Huge THANK YOU to Chris (who was SO sweet) in getting my son s car in on a Friday with a laundry list of things to check. We are not a family of auto-inclined individuals and I m always hesitant with hearing stories of shops suggesting more than what is needed. That wasn t the case with Buckley s and I really appreciated the details in the list of items that were reviewed and the pictures to support the documentation. I felt the pricing was fair, the findings were honest, the completion of the requests were timely and the experience was extremely positive. We will certainly use Buckley s in the future for our automotive needs! Thank you Chris & Team for the great service, workmanship and accommodation of getting us in on a short notice! My son says his car runs great. ((And that makes this momma feel secure!) We appreciate you!

Reliable and honest service. My 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe was on its last legs. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg to fix it, Walt was upfront and honest. The car was not worth the money it would take to fix it. I appreciate the honesty and loyalty to their customers. Great job!

Buckley's is a great place to take your car. I took my car in for a smog check and they were so nice and friendly. I found out that they do so much more and I will definitely take my car back for future problems. I highly recommend Buckley's.

I've been going to Buckley's for the last 3 years and they always provide excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to explain repairs and costs. I trust Buckley's and highly recommend them for any auto care needs.

Buckleys is a great auto repair shop. The staff is caring, friendly n professional n totally honest people. I go to the that is Millsboro. The entire team is fantastic. The owner Greg Buckley has worked with me with some details on my car, I am so grateful for him. I can't begin to thank him enough. Greg I haven't forgotten what you have done for me. I was very happy with my recent experience at Buckley s. When I would mention that I had Maxcare, other mechanics got defensive. When I mentioned it over the phone at Buckley s, they were welcoming of my vehicle. Scheduling was easy, there s a night drop box, everyone was professional and tje lobby is extremely clean. I took advantage of their pick up service, which was helpful. Thank you Buckley s, I ll be back!

I am a customer since 2015. I can not find one thing to complain about. Jennifer is always up front and honest and answers all questions.Frank Buckley took the time to tell me what I need to keep an eye on for future problems. I found a diamond in the rough. I would highly recommended Buckley's Auto Care.

I got 4 new tires recently and probably paid too much. Service was great that day, Chris even gave me free advice for another issue I was having.I came today for an estimate to a problem with an identified cause and they wanted $150 for the estimate. Scott Buckley definitely could have mentioned this on the phone yesterday instead of wasting my morning today.That was really shady. I will not return.Ew and I m just now reading other reviews (AAA sent me here the first time) and I HATE the specific detail Greg Buckley goes into in his replies to negative reviews.Horribly unprofessional.

Although all four brakes were replaced a few months ago, the SUV still wasn't braking correctly all the time. The pedal would go too far down. Since this previous visit, the SUV is working much better. Maybe that caliper was the culprit but it is braking just fine. The other problems have gone away as well.

My car broke down on the highway and Buckleys was able to fit me into their schedule which I so appreciate! The lady at the front desk was absolutely precious (I forget her name) and Scott was awesome at explaining everything to a car dummy like me. They are pricey in comparison, so if you re on a budget just keep that in mind but the work is well worth the higher price. Thank you Buckleys!

This is a very honest local mechanic. They will give you a full check on your vehicle and tell you what should be done and what can be delayed. They have been around forever because they know how to treat and fix cars

Buckley's is a fantastic shop! They just don't do anything wrong. They are courteous on the phone, I always get an appointment within a few days. (Yes, they are busy. But that is an indication of their quality and subsequent success). The customer area is clean and everyone that works there is friendly and professional.They have done everything on my vehicle from oil changes and bulb replacements to major engine work. When a major repair is required I always get a phone call to talk about my options. When I had major work done I was sent text messages and pictures throughout the process, which was reassuring. And the most important part: everything they fix works correctly! I have never had to go back a second time for any single issue.If you want a trustworthy and quality mechanic, Buckley's is your place.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

Great experience with my first visit to Buckley's. I replaced most of the front suspension on my truck and it needed an alignment. Buckley's made it easy to set up an appointment/drop off and had my truck done in a timely manner. My truck tracks perfect now. Very happy. Scott was/is an exceptional service advisor. He was very helpful and was in contact with me while my truck was being worked on.Service: Wheel alignment

I was so impressed with the gentlemen who helped me. I was in the process of cleaning out my 94 yr old fathers house while maintaining his auto. So nice and worked around my schedule. Lately I feel like customer service has taken a back seat, but not with Buckley's. Thank you. I used Buckley's for my car and as usual excellent customer service.Service: Oil change

I got my car serviced back in October. I like to wait before posting reviews so that they re my honest opinion. My 2017 Chevy Malibu was having power issues (randomly not starting, only enough juice to roll down the window halfway, etc.). The dealership (where I ve always gotten terrible service) were giving me the runaround so I stepped out on faith and tried Buckley s. Will likely never take my car anywhere else. The customer service was excellent! So far, no more issues with my car. I ve always felt the least you can do when taking large sums of money from a person is be nice about it. Buckley s gets this. I think dealerships are just too comfortable. Glad places like this exist to give them some competition.

I support local businesses that have great customer service and Buckley's is one of those places. Most mechanics try to "upsell" or use "Scare" tactics to get you to spend as much money as possible on your vehicle. Not Buckley's, they truly look out for their customers and work with you especially if repairs are going to be costly. I will be taking every vehicle I own to them from now on.

Ladies please stay clear of this place. Took my daughters car here because it wasn t running well. I was told I d have to pay a diagnostic fee and then told what it needed. They told me 1269 dollars for spark plug wires and coils. And thier diagn�stic fees. They then called me to say vehicle was running great and I could come get it. I asked about the hesitation I felt. He said the car was fine. I asked for them to please check again because I didn t want her breaking down. I was informed there would be another diagnositic fee. When they called me back now I need a motor and transmission. But they just told me the car was fine. So they put 1200 dollars of only wires and coils in a car then now says need a motor. I had to pay then 1100 dollars for 3 coils and spark plug wires. For a car with a bad motor?? They say well we didn t know it was bad until we fixed that first. Isn t that what the diagnostic test was for??please steer clear of here. I i formed then i would be leaving reviews they didn t care. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. I could have used that 1100 dollars towards a motor or another car instead of a total waste. I trusted them. Big mistake. Nicole kuester

Great service and fast repair , had to tow my 1988 C4 corvette to buckley's Becuse my serpentine Belt broke and with it broke the mass airflow sensor cable . the car was ready in a few hours . you also get a full online report about your car condition with pictures and full details about problems you did not know you had .... Very honest and direct

Great, professional team! Brought my car in to get a 100k mile inspection report and to check out some stuttering during a gear change. A different shop refused to acknowledge the issue in the past. Ryan was able to figure out the issue and provide an inexpensive fix. Stuttering has stopped and car sounds better than when I bought it. Was provided a detailed PDF report for the inspection. Anthony followed up with me the next day to touch base on the results as he had left for the day before I picked up my car. Very thorough! Thanks guys!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair
