GREAT experience with Carstar. They saved my car and delivered it back to me looking brand new. David Greene (the owner) takes great pride in his work, and was a great contact throughout this process. They gladly worked everything out with the insurance company on my behalf, and were very transparent for anything that was needed reaching out in a timely fashion. Happy I took my car here and will always go to them when auto body services are needed. Thanks again David and team you guys are awesome!!!!

I had hit a deer and suffered front end damage on my driver side and the driver side door as well. CARSTAR Auto Body Service did a awesome job of repairing my vehicle. They also calibrated my cruise control where if there's a car in front of me the car will slow down or stop and also calibrated my Lane assist and also make sure that my automatic high beam system was working as well. Customers to make you laugh my car was showing off its new look. Customers are definitely encourage you to give Carstar Auto Body Service a try if your car needs repairing. Sam and team did a great job on my repairs. Very easy to work with. Pricing was fair. There was one minor CEL light issue after the repair which they promptly handled with no problems which is exemplary. Highly recommend without any reservations. Bringing my other car in for minor fixes since the experience was very positive.

I have used Car Star twice for auto body repairs most recently in April 2024. It is my experience that the Car Star employees are always professional and communicate very well with customers/clients in providing updates and services provided on your vehicle. They are also very accommodating in scheduling (drop off and pick up). The workmanship has proven quality so far, and should I have any other auto body needs, Car Star will be my go to.

Dropped my car off here through State Farm Insurance. Did not have a good experience;- regularly had to call them for updates after being told an update was coming on X day and not receiving an update,- got charged ~$300 out of pocket for a battery which was fine before bringing it in, being told 'yea the batteries die when we have to work on them, happens all the time' if it's so standard, why not charge the insurance company? Instead I had to pay out of pocket to get my car back and am still fighting with insurance 5 months later about- was told to pickup my car at X time, had to wait for over an hour in their lobby- was told they would call me when the new splash guard came in; never received another call, never got the splash guard installed and I had to pay out of pocket for that when I sold the car.+ the body work they did, did turn out nice.

I had terrific service from this shop and will continue to come here for any body shop needs! They repaired my car after I got hit in an accident and they did amazing work! My car looks beautiful and it s so clean!! They have a 5 warranty on their work! They stand behind what they do! Extra friendly service as well! Carstar was recommended to me but others that use the service previously. I ve taken my car to Carstar the recommendation expecting that it would take three weeks maybe longer for repairs because they were so busy fortunately Carstar dropped right on my repairs and in a week and a half I get a call indicating my car was finished. I returned after looking over the job couldn t tell it was even in accident And the work was top-notch. I would recommend if you have need for auto repair at least review Carstar and make that consideration.

A tree had fallen onto my car damaging the roof, trunk, windows. From the estimate until my car was finished CarStar staff provided timely and easily understandable information on the repairs and timeline. This is absolutely great service; I've asked ABS for multiple jobs, from a small paint match on my Fiesta ST, to more serious unibody straightening/corrections to fix a prior-owner accident on my 300ZX Twin Turbo...ABS fixed it all- I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, and as a car nerd who scrutinizes work- they're amazing. Jaime is always honest with you, won't hide when a job may need additional work depending on what they uncover during the repair process, and is always up front- all while always giving me a fast turn-around time. Don't go anywhere else until you give them a call- you won't regret it.

I will definitely return if I need service again. They answer all questions and honestly I didnt have to lift a finger. Sam helped out with the rental and they made my life so much easier.I give them 5 stars easy!!!!

Excellent work. They did a fantastic job on my should-have-been-totaled car. In addition they were highly professional and willing to share information. A much needed dream after the nightmare of my insurance company. Would recommend them highly.

I recently had the pleasure of working with CARSTAR after being involved in a car accident. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was stress-free.First of all, I was blown away by how quickly they were able to repair my car. They were able to get my car back to me in record time. Not only was I grateful to have my car back on the road so quickly, but I was also impressed by the quality of the repairs.Another thing that really stood out to me was their communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, from the initial estimate to the final repair. I had front bumper, fender and right headlight damages. From the moment I walked into their doors Hasan was so polite and professional. He went through every thing step by step so that I can understand what is being repaired/replaced on my vehicle. He also contacted enterprise for me as well. The estimated time for pick up was given to me as well as a copy of the repair price for my records.Updated text messages was sent to my cell to inform me on the process of my repairs and when my vehicle was ready for pick up I received a call. OMG!! My car looked brand new, just as it looked prior to the accident. 100% happy. Customer service $100%, Timely repair 100% satisfied, the new parts on my vehicle $100% satisfaction. Everyone I have encountered at this auto body shop was friendly and funny.Not to mention, there is a 5 year warranty on my parts. Read the warranty papers.I would definitely recommend this shop to my family, friends and strangers.If I m ever in need I will defiantly bring my vehicle back to Carstar in Wilmington DeThank you all so much for your service!!!!You rock!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I swiped my truck on the tree avoiding the deer and damaged entire passenger side. This shop was on my insurance list to go to if I choose to. When I called they were able to get me in right away for check appointment. From the estimate until my truck was finished CarStar staff provided timely and easily understandable information on the repairs and timeline. My truck looked like brain new. I would highly recommend CarStar after my great experience!!! Super customer service as well!!!

Can t say enough good thing about Hasan and the guys at car star. They made getting my car repaired a breeze and even detailed it for me. Working with the insurance was Brutal but this body shop is top notch. The team was personable, communicative, and professional - I work in the car rental industry and will only be recommending this body shop to friends, family and customers from now on. THANK YOU!

There are typical businesses that will do their work, clock in, clock out, onto the next day.This, this is not that kind of business. You see, the staff at CARSTAR auto don't treat it as work, they treat it as a passion. To them, its not just running a business, it's doing what they love, it's working with people and their appreciation of their customers.A few weeks ago, I was driving through Delaware in my Chevy Equinox with my two children in the back seat, when we were involved in a hit and run, shattering my passenger door and the glass.I pulled into the closest business, and angels must have been watching over me because that business, as you may have guessed, was CARSTAR Auto Body. I was there for HOURS, waiting for the police to arrive to fill out an accident report, talking to the car insurance company, all while having my toddlers in tow and my cat on his rivaled leash.The second I pulled into the shop, the entire team welcomed me, helped me with my kids and my cat, and went above and beyond helping me in a time when I needed support the most.I will never, ever be able to repay them for the kindness they have shown me that day, the help they provided, doing things that were definitely not in their job description that helped me and my kids feel safe in one of the scariest moments of our lives.CARSTAR Auto Body deserves ALL of the business in Delaware. They are the reason I made it back home safely. Thank you for going above and beyond, and taking care of me and my family. Each one of you are unsung heroes and I will never forget you.

Had to get body work done to the car from an accident superb job went there the other day to get a tire taken off due to the lug nuts and they didn't want to charge me anything. I still paid them for the service. Excellent job in excellent people

Had the unfortunate experience of having two fender benders in less than 3 months (neither was my fault) and needed my vehicle back asap both times. Carstar was up to the challenge both times and got my damage repaired and back to new like it never happened. Great customer service and communication. After my car was hit by a loose trash truck tire, they made my car look like nothing had happened. Linda and Jamie were great to work with- grateful for their help!

Carstar technicians are absolutely amazing !! I had visited the service station across the street to get air, not realizing that the pump was malfunctioning, so instead of putting air in the tire , it let all the air out of the tire, and the nearest service station would be miles away, so I took a chance not having an appointment at Carstar, not knowing anyone there , and seeing it was a body shop, not a tire shop, I just pulled in, explained my situation to a few technicians and they helped me immediately with good air , that inflated the tire to a safe condition so I was able to travel on my journey.they are amazing and they turned down my offer of a sum of money, to reward them for what they had done, but they said they were just glad to help

Before I decided on CarStar I took my car to Rudy's, Executive Auto Body, Ellmore, and NuCar Auto Body. I was immediately impressed with CarStar. They scheduled an appointment for me within a day after my call. Hassan, the manager, looked over the car and explained in detail everything that they would be doing. Their shop was clean and organized and they had at least 5 employees, whereas Rudy's and Ellmore had 1-2 employees. Due to the fact that they had enough employees, they were able to schedule my appointment in a month, whereas the other shops were 2-3 month wait times. They were accommodating in allowing me to bring the car in the Friday before my scheduled start date of Monday, due to a trip I had planned out of town for 2 weeks. The car was ready in 2 weeks as promised and the job was well done. There were 2 check engine lights on relating to the side marker lights on the front bumper, which they had worked on. Without hesitation, they ordered one new marker light which arrived the following day. They replaced that light cover and bulb and repaired the other light while I waited. This garage has excellent customer service and does excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone in the Wilmington area wanting to get their car repaired correctly and in a timely manner. Highly recommend! Good prices, quality work, and repairs were done well and quickly. I appreciated that they dropped me off and picked me up while the work was being done. The quote was fair and they made sure to present me with all my options, priced out, so that I could make an informed decision. They also ordered and painted the bumper ahead of time so that my car was only in the shop for half a day for the actual install which I really appreciated. I hope I never need body work done on my car again....but if I do, I'll definitely be back!

I can t say enough about the service and staff at ABS. I had taken my vehicle to multiple shops prior to finding them and I am so glad I decided to stop in for one last estimate. Unlike other shops, they listened to my concerns and worked with me to figure out the best possible solution! Their prices are beyond reasonable, and they are extremely honest and forthcoming with issues that arose. I would recommend them to anyone that is worried about dealing with a body shop. They will put you at ease with their communication and the quality of work will be beyond your expectations!Service: Body & Trim
