John and his crew are simply the BEST. He can rebuild almost anything. I've been doing business with them for years - shame on me for not speaking up sooner ! Let them help with your next project.

Be aware of non-returned charged deposits. I sent is a perfectly good Jaguar XK150 wiper motor to exchange for a refurbished XK140 motor in order to have a correct one for my XK140. In addition to paying for the refurbished XK140 motor, I was charged an additional $300 core charge until my XK150 motor was sent back. After 3 weeks I called Max and he said he didn t remember the details and to remind him. I recounted the agreement details to him and additionally that the refurbished wiper motor he sent didn t work!! My installor took it apart and repaired it, which I was charged for. Max at Eastcoast Jaguar said he d look it up and get back. After several weeks no response, he now does not answer my calls, and uses his answering machine to filter his calls.

Our business owner bought a windshield wiper back in september. They charged an extra $200 which he reassured us would be refunded once he got the core mailed to him. We have the confirmation saying it was delivered to his address and still haven't been refunded the $200.

I needed a rebuild of my Lucas wiper motor for my Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, but was hesitant to have East Coast Jaguar do it because of their ratings on Google Maps. That said, I still did it...and the service/price/value was outstanding. I provided my 'core' for rebuild and they rebuilt it like new in 2 days, and sent it right back. I couldn't have been any happier!

Excellent Communication and Service. Prompt acknowledgement of my core and fast shipment of rebuilt wiper motor. They do not charge for a core and you don't pay for one unless you don't provide one!

This guy "John" is a scam artist! He purchases items online, gets them delivered and then claims an issues all while demanding money.. He is refunded for something that is made up and then doesn't return the it. If you do business with him it's not if you will get ripped off, it's for how much you will get ripped off. I'm glad people like this will burn and wish I was there to watch..

Shady Shady business practices. East Coast Jaguar refuses to return a $200.00 core fee from weeks ago purchased on eBay. They then block your phone number when you continually attempt to get your money. I will never do business with this company and appears through the research, we are not the first nor will be the last to be ripped off. I highly recommend doing business with any other company OTHER THAN EAST COAST JAGUAR!

Needed a wiper motor for my 1965 MG Midget. John had a rebuilt motor with the correct numbers. Bought it through his Ebay store, great service!Bolted it in and now working wipers!!!

East Coast Jaguar and John are the most reliable and fair rebuilders on hard to get parts for any car, you can trust them 100% .We are using their products for over 35 years and never had a issue of any kind. Highly recommended. Like they say, there is always two side of every story.

Buyers beware *** Do not buy parts from him ! This man is a crook ! He stole my $200 core charge. I sent my core to him with proof of receipt , now he won t refund my core !The man Has fallen off the face of the earth with my $200John is nothing more than a common crook !
