Just recently got a mini cooper and was so stressed to find a place that could work on it. I am no longer! They were highly recommended by a coworker and my tire pressure kept getting lower - despite being busy, they looked at it and fixed it and I was able to make it to work on time. I truly appreciate the service and will be returning (ideally with a scheduled time next time)!

This is the place.. the only place I will ever take my BMW the owner and the staff are the best, they do their job out of devotion instead of duty. My car is now running better that it did when I first got it. Definitely 5Star service.

Found this mechanic through a friend that has several BMW cars. This shop is excellent and less than half the price of the dealers labor rate. I am glad I went here for my service so they can set a file up for my car.

I have a 1987 bmw e28 528e. It would crank with no start. i worked on the car 7 months. i took it here and John had it fixed in just a few days, great service and great customer service. Always stays in touch even after you drive it off the lot to make sure everything is running great!! 10/10 recommend if you drive any european car

John and the team have been absolutely great here. I try to do as many repairs myself as I can, but when I needed things done that were out of my comfort zone, European Performance performed repairs properly the first time, which, unfortunately, is not what I have experienced from some other local places. That first time quality is paramount to me. Thanks to John and the team for working with me, and helping me with quality repairs for a fair cost!

Aw man. The best... I told them I'll be back for more work that I need and I meant it... Very knowledgeable of BMW's annnd the price points aren't crazy... Union Park BMW can go play in Autobahn traffic.

I will recommend this place for anyone who owns a BMW. Very professional and friendly staff. The service experience is just amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure your car is in good condition. I love their communication and their attention to details.

European Performance was recommended to me by another BMW owner and I ve been bringing both my mother s Mini Cooper as well as my Z4M here for service and any repairs ever since. John is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Evan is always friendly and courteous. They do excellent and timely work. Prices are reasonable and fair and most of all they are reputable, honest and trustworthy.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

John the owner got us an appointment for some fluid changes though his appointments were 3 weeks out. Told us what items need attention right away and what could wait. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. They are busy for a reason.

I take my 2010 Mini Cooper here for service and repairs. Great customer care and service. Incredibly prompt and Ive never had to wait extra time or days for the work to be done. They re knowledgeable and thorough, make sure I only have quality parts and work done on my car (and at a great price!). They talk through the problems with me and answer any questions I have. Most recently I had a somewhat complex issue with the way my engine was running; they troubleshooted my issues expertly and made sure my car was running right. It took more than one go because my mini was not throwing the proper codes for the issue, the second repair labor was comped and kept my overall price affordable and I am very happy with their work and service. Will definitely continue to take my Mini Cooper to European Performance for all the repairs or service it needs!

I ve taken my last 2 vehicles to them as I was informed that they are the go to people for BMW/Mini coopers. When I call to make an appointment I m mislead by an receptionist who tells me to come in tomorrow morning to drop the car off , just to be told they can t take it by a different receptionist the day of. Miscommunication it happens , but than when it comes to diagnostics they don t actually review your car in full detail , no detailed description of the diagnostic just the initial shop charge which is $110 an hour. First time they were unable to figure out my problem , later on fixed it myself. Second time around I tell them what the issue is to save them time and they confirmed after their diagnostic that it was ensure that same part i mentioned earlier. They quoted me $400 for the part and $440 in labor ( 4 hours ) all for a module that slides out and slides back in .... I asked for the part number which they were able to provide me with. I purchased the part myself for $110 and it s now fixed and nor was coding needed which they said also stated needed to be done , took me 15 minutes to replace the part. I say this to say that I would encourage anyone coming here to do your due diligence and know a thing or two about your vehicle and what s going on before bringin your car in. I could of easily payed the $800+ to fix this issue which they stated ( might not fix it ) or do research and fix it myself for $100. They are a shop that does know the most about BMW/Mini and that s where it gets costly because if you don t know much you might end up over paying or getting something fixed that didn t need to be. Overall they are a fast turn around shop and have always been honest with me so therefore they get 3 stars from me and not 1. I would still recommend them to anyone with a BMW/Mini

I have been using European Performance for 20 years plus and they have made owning a BMW almost as inexpensive as an American car despite the higher cost of parts. They let me know what I need now and also what to plan for in the future. They are diagnostic engineers who don't just replace parts. Their customer service is top notch and highly recommended to any BMW owners. Great job John and Rick.

Excellent service, knowledgable staff, and reasonably priced. They walked me around my car and showed me the issue and also showed me the new part vs old broken part so I could see exactly what the part should've been doing. Highly recommend European Performance if your BMW or Mini needs anything.

These guys are the best when it comes to working on European Cars. We have our own mechanic at our dealerhsip lot and we still refer customers to them because of the great work they do. These guys did what the MINI dealer could not. Their willingness to listen & work with what repairs I have already made blew me away, and I am so grateful for this awesome team. MINIs can be quirky and most shops wouldn't touch them, however at European Performance they dove right in and completed the repair within 24hours. They won't just throw parts at your car-- these guys are good.

Finally found a great mechanic that doesn't charge dealer prices. They diagnosed my issue in less than 30 minutes and charged a fraction of the amount the dealer (who couldn't even be definitive about the issue) wanted to charge. These guys clearly know their stuff, whereas I find the dealers rely on the computer diagnostics to tell them what to do, and are lost if the system fails to find the issue.

Excellent service and competitive pricing! Needed work done on my M5 and they came in much cheaper than I had expected for the cost. Two-day turn around and the car was on the road again!

They went above and beyond when I took my car in for service. Explained every detail thoroughly and even took me in to the garage to show me what was going on with a particular problem. Gave me a loaner car when I don't even think that's part of their policy, took my car through inspection and also washed it for me. I highly recommend European Performance.

John, the owner, and Rick, the service manager, along with all the technicians are incredibly professional. They only service BMW and Mini's which is a great comfort in knowing that they truly know these vehicles.I went there for the first time this morning to have some coding done to my 2010 BMW 328i. I converted my Angel Eyes, low beams, high beams, and fog lights from halogen to LED but was receiving error messages because of the circuit resistance difference with the LED bulbs. The LED bulbs were CANBUS error free according to the manufacturer, but many German cars still produce the error without coding.European Performance quickly and very reasonably coded out the light checking on the car and I am now error free. No dash lights and no annoying gong sound.Since it was my first visit, John had the car put onto a lift and walked me into the service area to show and explain to me the condition of the car and point out a few minor routine things that may need to be repaired in the future (rear brake pads).Incredible people, incredible service - I will be returning for any service that my BMW requires and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I've been taking my 2003 330 CiC for 9 years... I don't trust anyone else with my car. When I moved to Virginia 7 years ago, I still made it a point to bring my BMW to John/Ric. I concur that these are the most upstanding/outstanding guys in the business. Getting estimates in Virginia are three times the price so guess what.... I still bring my car to the best in the East... European Performance, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I needed carbon buildup walnut blasted from my BMW 335d. I took off the manifold myself, had it towed there and had a long discussion with the mechanic about what I wanted/needed: Walnut blast/clean the intake/outlet. I informed them I would do it myself but couldn t position and confirm the valves were closed in the appropriate cylinder. Had it towed back to my house and went to reassemble the car to find out it was only half done! Charged me for 4 hours of professional work! I don t think so.

They're awesome!!! AND AFFORDABLE!!!! ... I dont need go to the dealer for anything....I go straight to them. They are so professional and get the job done. I just wish they had more social media pages. They re probably the best kept secret in the State of Delaware!!!!! Hands down!!! If you have a Mini or a Beamer.... take it to European Performance!!!!!

Remarkable service all across the board! Rick and John probably have my phone number memorized by now and are always extremely helpful. I honestly think they do the best work within 500 miles and never take advantage of anyone. Honest and well ran business, to say the least. I recommend going to European performance before speaking with the stealership, they can save you 1000$sss

European Performance is the only place that touches my M3. My car was starting to have horrible transmission issues so I dropped it off at EP totally expecting to have the transmission rebuilt or replaced. I get a phone call from EP telling me it was a bad battery cable causing all the problems. Any other shop would ve replaced the cable and charged me for a transmission. Hands down the best mechanics in the business.

Very helpful! I stopped in after being told at another shop, that I needed a new catalytic converter, in my 02 325. Euro performance told me that may not be the case and they would try something else first. 10/10
