We are extremely pleased with the work completed on my 2007 Jeep. The shop is very professional they came in with a good quote and kept us updated on the progress. They even got us in touch with a great mechanic for some engine work that I needed to get completed. If we ever need any bodywork done we will surely be back.

Absolutely Awful-Stay Away. Front end damage including hood was repaired. The car was returned to me with dirt and debris all through the paint on the hood and elsewhere. If they even pointed this in their booth, it would tell you all you need to know- filthy, and no quality control. But it gets worse!The owner (new - not Rudy s anymore) is rude, arrogant and has no customer service skills. He refused to fix the obvious problems, saying I am done working on that car.You want this kind of treatment? Didn t think so. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Scott was a life saver. We had an obscure issue with one of our delivery vans and none of the area mechanics would even look at it. Knowing that we were on a deadline, Scott fixed the issue on the spot. We were able to finish our deliveries on time. Scott you saved Church Family Trucking from lost revenue and lost reputation. Our hats are off to D & S, your service surpasses all others in the area.

It was such a pleasant atmosphere.The gentleman that written out an estimate, I appreciate his honesty in writing out the estimate. I told him I may be paying for the repairs myself. Compare to 2 other estimates was outrageous. Thank you Rudy's team I will recommend family/friends

Hello I called to ask if I could get an estimate on my vehicle. The gentleman told me yes absolutely they would be available and glad to assist with my estimate and gave me the business hours. I arrived shortly after and when I got there two workers were talking they both looked at me as I entered and stood there. I never acknowledged or spoken too until I spoke after standing there a moment. I politely asked the man if I could get and estimate on my vehicle and that I was the lady who called. From afar we are speaking he asks if it was through insurance I said no out of pocket. He forwardly told me he couldn t do my estimates and that they were only taking insurance claims. That he can t get to my car for another 3-4 months out. He also told me any other repair shop I go to will tell me the same as he did. Him not knowing that I already went to two others for estimates had not issues what so ever nor did they tell me anything such as he said. His energy was very off and rude. He allowed a job to walk out of the door without even looking at my car. He also could of told me this before I drove out to the location to have my car looked at from Rudy he was ver RUDY as is Rude lol.

Someone hit my car... Rudy's was recommended to me. I've been dealing with Gerry and Andre both gentlemen are very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my truck is a total loss so I don't know what it's going to look like after it gets fixed

I patiently waited for assistance while in the bldg unfortunately no one came so I left and went to the worked area and after standing there waiting for someone that I saw talking (he never acknowledged me (maybe he didn t have 2020 vision) after saying excuse me he told me to go back into the bldg someone will be there ..while standing there someone was in there break room about to reheat his lunch (he had 2020 vision) he was Very helpful (I m sorry I didn t get his name cause after the treatment I ve received I already know in my heart I was Not doing any business Here) nevertheless he was helpful even tho I told him it s ok go ahead and finish eating he decided to help me anyhow and Not eat (he went above and beyond) and I ll like to say Big thank you for Not looking at the colour of my skin but as ah customer that needed help for him I ll give five (5) *****

I have been dealing w/Rudy for around 40 years. Always satisfied with services provided. Hurry, Rudy is 90 years old and is calling it quits this month. Assume the business will continue.

Beware !!!!!! Especially in these crazy times of COVID-19 Rudy s was punctual and very accommodating! Not to mention my new 2019 car left the shop looking like when I drove it off the lot cleaned and painted perfectly!

I went in to ask for a quote for repairing some body damage on my car and they told me to just call the insurance company instead of giving me a quote. I guess they didn't want my business... I gave them 3 stars because they did come highly recommended from a trusted source.

This is a low-key automotive body shop located in Wilmington, Delaware. They do good work and it is a place worth exploring if you need auto body work done for your vehicle and you live near Wilmington. Friendly staff too.
