They did a fantastic job with my car! It looks as good as the day I got it. They did the repairs fast and were excellent with communicating about parts and completion time. Tony helped me and was great to work with to fix my car!

I was really happy with the service I received. I needed a simple repair and they ordered the part and emailed me when it had arrived. I took my car in the very next morning and 10 minutes after I handed my keys to Harry he walked back in the room to tell me the repair was done. It was extremely fast and I was charged the same price that I had originally been quoted. The repair was done very well. Harry was really nice and helpful and honest. I had a great experience with this place!

Worked with Caliber before a few years ago when my car was hit, this time for a vandalism incident in the city and they were just as awesome! Very friendly staff, they were communicative, helpful, and respectful! The repair also looks flawless! My car battery had died when I went to pick it up (issue with the battery, not their fault) and they helped me out by jumping it, and being fully understanding. THANK YOU!

DARN, I was in a car accident. What now and who pays? Where will it be repaired?Are they reputable with a helpful staff?My recent experience with Caliber Collison was a pleasure. The work was done fast after sourcing the needed parts. Kudos toDan Coleman, he handled the job as Service Advisor and provided updates to progress of work being done. Good job!

Every technician I spoke with, seemed very informed, and even with the extra mile to explain things to me and go over any questions or concerns I had. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly whether it was over the phone or in person. They always seemed very cheerful and had smiles on their faces. They also had everything very organized, and the wait times were not very long at all, when dropping off or picking up.

My truck went in with battle scars after the bumper was tore off from an access van and came out looking brand new. Kelley was assigned my claim and was amazing. She was open and honest about the price and time. Even got me out a day early due to when I would be returning the rental. She went the extra mile and communicated with insurance company on my behalf as things changed. I ve never been in an accident and was anxious about the process but she put my mind at ease and handled everything. The front desk staff was also a pleasure. Had the best body shop experience ever - they kept me updated throughout the process, gave me options, explained what needed to be done and what they recommended- their work was stellar and the staff and technician, Tony, that handled my job was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time ever being in this type of situation and this shop was recommended by the insurance, i do recommend BUT i would say take very good pictures of all your vehicle.Pros-They are very friendly and things moved along smoothly, including keeping in touch with the car rental agency. I only had to drop off the car the shop spoke directly to the insurance and the car rental place.Cons-My car now has other scratches that where not there before. They very politely tried to tell me that the scratches were there all along but I have pictures and my friends also noticed and said that the scratches were not there before (without me telling them). They showed me pictures that they had but you cannot see the scratches, even though they claim they did soo just be careful and take very good pictures of your car before leaving it.

Car looks great, paint is nice and shiny. They even vacuumed the inside before returning it. It was done fast and on time, which is nice and I was kept informed about the process either via text or call. This is my second time choosing to have a repair done at this location and I will continue to do so for anything else that may come up in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
