motors started to diagnose our car as soon as we arrived since we explained we were from Virginia. Honestly, we were planning to get an Uber to VA (2hr 30min drive) and come back next week to pick up the car as typical car repairs take more than a day. 30 minutes later, the owner came to us stating he fixed the car using a part from his own car, which happened to be the same model (Nissan Rogue)! He charged for the part and one hour of labor and had us on the road home, in our own car. To be honest, he could have gouged us knowing how desperate we were, but he didn t. Instead, he rushed to fix our car.We really felt blessed that he and his business were there and open when we needed it the most. Without it our entire week or longer would have been ruined! Golden Motors would be our go to car repair shop if it were near our home. Thank you again for your grateful service, you were our lifesaver!

Great customer service went above and beyond to help me with a car and payments that I wanted. Nice selection of cars as well. It was a easy process. I paid what the car cost was only add ons were the tax, tags and a warranty. Would and will recommend to any future buyers

I am a foreigner and had to buy a car quickly after my arrival in the US. That was the first time I bought a car also. The person in charge at Golden Motors has always been very kind and explained to me in a very simple way all the step to follow. From the test drive to the obtention of the hard plate and permanent title, everything has been really smooth. Generally speaking, whoever I had on the phone or in person always made confident.In my opinion, the prices are more affordable than in a lot of places and the cars are in good shape. At least the one I purchased was completely fine "mechanically" speaking. No surprise at all until now.I recommend, this is a good place managed by nice and professionnal people.

Cars at this dealer appear to be great for great prices, however the prices on the website is the price you ll pay ONLY IF you re paying cash upfront. If you need financing they add on a extra $4,000-$5,000 to the price of the car. The financing with this dealer is very fishy, almost seem to be a scam. If you re going to get a car from this dealer make sure you purchase with cash upfront or you will be scammed out of your money if financing with them.

I purchased a very good quality work van from Golden motors at a very reasonable price.I've had the van for over a month and I'm very satisfied, even had a mechanic do a thorough checking of the van.Golden motors is a reliable,dependable, and honest used car dealership to deal with.I am The owner of R.B.Attractions Painting L.L.C.And I recommend Golden motors and I would do business with them again.Thank you Mr.Muhammad!!!

I was extremely particular about what I wanted in my vehicle. My requirements were nonnegotiable. The service I received was above and beyond exceptional. The sales rep was patient, respectful, never forceful, but always willing to offer assistance when requested. I was allowed to test drive every vehicle that met my requirements. Great service!
