Can't give zero stars. Don't waste your time here. Lazy, slow, rude. Don't try calling because they don't answer.Absolutely worst customer service attitude. After taking an hour to check a low tire, the employee said, " I hope you realized the inconvenience you caused today, Jethro". I wasn't sure what he meant so I asked him what he said. He didn't have the tools to repeat. I immediately went to talk with the manager. Waste of time. The employees ignore him. I would rather pay more for tires at a real tire shop where they appreciate the customer.

Couldnt be happier with service, and very professional. Told me an hour and it was done at correct time. Had these tires on my old car and loved them.

Took my car over because the (!) Light was on and I told him I think I had a small leak . He just filled up my tires and kept one of my nice metal tire air caps . I found the hole in my tire and I was going to go back to them but I just don't feel comfortable with this guy he stole from me and he fidnt even try to help me. He should work as a cashier because he isn't helpful .

Worst place ever! Horrible customer service Avoid going here please. The workers are clueless, lazy and rude. My tire was flat and my 2017 Acadia for them was an old model and did not have the parts needed to take the tire off. Wasn t until I send my husband to go in there for them to magically now have the piece needed. Oh but now we have to wait because he is busy. Then went right back to sit down?? I ll try to get a name and update this review. But seriously what a waste of time the car has been sitting there for two days.

I had a pleasant experience getting tires here for my car. The tire person was running a one man show so he had to do data entry for us and help any people that came in while he was installing our tires but still it wasn't that overlong of a wait for them to get put on our car. Very competitive prices.

I think the tire department has the worst customer service in this club. I had ordered set of 4 new tires on September 9/1 and I was told that I'd hear back from them in 3 to 5 business days. Not only did nobody call me till now - today is 9/13 but I had been trying to reach their tire department on phone continuously for the last 3 days calling at least 15 times everyday during working hours and NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. This cannot be a coincidence - this guys does not bother at all about customer satisfaction. I'm worried about by money now since I had to pay in full $570 when I ordered the tires. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR TIRES. I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

After ordering tires from a sale they had going on. They had since become completely unreachable over the phone. Only after physically going back to the location was I informed my tires had come in sometime ago and now they of course could not get me in for the next few days.

Great service. Patiently answered all of my questions. I took up a lot of time -2 visits- before deciding on tires. They provided additional services after the tires were on for a couple of days. Let's see how the tires continue to perform.

Pulled in to BJs tonight around 7:30 to get gas, realized I had gotten a flat tire on the way there. Checked online, BJs tire center is open till 8:00! Score. Nope. Walked in at 7:38 and the employee refused to help us because he "closed" at 7:30. Instead he sat inside and watched as my husband and I changed my flat in the parking lot in the freezing rain. Awesome job BJs. I'll be getting my 4 new tires at Costco, thanks.

Not good, I'm having issues and they want to keep balancing them . My caddy now drives like a flintstone mobile.

Don't waste your time... good prices don't make up for horrible customer service and wasting people's time. Go elsewhere and spend more money if you can avoid this place.

Understaffed, took about an hour longer than it should have if 1 person was not running around doing numerous responsibilities, besides putting on my TIRES
