Wonderful experience with this Firestone location. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and the service team was very quick.I came in to get a full set of tires installed. Checking once I got home, all 4 tires were at the correct pressures and all wheel nuts were torqued to the correct spec.

First and foremost, I was a headache and I apologize for that but I appreciate the customer service and help. I went in for an alignment after two attempts to have one completed by another Firestone and after I had completely restored the suspension and installed new tires. The first two alignments left my car pulling to the left, after I had went to a different Firestone it was fixed slightly but still pulled heavily to the left at highway speeds, after returning to the second Firestone they had fixed it completely at the second attempt. I just wanted to say thank you for the patience and amazing alignment.

Despite the mechanics seeming trustworthy in store , they messed up my car and left it completely not drivable. Car was in worse shape than when i dropped it off.I learned from taking it to the Subaru dealership that they put in a broken power steering pump, left the Tie rod bolts loose and misdiagnosed the oil problem and left it dumping oil all over the engine. The issues weren't a dealership problem; I was told any mechanic shop could have fixed them. I filed a claim several weeks ago and when i call the corporate office they tell me a case advisor will call in 2-5 days and i have yet to receive a phone call.

I have been coming to this Auto Care place since 2022 and I have to say these people truly care about their customers. I have had so many positive interactions with all of them but especially stood out Ava and Nick. The whole crew goes above and beyond their customers. I wish there were many more places like that. Highly recommend this place.

Patrick is always a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately the part that was ordered for my vehicle was damaged (not by Firestone) and I had to reschedule my service since another part was not available. He fit me into the schedule quickly and the work was completed another day. It's a shame the part company sent a part in a destroyed box (visibly unacceptable) couldn't do the same. Patrick and Rocco always do their best to help and I appreciate them.

Firestone is reliable and trustworthy. I have only had great experiences here. They helped me in an emergency when my tire popped and also have been my go to for routine car maintenance.

Service was faster than expected and the location was nicer than another I have been to. Car was done when it was estimated to be done. Overall I would recommend this store for service.

The cost is high but the convenience outweighs things for me. Unfortunately, out of all the individuals working here I only had a positive experience with Ava. The service manager Patrick who heard my concern (work that I paid for was not completed) was not accommodating and did not so much as apologize. I now have to return to this location to fix the issue as he would not refund me without me bringing the car back in. I am inclined to fight the charge with my credit card company as this was simply services not rendered. Take your car anywhere else on 202 there are a million better options.

I had a bad experience here at around 9:30 AM on Sat. Nov. 4, 2023. It was sales prevention at its best. When I asked how long it would take to replace the front brakes and change the oil on a 2019 F150 the gentlemen behind the computer was visibly annoyed, shrugged his shoulders, and the mechanic joked that it would take 6.5 hours. I told the gentleman that I wasn t getting the warm and fuzzy and that he needs to work on his attitude. I walked out. I will state the obvious: If you re nice and on the ball your business will do better and you ll feel good at the end of the day. There are too many options especially when it comes to auto maintenance. I m going elsewhere.

what a great experience, walked in 7:30 am with a flatt tire and no appt and was immediately taken care off by mark. they understood i was in a rush to get to work.. Mark and raco was personable and very professional. greg was the mechanic that explained in datail what i needed done and best suggestions for the overall care of my vehicle.

Staff was awesome! Rocco was great ! Even though they weren't able to fix my car, not due to their fault, needed much more repair than Firestone was able to do, they were awesome with communication, timely diagnosis and helped me out with a good referral

Took my rental to have the tire replaced. Ava showed me the car I rented should have never been rented to me. The two front tires were bald and wires were showing. Thanks because I had to drive back to Texas

Came in for an air leak on driver front tire thinking it needed a patch job. They checked it and found corrosion on the rim letting tire leak at the bead. Cleaned it up and applied bead seal and fixed the issue. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and got me in and out quickly.

The staff are professional, courteous and friendly (something we're desperately missing in this country, especially by the youth). And so far I am very trusting of them, in field that is very untrustworthy.

Even though I ordered my tires online before the day that they started a promotion, they could've still honored the promotion because they were having them in store anyway but whatever they get two stars for that

Got new tires- which are great! Also was talked into an oil change which i agreed to- car drove great when i left- 20 mins later check engine light comes on (never has it lit up before ever) i m furious! Come to find out there was no OIL in my freakin car!!! How do you forget oil during an oil change?! It makes no sense to me!! Went to my regular oil change center (2 days later) and my guy laughs asking where all the oil went, nothing not a drop and absolutely no leaks .. Well they never put any in and didn t change the filter .

I went for oil change here a week ago. The oil change service went well, but I was told that my battery needed replacement. They gave me quote for an Interstate Megatron Plus MTP 24f for $135.99 including labor fee. I made an appointment to get the battery changed for the following weekend since I had to be somewhere. I went next week and was seen by Jason. I gave him the printed quote I was just given the week before along with $15 coupon from their website. One, he told me that he could not honor the coupon, even though it was from the Firestone website, but more frustrating was that he said the battery replacement would be $160 for Interstate MTP 35. Jason was extremely rude and despite showing him the printed quote from their own store which said Interstate Megatron 24f, he told me his store never carried that battery. The reason I am writing this review is because of cut throat lying just to make more money. Here why I say this, my uncle got the same battery from them 2 weeks before for $141.99. Firestone Talleville, DE, I do not appreciate that you lie to have customers fall for you. There is something called as honesty and integrity.

Lately every time I have called with a repair that my car needed I am told either we don't handle that, that sounds too complicated or you've got to call the dealer we don't do stuff like that. A couple times it was a simple as the battery needed to be replaced in my remote and I needed just to know what kind of battery I needed. On the other hand pep boys right down the street was able to not only tell me what battery I needed but put it in for me.

I went to this Firestone location for a oil change and the service was excellent. Getting service was very easy. Before the oil change the only information you need to provide was your car's year, make, and model and from there, they do the rest. After 15 minutes, the oil change was done. In comparison, I tried to do a oil change at the nearby Jiffy Lube and my experience was very different. Jiffy Lube didn't do my oil change and the reason they say was because some cap in my car was screwed too tight. That was no excuse since at Firestone, they were able to do the oil change. Plus, Jiffy Lube asked me what type of oil I need for my car. Like come on, you guys should know that or at least be able to look it up in your system. You shouldn't expect the customer to know it.

Last week I had my wife s car scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. One of the reasons we purchased the tires from firestone was the complimentary tire rotations for the lifetime of the tires. When my wife dropped off the vehicle she again confirmed that they were going to be doing a tire rotation and an oil change. When she came to pick up the vehicle they had not done the tire rotation and claimed that it was never scheduled to be done. It was a simple mistake that they could have easily fixed by quickly doing the tire rotation but they instead were rude about it and insisted that it was never scheduled to be done.They also claimed that her battery needed to be replaced. Thankfully, we decided we would test the battery ourselves. I checked her battery with my multimeter the next morning after the vehicle sat overnight. It was still very healthy and not at all in need of being replaced. (Battery was stable at 12.5 V and dipped to around 10.2 V when turning over)

I wish I could give 0 stars on this. I've been a customer of this business for years and it's always been good. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my van for an oil change. An hour and a half after my appointment, I got a call from them stating I had to remove my ladder from the roof rack in order to get my oil changed. This had never been a problem before and was not mentioned when I dropped off the van.Wasted my time. Just go to Jiffy lube insteadService: Oil change

This place used to be a good place to get your car fixed not anymore the service and mechanics and the quality of work are terrible. They seem to guess at the problem with cars instead of really inspecting the car for the real problem. Brought car in tire had a nail in the side! They replaced tire in no time! I d like to come back for oil change ect! The service staff was friendly and helpful! The mechanic who worked on the tire was quick! Looking forward to coming back here! Ok so came here for oil change. In and out in about 1/2 hour or so. Will come back again!

I called today to have an alignment and tire rotation on my truck. For the last 2 years I have taken my truck to get alignments at this location and 2 years ago I had them install a set of 33x12.5 tires. I ve had 3 alignments and 2 tire rotations done over the last 2 years. Now all the sudden they refuse to work on the truck because the tires are too big . The man who answered the phone told me his technicians will not rotate big tires for the flat rate they get paid for the rotation. If the shop installed them and has rotated them before why now are you refusing the entire job of an alignment and rotation seems to me like the technicians that work there aren t capable of work they are employed to do. I bought a set of brand new tires. And two months after one tire kept going flat for no reason. I took back and I was told that my tire is behind repair. It was a fight for them to replace it but it finally happens last week. And this morning got ready for work and that new tire they put on is flat again. Something is telling me that those tires are not new. I don t get it. They are playing customers so be careful. Plus some of they customer service are really bad. WorseService: Tires

Professional service, quick, and had personable staff. I bought 4 new tires, had them installed, and got my oil changed. The prices were better than everyone around on tires. They kept me informed and I ended up purchasing more than what I was going to based on their recommendations. My car feels like it is riding on air.
