Brad and team recently replaced my battery. Brad got me in and out the same day and I was happy with the work. I also witnessed Brad go out of his way to help another customer who needed help getting her car home. Honest, fair and just good people. What more can a customer ask for. Thanks Brad and team.

Stop!!! If you are thinking of going somewhere else.. just stop!!! I have been going to Foulk Road Automotive for years and this review is long overdue. The very first time I went I was very anxious about what could be wrong with my car. At this point I honestly don t remember what the problem was. What I DO REMEMBER is that I was called promptly. It was fixed .and there was no charge. I became a regular customer thereafter. I have never come across a mechanic who is more honest or has as much integrity as Brad. I have had countless oil changes, routine work and there has never been add on problems as some places like to do. For example, we changed your oil but you need x,y and z. I am not saying I have never been alerted to other things that needed attention. I have, but they were legitimate. Foulk Road Automotive has helped me out countless times.. often with no charge ( I m just a little middle aged lady not some hot 25 year old). What does this say? Honor. Honestly. Integrity. Why would you go anywhere else? I love the convenience of being able to drop my car off and pick it up after work. Is Brad rude as a few negative reviewers implied? No, he is not!! He is a fantastic, larger than life, shoot from the hip guy. I would NEVER dream of going anywhere else. Thank you Brad and the staff of Foulk Road Automotive. You are quite simply the best!!

!!IF UR A WOMAN DO NOT COME HERE!!As us women know, going into a car shop to get your car worked on can be nerve racking as they always try to upsell on things your car doesn t really need. This place is exactly that. You go in for an oil change and they tell you 10 other things you need when you just went to them for 1 thing. I can appreciate being told things my car needs, but the attitude in this office was not respectful. When I originally went and asked about and oil change I was laughed at and told if I want even a chance at getting in I need to be there at 8 Am. I can respect that if it s policy but I did not know; proper business owner wouldn t laugh and make someone feel dumb for asking for a service. They don t show a customers respect and take advantage with a know it all attitude. I will absolutely not return and never recommend to anyone. I ve taken my business elsewhere where I feel appreciated and much more respected and comfortable! Give your business to someone else :)

Excellent service and customer care. Recently they were able to fit me in last minute for a headlight change and didn t even charge me. Wow what a blessing and show of kindness that made my day with going through a tough day.

I'm the daughter of a now retired mechanic. I've been a customer for several years. I've done full replacement sets of tires (4) and I've also gone in with 3 new tires (<5k miles) and one slashed tire and been given and honest fair price for a single replacement tire. Same day or next day if it wasn't in stock . A perfect scenario for when "the other guys" would have tried to sell me 4 tires, or insisted you can't replace just one. Today, I drove in at 9am, without an appointment, and asked Brad if he could help me - I had a screw in my tire and needed a patch. He said yes. $30 later - a small price to pay - my car is back in service and safe for my family. Highly recommend.

I have been very happy with my experiences at Foulk Road Automotive. I think Brad is very straightforward and honest. That is the cause of most of the negative reviews you see on here. He has gotten me in and out for oil changes quicker than anywhere else I have ever gone. He has fixed several tires for the small cost of a patch when I was sure I was going to have to replace the tire or the rim. I am rough on my vehicles and Brad and his team have kept my vehicles running superb even with my abuse. I HIGHLY recommend Foulk Road Automotive!

Foulk Automotive has always provided me with wonderful service. They are honest and trustworthy! Brad is awesome! Explains the issues and is always a pleasure to talk to. If you are looking for a place you can trust and know that your car will be fixed right give them a call! Best service techs around!

Called the night before to schedule an appointment for an oil change, was told they do not take appointments and to show up at 8:00 a.m. when they open. I showed up at 8:00 a.m. when they opened before going to work, but nobody was there, doors were locked. Was approximately six other people waiting in front of me as well for them to open. Note: I waited 21 min before deciding to leave.

Went to foulk road automotive about 2 months ago. I asked him to do a frontal alignment. They called me and said I need a new brakes and new rotors and a tie rod and they also did my front end alignment. About a day after I got all that done I started realizing when I hit my brakes the front of my car would shake. Here we are two months later my son did my tire rotation and found out why my front end is shaking. When they put my rotors on they never put the screws in to make sure that they stay steady. So I do not recommend this place I give them zero ratings

I have always have a great experience at Foulk Rd Exxon. Brad and his team of mechanics always perform great service. I have been using them for years as do all of my friends. Damien and his team are amazing. They are attentive and compassionate to each situation. They may not have been the cheapest quote I received for 4 new tires, but they ordered them and put them on the quickest, with the most pleasant customer service. And for that, I ll pay a little more for so I m not without a car for longer than necessary.

I go there routinely for oil changes & tire rotation for my 2016 Pathfinder. Brad the Service Manager always gets me in & out in a timely manner. The whole team there is very responsive & respectful of your time. They check your car over thoroughly and give recommendations of items to be repaired and those they recommend to be repaired in the very near future to keep your car running at its best. I really appreciate the work they do and have given their business card out to many of my friends & family. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive service needs.

I recently went to get my battery replaced and a tune up. They over charged for only those two things paid close to $1000 for those things. But the worst part is when I went to pick up my car after it was fixed, my trunk was opened and they broke the latch to my trunk. They didn t tell me about it at all and left my car open and broken. Their job is to fix cars not break them and give them back to the owner with less problems. I will never recommend them or go back there again. Straight forward honest people done right first time , very good prices when compared to other mechanics, I will go back with my cars . Give them a chance to do right by you. Must be many happy repeat customers because service writer Brad new them by name. That has to say goods things right. We have never been disappointed in their integrity, there prices and there attention to getting right the first time. I recommend this garage to anyone who needs a mechanic

Site Manager Brad is amazinly knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with customer issues and expediting vehicles through the service process while managing a team of diversified, talented and courteous technicians. I gave 1 star because there was no option for zero stars. On two occasions I had an 8am appointment and waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up to even open the shop.

On their website they have an option to make an appointment where you select a time that works for you and it says that they will contact you to confirm. I selected an appointment time of noon on a Saturday. I received an email back that said that if I wanted to wait for my car, I would need to drop it off at 8am and that they "literally stop taking cars at 11am" for a same day oil change. I emailed back and asked if they just don't take appointments for Saturdays and he said "no we don't take appointments", despite having a whole page on the website dedicated to making an appointment. When I arrived I asked for a standard oil change and my tires rotated, as that is the type of oil I got from a different mechanic the last time. My car was ready in a timely manner, and they did call and leave a voice mail saying my cabin filter needed to be changed and to call back if I wanted them to do so. I went to pick up my car and he reiterated that my cabin filter needed to be changed. I said no thank you, and he told me "well you should really have your dad or your boyfriend change it. Or you can do it if you really want to give it a try". Extremely rude to imply that a man needs to do basic maintenance on my car because I'm incapable and ridiculous to say. He told me my total, which was way higher than the standard price, and when I asked about he told me they put in synthetic and did not rotate my tires. They called me to tell me a filter was dirty but not that they were using synthetic and that they weren't going to rotate my tires? I understand if I was told the wrong info by the other mechanic but if you're not going to perform any service that I asked for and only call to add on an extra charge, that's a bit shady.

Brad and his team are honest and knowledgeable about repairs needed and pricing is fair. Very friendly and honest business!! While waiting for an oil change on my car I observed the store manager engaging with several customers both on the phone and in person. He treated them all honestly and with respect no matter the reason for them being there. He answered their questions explaining in detail in simple terms they could understand to make a decision on what to do with confidence. I have recommended them to a few of my friends & family. Pleasure working with them!!

I moved to Wilmington and was looking for my regular oil change. I had oil change there for couple of times, they say tire rotation comes complimentary with oil change. So I asked them to have tire rotate, they assure it will be done, but it was never done. Had happen in all my visits. They lied on my face, saying it was done. Also they charge you for CC payment processing, never seen any other business charging you extra for CC

Absolute Best there is, Brad and team are World class. We have been taking our vehicles here for 5+ years, not only have we never had a problem but the Customer Service and Pricing are as fair and honest as they come. Highly recommend!!!

I was working out of state and had my alternator go bad in my work truck.Called Brad the Service Manager and he said to bring the truck over and we will get it done ASAP.After having AAA install a battery I was able to drive the .5 mile to this service location. Brad and his team did the repair quickly and were also able to take my companies Credit Card with a screen shot as it exceeded my credit limit on my company card.Overall a bad situation 150 miles from home went smoothly and was able to get my installs done after all. Would definitely recommend this shop for any repair needs.

I've been to other places in the area...I've gotten automotive help from both Brad and Damien on multiple occasions. They always are excellent and I would trust their word due to complete honesty shown. If you want to see a REAL professionals who give actual VALUE, I'd definitely recommend.

I won't be taking our vehicles here anymore and I am very disappointed in Brad and the whole place. I have taken our vehicles there for 6 years for everything and recommended it to my son. He took his car in for an oil change and 1 day later he got stranded and had to have it towed in for a rod knock. Brad told me that it was not their fault and he even said that my son was high and stoned when he was in there, which wasn't the case. Even if he was does it give him the right to mistreat him and his car? He, or someone there pulled his car into the trees in the back which scratched the front and hood. There is some big scratches on the back passenger door and fender. The tree branches were mashed up against the hood and windshield and the side of the car! Also 2 weeks before the oil change he brought his car in for 2 new tires which he requested to be put on the back which the one back tire was leaking air and showing belts. And Brad left the 2 back ones on including the one showing belts and going flat everyday and replaced the ones on the front. He told Brad to keep the best ones on and get rid of the 2 worst tires and instead Brad took the good ones and left the worst ones on. Brad tried to make him look bad and tried to tell my son his car was front wheel drive and actually its rear wheel drive!! I've been driving by there for 3 weeks and watching to see if they were treating any other cars like they did my son's and they don't! So a day after an oil change they did, we are stuck with a scratched up car with a flat tire and needing an engine! I'll never recommend this place again to anyone and I am sorry I sent my son there! My advise is do not take your car here for anything! And definitely don't recommend this place! Chances are you will be sorry!

I needed to get an oil change so I called them. They don t have appointments but they said if I go there 8am they can get me in and out. So that s what I did. I rearranged my morning, got a baby sitter and got there at 7:50. I walked in and asked if I could get my oil changed, they said it s a 3 hour wait. Come on now, people have things to do and they seem to not care about that. At least have appointments and don t tell people to come there for service and it not be available. I ll never go there again. Thanks for nothing!!

Brad and his staff are all 5 star. Top notch service at a fair price. I never worry if the job's been done properly when Foulk Road fixes my vehicle. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Brad from Foulk Rd Auto is a personable and excellent mechanic. Work was done on time and as promised. Car drives like new. Parts cost was high, but labor was reasonable. All in all, very much worth the price. I can't recommend him enough.

The service performed on my car was tires, alignment and an oil change. The general manager offered several options for tires then provided his input which ended up being the best tire for the car. The car is rear wheel drive and the all season all weather tire suggested performs very well even in the rain and the snow. I m extremely satisfied with the service provided.
