The service department does not honor their word on pricing. When I dropped my vehicle for service, I asked if there were service specials and was told by two associates that I could get 10% off if I picked up my vehicle after 2PM. When I picked up at 3PM, the associate checking me out refused the discount and explained it doesn't work that way. Regardless of whether it works that way, everyone in the department should understand how it works and be on the same page, but she didn't even inquire with the other associates about what they told me, and they were both still present and 10 feet away. I could really care less about the 10%... but I do care that someone rudely and flatly refuses with no further inquiry after being told that two other associates told me otherwise. It's not common to do business that way and the vibe was completely lacking in basic courtesy. I don't intend to repeat business due to this interaction. You don't need to take a Chevy to a Chevy dealer for an expensive oil change just because it's a Chevy. I'll go out of my way to go to a garage that has values and courtesy. Shout out to the shuttle drivers though, who were super nice.

I was in on a Saturday morning for recall work on my vehicle,I was in and out in 1 hour perfect, by the way there's no shuttle service on the weekends

It was the first time getting service at Diver. I had a very nice experience purchasing from Diver used car lot and I had a very nice experience at the Service location. The location is easy to get to, well lit, labeled with easy to read signs. The Valet was polite and helpful. The service desk and cashier were polite and helpful. The waiting room was well kept, organized, clean and spread out seating. The receipt and inspection report were specific and easy to read, and I can plan ahead for the next recommended service without suprises or "gotcha" fees.

This was the fastest oil change I've ever received. My only issue with this location is, they don't except my car warranty and I'd love to get my car serviced here! They told me they've had issues collecting payment from my warranty company in the past, so they don't repair cars thru my particular warranty company due to that....yikes! Very disappointing! So, FYI, make sure you call them and ask if they except your warranty company before scheduling any major car repairs or learn the hard way like I did... upon arrival! Beware of this before assuming! Other then that, the customers service was good, building wasn't crowded, service was quick. Thank you guys#earthangelde

I had a horrible experience with this shop. Do not take your out-of-warranty vehicle. They advised my to get major repairs done, then halfway through the project (after I was already on the hook for over $3,000) informed me that there was another issue. Hoping that I will be driving off with a practically brand new engine after spending well over the vehicles value, I drove off the lot only to find out that my vehicle was way worse than when I brought it in. In the end, they took zero responsibility for their negligence and I was left with a cash-for-clunker only 7k miles later! Do not make the same mistake I did!

Diver Service Doesn't Listen to Customers Descriptions of Vehicle Issue:Brought in vehicle for specific issue. They "couldn't get the symptoms to duplicate." The next day I did what I told them to do and got the same problem to happen and check engine light to come on. Service Rep could not verify that the technician did any system readings other than check for a code. Manger said they can't really rely on what customers say and have to go off of the car only. Well this approach was a huge inconvenience to me and does not make me feel comfortable going back.

I purchased a Tahoe 2 years ago from Nucar. A few days ago, I broke down on the side of the road coming from work. I called every dealership to get my truck in for service. Diver was the only dealership willing to squeeze me in to run a diagnostic. Within a few hours, I had an answer on the issue and needed a new transmission. The service department took care of me, called every 2 days to update me on the status of the extended warranty. I got the call today that my vehicle would be ready by the end of the week. Less than a week since dropping it off. As a nurse, I rely on reliable transportation to get to work every day despite all the COVID issues. Not one other dealership would help me get my vehicle fixed. From the time I dropped off my truck, everyone was super friendly, accommodating, and informative. I am so thankful to everyone for helping a girl in desperate need. Thank you Diver. You have a new dedicated customer!

Casual Incompetence, laziness, unprofessional and/or easy greedI had the misfortune of dealing with Richard B (Simply called Rick) at the service desk.My issues are below:01. Why did Rick not take the time to get all details of the issue, making it easy for me to hand the car over and go away with confidence?02. Why did Rick lie about the loaner, and acquiesced only when I insisted?03. Why did he lie about how far away the car was, when I wanted to inspect the extended warranty I owned? If we could have inspected the warranty then, I could have saved so much time & money.04. Even after I explained all issues, he still hadn t done a proper diagnosis by the time he called me.05. After I told him to not work on the car, he had had someone tighten something before returning the car to me. And he charged me for it, of course.06. He didn t even have the professionalism to print out the full diagnostics for me when I made the full payment. Gave a half baked response that I just showed up. I did show up earlier than expected, but what am I paying all that money for then?All of this could have been avoided if he had simply been good at his job. I could have had my car looked at by some other service center, and had a full analysis done by now. Also, I wouldn t have wasted money on someone who simply didn t deserve it. I don t mind spending money when needed, but I don t intend to waste it on people not worth the money. And Diver s wasn t worth the money.It was a waste of $370 in total, and all because Rick lazily lied about how far away the car was.I would never visit Diver s again, to buy my second car, or for servicing. If Rick is the kind of people they hire, the entire place isn t going to be worth much.

I had a wonder experience at Diver Chevrolet (Pennsylvania ave). Rusty helped me find the perfect car. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Steve helped me out big time. Brought in my Camaro on a Saturday, needing a oil change and tire. Even with being busy and probably out of cars, Steve was able to work some kind of magic and found me a loaner vehicle because my tire is very hard to get ahold of right now. And then even on top of that he got my car to me a full day before he thought he would. Also wanted to say that the guy actually working on my car (dude with checked race flag half sleeve/didn't get his name but wanted to acknowledge) was very friendly. This was excellent service.

I was there to pick up my brand new 2022 C8 Corvette It was a very satisfying experienceScott Fisher did a great job most of the paper work was done before we got there and he went over the car and explained everything I needed to know about the operation of the C8 I recommend Diver Chevrolet for anyone looking for a new car or truck or a Corvette

This is the worst dealership service department I have dealt with ever. I have had to call to pull information from my service tech with each visit that isn't scheduled maintenance.Each time I visit it seems that I have been an inconvenience, from scheduling an appointment over the phone to the service tech desk.In addition, if you own a full size truck, I recommend going to another dealership.

Brought brand new 2019 silverado started having Trans problems took it to dealer to have fixed several times still no fix at 40000 miles and service tells me at 60000 miles my warranty will run out but they won't fix truck then they charged me 90 dollars to tell me that feeling scammed by gm and to make things better these no one never these to help or handle you problems guess they'll find my problem after the warranty runs outServices: Transmission, Transmission repair

I highly recommend Diver Chevrolet Service Department, if you are a client, or a client-to-be. The advisors, valet team, mechanics, etc. are very familiar with the Chervrolet lineup. They all seem to be rather personable even during hectic times. There is a phenomenal waiting area.

Took SUV in for brake issue, $800 later, brakes still making noise & whining when coming to a full stop. Took it back they said there was no noise when they drove it. Issue has only gotten worse. I have called & left messages for manager with no call back in over 6 months.

Ric Boyle Service Advisor needs better customer service (manners) training, was not customer service accommodating at all. I was extremely disappointed with Ric Boyle and his behavioral negative attitude.

We love Diver Chevrolet they always take care of us they always answer our questions they always know what's going on they always make time for us the appointments are always available they always call and check in we highly recommend them and we also love the car we bought off of them it runs great it's perfect
