When I pay 160 dollars for an oil change and new wipers...the information on that little sticker better be right. This is the second time in a row that Ive had to go right back in and ask for the correct information. Furthermore, I am a very average sized adult male, unless there was a midget working there that I didn't notice, please dont move my seat! You're not taking it for a joy ride, just moving it around the corner. No need to put the seat all the way up AND forward.A little customer service goes a long way people!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Pricing tires --they were the best deal locally. Tech called to tell me it was done. I showed up within 5 minutes. Both techs seemed surprised I was there so quickly. One stammered showing me a printout stating over and over my battery was dead and needed a new one. (Battery issue apparently just manifested between the time of the call and my arrival.Less than 5 minutes but the paperwork for the battery quote was stapled to my receipt) I said there's nothing wrong with my battery I've had no issues. After a few minutes of discussion I watched the tech thru the shop window get in the driver's side and drive my "dead" car out of the bay. I paid for my tires went out to my car and it wouldn't start or turn over. Said tech tapped on my window asking if he could try. Miraculously it started. I immediately drove to the dealer who tested the battery which was at 97%. They also ran a brief diagnostic to test the alternator etc. No codes or previously thrown codes to indicate any issues. They could only surmise an internal fuse ( panel is next to the steering wheel) was loosened or removed. Shisters and scammers.

Many many years ago I didnt have a good experience. However since it was years ago I said well heck, I just need an oil change what could go wrong. Well let me share what I experience to date, when I entered, the environment is dirty you can literally tell by looking at the floors, carpet area, and windows. No coffee station. After waiting for my oil change to be completed, I arrived home and noticed on the paper work there was 2 notes: Engine noise and leaking gas. Like what the heck!!! I didn't even receive an explanation of the findings nor an estimated cost of repair, if interested. I was really upset, because I haven't notice any leakage stains on drive way nor realized of the noise to engine. Like where exactly is it coming from. Regardless, I felt yet again, that I didn't receive good customer service. Only thing I did appreciate is that they had the AMC channel (Men in Black) on at the waiting area.

They were able to squeeze me in right away for an oil change and blinker light replacement. I didn t have to stay long. In and out. Everything worked out great. Thanks on the estimate for the next project!

I walked into Firestone due to being given a recommendation sheet after I got an oil change there. The recommendation sheet explained that I needed a Tune up!When I went back to get the Tune up, Services were denied to me due to my Check Engine light being on.The Diagnostic test showed that I needed to get my Fuel Pressure Censor fixed.SO.. I paid $552 yesterday to get my Fuel Pressure Censor fixed.But..The Problem is not fixed because the Check Engine light is still Lit.I payed $552And yeah I'm still in need of a tune up!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT GO HERE!!!________________________They damaged my wife's car replacing the battery and we had to go to Honda for repairs to the remote electrical system that Firestone damaged. The damage was found by Honda and we were told Firestone caused it. The manager was rude, inconsiderate and not helpful. They eventually paid for the Honda bill but we still bought batteries for the remotes we didn't need and spent hours at Honda and Firestone dealing with their mistake. An honest company would have comped the battery and the service charges for our hassle and time wasted dealing with THIER mistake. I understand mistakes happen, making them right is what's important. This manager has no idea how to run this shop, they never apologized or admitted the mistake, thank God Honda has great service because that's where we will be going from now on. It's a shame, I went to firestone years ago and the service was great. What happened??NEVER SHOP HERE!!TOTALLY DISHONEST MANAGER!!WORST MECHANICS!!!

Firestone has been my go to spot for years. I can usually wait for routine maintenance. They back up their work and on the very rare occasion there is an issue, they remedy the problem quickly. I also get a discount if I use my Firestone charge. I'm always happy with my experience with Firestone. Their tire warranty has worked well for me more than once also.

These people are honest in their assessment and did not waste my time. My vehicle was in need of a new engine , they told me all of my options and recommended a second opinion (for verification) before I spend a ton of money on repairs. They also held onto my battery charger when I unknowingly left it there over 2 weeks. FIVE star all the way.

The staff at Firestone Prices Corner have been polite but that s it. We took our vehicle there 3 weeks ago because that s were our warranty company said we had to go. After 3 weeks of multiple trips, hours upon hours spent waiting, they even had our vehicle for 4 days and 3 weeks later our air conditioning is still not fixed. I will never ever use their service again, warranty or not because they don t know what they re doing! Very very very unsatisfied customer.

I went because I wanted an oil change and a tune up. The guy told me to just get a diagnostic. My car broke down the same day because of a locked brake caliper, almost hit someone on the highway when my brakes gave out. My fianc� and I are paying off my account and never returning. New job on Monday an hour away. Thank you Firestone.

I came in at 7am today to have brakes checked and I humming noise in left rear tire checked. I waited over an hour . The service counter person came to me and said my brakes were fine, but I needed 4 tires and a alignment. I had one tire replaced last year, and it still had great tread on it. The service counter person insisted I needed the tires and the alignment or I might regret it later. I said ok to the tires and alignment. I later asked if I would get some sort of rebate since I was buying 4 tires. She said no only rebates were only on more expensive tires. I spent over 600 dollars on 4 tires which I think I only needed maybe 1 or 2.I used to like Firestone for service for my cars. Not any more. Today was my last visit. There are other honest car service shops besides FirestoneTom O ConnellServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

They were OK, but a little confusing on the application of a discount which they quoted me before the appointment and then after the appointment, they couldn't honor the discount which is kind of messed up because even though I bought those things online, they could've canceled it and then re-ordered themwith the discount, but some people are not really good at customer service I get it

Diego Zavala -Manager is great and helpful to resolve the issue to finding my account who had entered wrong information (by rt 9 station in 2015) in system. He even call the original station for lifetime Warranty they stated that no purchase occurred but Diego is vary helpful and cooperate and know what he doing. Overall he is great and giving him 5 star.Service: Wheel alignment

Yeah, I m done here. Don t have to worry about them touching my car again. I have been back countless times in the last 2 years for a check engine light. They keep charging me for fixes and the light keeps coming on. This last time they said it was for something I d declined a while back (and forgot about) copy that, only thing to do is fix it. So why did my check engine light come back on just says later?!?!I ve paid a couple thousand dollars over this time for nothing to have actually been repaired. It s the same fault code as when I first brought it in days after I paid over $500 for a fix.Not worth it. Take your business elsewhere.

Made an appointment to have my tires mounted and balanced. I said I would wait for the car. They said ok. 3pm come in and we will get it done. At 3pm they told me it was a 2 hour wait.Extremely annoying

I have to say, my experiences with this Firestone location have been wonderful. They always make me feel comfortable, are super-efficient, and so far have done nothing but good for my vehicle. Last year was a rough winter and I unfortunately was left with a flat back tire. I went to Firestone because it was close to my place of work, and they took my car right before closing, and switched out both of my back tires, did an oil change, and inspected everything just before they closed up shop. Those tires have been great, though just this weekend I unfortunately found that my front tire had developed a bubble in it, so I went back to the same Firestone s without an appointment in hopes for them to replace my front tires. I allotted myself a couple of hours since I knew how long waits may be sometimes, but I was blown away with their efficiency.When I first arrived they looked up my tire information in the system, and had expressed that they didn t have my size tires in stock and had suggested I return tomorrow. I asked for them to take a look at the condition of my tire due to the fact that I have a 1 hour drive back home after work this evening, and I wanted his suggestion as to if it would be safe to drive with it. He saw the bubble, highly suggested I didn t drive on that tire, and offered to put on my spare for the time being. They took my car back and found that I was never given a spare through the dealership (I guess due to efficiency reasons the new cars don t really need/or/have spares) and because they were concerned about my safety they went out of their way to go to another location to grab the right sized tires, and they switched them out (in addition to changing my oil again and doing another inspection) all within enough time for me to arrive to work on time, and for a price that I was very relieved to see! It is nice to see an auto company prove the "women being taken advantage of" stereotype to not always be the case. They made me a very happy girl today!

Sadly this Firestone location used to be my "go to" auto shop. First they mis-installed brakes on my daughter's car. Took it back. Said they fixed it. Brakes work but horrible squealing noise continues. Next I took my company car in. They plugged my tire and that is working fine. I requested to have my tires rotated and that request was ignored. I am not sure what has happened at this store but the quality workmanship I was used to is gone, and so am I.

Picked up car after having flat tire repair and tire rotation performed. Less than 24 hours later and had low tire pressure light come on. Found tire low in same wheel well and nail in same exact location where specified before dropping off. Had car for 4 hours, neither service performed and took money. Made appointment for following day. Was told had to wait because they were booked even though an appointment was made. Reason was appointment was made through chat with associate on internet and not through associate at store. Luckily corporate called store to assist.

I called first,just rang...no one picked up. Drove down there, walked in and no one at the counter! Waited 10 minutes and nobody walked in so I walked out.
