I own a 2022 Subaru Outback and bring it here for service. The waiting area is very clean with nice chairs with trays. They also have coffee, water and a nice bathroom. I like that they have a large window into the work area so I can see what they are doing to my car. The service staff is awesome, and best of all they wash my car for me each time I bring it in! :)

Went in for a battery for my key got what I needed. Had a nice vist winter Check oil change. Everything good

Save your money. We dropped the car off at 9am, called to follow up at 3:30pm and was told the car would be done before 5. We then get a call about 30mins later saying it wouldn t be done until the next morning.So we make arrangements to go back the next morning to get it and I notice on a $1K bill, the tire plug I asked for wasn t listed for the leak in the tire. I was told it was taken care of and just not added to the bill to save me some money yet, here we are with the same tire leaking.Nothing worse than bad service and liars when it comes to getting your car fixed. Spend your money elsewhere.

Came here in early July for a 90K mile check up. I asked them to take a look at the brakes and when I came to pick up my car, I was told the brakes were fine. (The receipt had green check marks for the brakes). A month and a half later my car starts to make noises so I call and schedule an appt. They were able to accommodate me on the day of the call which was great. I came in they test drove my car and then took it in to the shop to look deeper. Then I was told that my brake pad just fell out when they removed the tire and other pieces. They told me I needed my brake pads and roters replaced. I felt rushed to make a decision but it was later in the day so I decided to get the service they reccomend. When it came time to pay for the service, I asked why this matter wasnt addressed when I brought the car in a month and a half ago. If the brake pad was so bad to the point of falling off wouldn't that be something they would catch in the 90k mile checkup. When I asked this, Todd became very defensive and said "we cant predict when your car will break down". He even went on to say "We dont reccomend too many services to our customers. But for you, I'll make sure to reccomend EVERYTHING your car needs." I felt disrespected while talking to Todd.I have lost faith and trust in this service center and will not be coming back. Why did I pay 500 dollars for the 90k mile check up if you're not going to check the brakes?

For a dealership this is a reasonably priced and well run service department. The smaller size makes for a personalized experience
