I ve been having issues with my Subaru impreza sport over the last few months. I came home from vacation and my car wasn t drivable. I had it towed to one place and I was quoted at almost 4k for repairs. The next day, I had a friend refer me to D and J s. I called them up and spoke to Don who told me to have it towed over so he could look at it. By the end of the day, Don had looked at it, quoted me an approximate price which was less than half of the other place, and asked if I wanted to proceed so he could order the necessary parts. As soon as the parts came in, Don had it fixed for me and the price was even lower than quoted. The guys are great, personable and are a smaller shop all about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and avoid all those big name places who try to take advantage of your car troubles and head over here if you want a fair price and honest, down to earth mechanics. Will definitely go back for any car repairs in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

It was close and I needed to top off my oil. I stopped by and they took care of me right away with prompt and friendly service! Never knew they were there as they are tucked in off of the road.

Don and Eric are honest mechanics that charge very reasonable rates. They don't sell you work that doesn't need to be done and always give knowledgeable advice. I send everyone in my family to these guys because they do great work.

5/16/2023 - sadly I had to change my review. Stopped by there after several good experiences with their service and wanted to get an estimate, not necessarily for the repair because I know until they diagnose it they can't give you an accurate quote. As soon as I asked for an estimate ( meaning to diagnose the issue). I received a cocky response so I just said ok and walked out. The dude definitely needs better people skills. I wish I would have gotten his name because as long as he's there, I won't be back! There's plenty of other places to go. He needs to understand one mouth can go a long way and this mouth will inform everyone of my last experience here! Educate people, don't be cocky!These guys are the best. They are very professional, honest and courteous. They take the time to explain everything and discuss options. Pricing is very affordable. Their customer service skills, work ethics, knowledge and experience is top notch. If you are looking for a great mechanic check these guys out!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Dave is great. My car had a check engine light on, we replaced several things and it still wouldn't go out. We went to them and i had my car back and the check engine light out. Took my car through inspection the same day. He's also affordable.

This place is great ! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest . They called me and kept me updated every step of the way . They did nothing without my consent , and I got my car back very quickly ! I cannot recommend this place enough , they are the epitome of why small businesses are awesome and important !

Sending my daughter off to collage was hard enough. Making sure her car was safe and in good running condition was top Priority. D & J was honest and did not push unnecessary services. They were very professional. And kept me update to date on the progress of my vehicle. The work that had to be done was very hard and a time consuming job they did an excellent job I'm very satisfied and happy with the work that was done. I would highly recommend them to other people

My parents and I have taken all of our autos to D&Js since the early 90s. Even now that I live and work a half hour away from the shop, I wouldn't consider finding another mechanic. When we purchase used cars, we take them to the shop for tune-ups. Don does great work and always operates with integrity. If he finds anything extra that needs to be done while working on the car, he calls to run the cost by us instead of just charging over the initial estimate. I really can't recommend this shop enough.

Don and Eric are amazing.... Depending on your vehicle needs they will repair your car with same day service. You just need an appointment... I will be visiting them again for all my vehicle needs
