This service department has been absolutely outstanding to me! I have a difficult to diagnose electrical problem with my Cadillac, and they are bending over backwards to keep me satisfied while they diagnose the problem and work towards finishing the repair. This is the greatest new car service department experience I ve ever known. Place your trust with Delaware Cadillac, they deserve it!Update: ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the commitment to restoration of full capabilities with my vehicle. It was a long and difficult journey, but once again this service department went over the top, above and beyond to see this to the finish line. In nearly 40 years of vehicle ownership I have never had a service experience at this high level! Cadillac customer for life. Thank you Autoteam Delaware!!!

Top rate service department. Easy to schedule service appointment online. My Service Advisor, Michael, was attentive and went above and beyond to arrange a shuttle ride for me when the usual drivers were already busy eith other customers. The work I requested was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

I have a 2013 Cadillac ATS. My car has been to this dealership twice in the past two years for the same issue, coolant leak, each time I was assured the problem was fixed. I have spent thousands of dollars for the same issue only to have my car in the shop again for coolant leak a third time at another cadillac dealership after driving from Delaware to Georgia to visit my family. After I picked up my car I noticed the motor shaking and sounding like it was going to stall, my car was not doing this when I dropped it off. I called the service advisor and he told me it may be cold to keep driving it and bring it back if it continues. The next day I returned to the service department only to find out after having my car for three months he ran a diagnostic and just finding out I have a bad coil, after paying $ 2100.00 now I have to pay an additional $ 130.00. The service advisor made me feel so confident and trustworthy in the service he provided, that I never looked at the repair receipt until after my third breakdown a month later (Coolant Leak). I then learned that what I was told was being fixed had not been fixed, after speaking to the service advisor about the repair. He told me he only replaced one hose after telling me I was getting all new hoses. I'm not a mechanic, but to put in a new radiator and not change the 11 year old hoses to me only assures my return to the service department. I am a devoted Cadillac enthusiast and I hold Cadillac at a high level of service and a commitment to the Cadillac legacy. After the repair, I recieved no recommendation. I was only assured that my car was good to go. I've contacted the corporate office and am awaiting the results from the service department Frustrated I do apologize but I had to share my experience. Now Cadillac is saying I need a new engine a $5400.00 repair for a blown head gasket after just paying $2100.00 a month ago if you check the service history Bobby my old service advisor just put a new head gasket on my car last summer. How does a head gasket not even a year old gets blown.

I am a returning customer for the 3 Rd time because I have such a great service from Scott Bernard. He will go out of his way to help me even if it's past the office hours. He did such a great job , I had recommended several of my friends and colleagues to see Scott if they're looking for a new car. Which they did and purchased a car.

The sales manager is always available to give you afair deal on new cars! He is very customer oriented and apleasure to deal with! The service department is awesome. We were traveling back to Florida from New Jersey and broke down with our 2020 Escalade crossing the bridge to Delaware. We were towed to this wonderfull Cadillac dealership. There amazing service technicians found the problem (Water pump, thermostat, belt,) and repaired our Escalade and got us back on the road by 5:30 pm. What a awesome team and friendly and fast service! Thank You all!! You are amazing!!

Bought used car at the end of February. Died before second payment. Had four techs look at it and elsewhere- no idea what s wrong. Told me to bring it back they would take care of me. That meant I could have it towed there and pay for repairs. What a privilege! When I asked if there was anything they could do - answer was yes. We can charge you to repair. Dealership answer was buyer beware. So that s my advice as well. If you work hard for your money, don t spend it here.Update: Car was there on the lot. Had over a week to make arrangements .Funniest part is tech left keys in my car and called me for help. Glad I was able to help him more than the dealership helped me. Some places sell cars, some provide customer service. This place sells cars. Only after my review (and the car being towed elsewhere) has anyone tried to resolve. Different story then when I was told by my salesperson not to call anymore and either we start repairs or come get your key.

Worst service I have ever encountered. My Cadillac XLR was dropped off on multiple occasions and the dealership didn't fix the door sensor for the key FOB, black sponge tar coming out of the AC or even bother to try and tighten the retractable top so it wouldn't squeak. Just washed their hands of all the problems with the excuse that Cadillac doesn't make parts for the XLR so we can't help. Two of these items just needed an A/C filter and vent cleaning and as far as the top is concerned they wouldn't do anything. Worthless service. No attempt to help whatsoever. Very disappointing. I would not take my Cadillac here for service if i were you.

My husband and I had a great experience with financing our 2019 Chevrolet Impala through Delaware Cadillac earlier this year. Kevin handled our transaction from start to finish. He was very patient with us, and made sure we got to a payment we could afford before closing the deal. He made sure our car was taken through service and all the imperfections were fixed before we took the car home. They loaned us a rental for about a month while our car was worked on. We didn t mind the wait because we knew we were being taken care of to the fullest extent. Kevin kept us updated along the way, and due to the delay, they drove our new car to our house when it was ready and picked the loaner up. Shortly after we got the car back, the battery died. Delaware Cadillac was nice enough to reimburse us for the cost for that. The workers at this dealership are not your typical pushy salespeople. They are genuine and down to earth! Harry is one of the most personable sales managers I ve ever met. They even entertained our young son while we completed the paperwork. Everyone here is great and treated us like family. If I was ever on the hunt for a Cadillac, this is the first place I d go.

Initially I left a positive review in early October. Our salesman was great and car is just what we wanted. But we are 90 days into trying to get the car tagged and the title finally arrived at our Treasurer's office with the previous owners lien still on it. Money was collected for our taxes as well as the pay off. This is illegal. AT LEAST the car wasn't stolen.

I have been taking my escalade for Service at this dealership from past 3 years and never had an issue.I always work with Bobby and he is an asset to this dealership. Very good, quick, takes care of customer. Nice guy to work with. He will squeeze in the schedule and get it done.There are sometimes +- here and there, but overall happy with the service seeing the busy schedule and ONLY Cadillac dealership in Delaware.

Jon was the salesman we were working with. Jon did his best for us. Our only complaint from him was holding our keys to our car we were considering trading in, basically holding us hostage. However, the sales manager, Harry, was a TOTAL jerk to us. When I expressed my husband and I wanted time to take some time to think about the decision because we are expecting our first child we were told You knew you were pregnant when you walked in here. . We felt like we were being yelled at for not making a purchase. We were also informed that if we make a purchase he gets a $60,000 bonus from Cadillac. I ve never felt so degraded at a car dealership. Jon, if you re reading this, you re a nice guy, I hope you go somewhere that will help you be successful and value your clients, because it is clear Harry does not want you to be successful.

I have had nothing but frustration with this dealership. When buying a car a few years ago, the salesman was very blunt - borderline rude - to my husband and me. We left Delaware Cadillac and purchased our Cadillac elsewhere later that same day.I decided to give them a try this year for service. I cannot recommend their service department, either. Both times I tried to drop my car off I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them just by walking in the door. The first time I was told I was too late (it was 4:45) and I had to go outside and fill out the night drop envelope. This last time, the service advisor to which I was assigned was on the phone, so once again I had to fill out the night drop envelope. I purposely went in during business hours to talk to a person. If I wanted to just fill out an envelope, I would have gone later instead of rushing over after work.My car was completed in the morning, but there was no follow up phone call - I had to call and ask about my car. When I did I was made to feel stupid. I will never bring my car to this dealership ever again. It is worth the drive to go to any other Cadillac dealership.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Right from the start they were super attentive, friendly, down to earth, and most importantly, fair. They gave me top dollar for my trade without even seeing it first, they took care of financing without a hitch, and the car was sold to me at the right price. If I ever buy another cadillac 100% I'm going back here.
