Very accurate, excellent job no complaints. ,And great prices i recommend taking your vehicle to Cotto auto repair you won't regret it

Great reasonable prices... Which is a huge plus.... Cotto is really cool... Friendly...Three stars only because he had to order parts and I was told two days... And those two days turned into over a week... Not big on communicating with updates... I had to call several times.... Its a very busy shop.... I would definitely recommend... I just think he needs a receptionist or something to help with organizing with scheduling customers.... Other than that GREAT PLACE.... KNOWLEDGEABLE... FAST.... AND I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK.. AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

On March 2nd I went to cotto shop to ask if Jesus could fix my bumper, I have a 2013 buick lacrosse..he came outside looked at my car, we went over prices and I was cool with the estimate he gave me so I agreed let's go forth and proceed. He needed to order my bumper which he made out he was placing right then and there. The bumper itself was 3 hundred and some odd dollars plus I needed to have the bumper painted ofcourse so my total initial balance was $552.00 I paid for it before leaving his shop he said give it about a week I'll call you soons the bumper arrives. I waited and waited and waited for about close to a month before driving back to this man's shop. I believe I arrived back on March 28th, he acted as if he didn't remember who I was or anything about my order. I literally had to pull up my bank statement to show him the transaction that was placed on March 2nd. He explained some story about someone scamming him and as he looked in his computer for my order he tells me the order was never placed I'm still very calm and patient with him as he told me he'd look into what happen. Again I gave him 2 weeks before calling and calling which I never got a answer so I had to drive to the shop. I also in between times I'd send text messages through the app he uses for purchases. So anyway I arrive for the 3rd time where he says the bumper will be in give it a week...OK still calm I wait for a week NOTHING FINALLY as we approach may I send out a text request a refund because by that point I'm feeling lied to. I get a response stating give your refund 7-10 business days we apologize for any inconvenience blah blah blah. I wait a month NOTJING ever hits my account. So I drive to this shop only to see the shop completely shut down no store business sign..literally NOTHING. IM FREAKING OUT FOR MONTHS, I report his business to BBB and one-day I get a call someone tells me Brandy the guys shop cotto is back open. This was about a month ago. So I drive by afew times to see for myself and sure enough he's bk open. Last week I pull up I'm pissed I'm like you remember me at first he's looking confused I'm like I want my money bk you never refunded me for my bumper. We walk into his now office were he gives me a paper showing he's processed a refund...says give it 5 days. That was August 22nd..I go home immediately call my bank and she confirms yes I see it pending it'll be deposited on the 25th. the 25th arrives NOTHING..I CALL my bank again and this rep tells me the business reversed the payment meaning canceled it. I'm speechless..I got to his shop and he's playing dumb acting like it wasn't him..I know he did this but ok so I'm like ill come back on September 5th becus he's making out he can give me cash but his system is showing that the transaction is still pending which I know was a lie!! So I'm currently still dealing with this mess still haven't got my $552 bk YET. I'm never taking my foot off his neck tol I get my money. I'm prepared to sue if need be but I really don't want too because sueing costs more money but at this point it's the capping for me. It's the playing in my face I'll be back with a update. 9/2/2023UPDATE 9/15/23I'm here to give update that I officially have just today received my refund from cotto, my review is not making reference to his work I believe cotto does great work....I left this review based on business and the fact it took so long for me to receive my refund.

Stay away unprofessional ! I went to the shop and was told to return the next morning for repairs. Cotto was not there. Called him he said give him time. Hours later he called me and said he didn t have all parts Monday we will do repairs. Monday comes and u cannot reach cotto. Nobody is at his shop. He didn t return my calls or voicemails. Unprofessional unprofessional unprofessional stay away

We were having car trouble on 95 and mapped to the nearest place off the highway to get it checked out. Cotto squeezed us in end of day as a walk in and was super nice. Great service.

Customer service is on point and he doesn t try to fix things that arent broken. He s honest, fair and fast. I like that he allows you to watch him work as well.

Leonard three times to get my vehicle fixed and they are lovely respectful good people and they I love the warranties I love the conversation and information they give me about my vehicle when it's what's going on with it then they're three times and no problems got to go there it's worth it

Told me that if they find the problem they will charge me $85 but they never find the problem after 3 weeks and still charged me $85 without finding the problem, find a better place to work on your car, this place is not it, wish I could give a 0 stars reviewService: ElectricalService: Electrical
