I had a very good experience here getting tires I ordered online installed here. They couldn t access the tires I wanted for my RV and they allowed me to order them and have them shipped to their location. I just made an appointment for them to be put on the RV. Took about 3 hours for 7 tires- it s a dually w a spare.

The most horrific experience ever!! Employee & managers got involved in a verbal altercation! The incident involved cursing & almost physical in the bay!! I couldn't leave my car was in the bay! The argument spill into the customer waiting area. WPD was called 3 times with such a delayed to respond my spoused arrived before they did!! It was extremely upsetting I was the only customer on site with no where to go!! After years of being a loyal customer I would never return risk my well being mental or physical for some damn tires!!! Thank you to the owners son for the assistance but never for me!!!

There were 2 men who treated me with care and respect. Not only did they help me, but put all worries to bed. They were so professional and kind. Thank you so much to this business and their employees. The world needs more people and places like this. Where customer service is still their first priority and safety their second! You made my day, my week and my Holiday happier!

Driving up on I29 air pressure was declining. Drove in and was helped immediately. Nick and Justin in back each repaired a rear tire. Nick pulled out a 3 inch screw out of one tire. Highly recommended. Great service fixing tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

We got a flat tire while traveling and stopped to get it repaired. Due to the location of the damage and wear on our tires it was not able to be repaired, but they quickly fitted our vehicle with two new tires. They were even kind enough to let us bring our dog inside while we waited.

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and inexpensive. Cleanest waiting area of any service shop I've ever seen. Same day service as well. Definitely recommend for tire service/repair.Service: TiresService: Tires

Top notch. I drove 45 minutes one way, but saved a ton of money.The place is exceptionally clean, nice waiting area, clean bathroom, fresh hot coffee.Bought 4 tires and got a front end alignment on my ford.Very very pleasant people working there,Dont hesitate.Its a great stop!!!Stv/Pa

I came in 3/13/17 i needed 2 front tires bad!! I had been searching around and came across bargain tires and after I spoke with Willie im going to always recommend this place. He helped me pick out reasonable tires in my price range, I paid less here for the tires and to have my tires installed where everywhere else was charging 300 plus. I paid well under 300 with warranty and to top it off i had to go to work so i ended up coming back later but i work in Pa and live in De. Willie assured me not to worry that they would wait for me and take care of me. And that they did, they closed at 5pm i got there at 445pm and left at 5:25pm. Thank you Willie and your staff that stayed to help me I'm really grateful I'll be back.

Came in with two blown out trailer tires on my way south on 95. Willy had us in and out quick and we were right back on the road in no time.Clean shop, nice waiting area, good free coffee would buy tires here again if I lived locally.

I called needing 2 tires for my 2015 Jeep compass, usually I have to wait for them to be sent in or something, but Bargain Tire and service answered my call with a friendly and here to help attitude. They had the tires the same day I called, I scheduled to drop off and pick up 2 hrs in advance. Thanks Bargain Tire.

My 1st time there but they were prompt and courteous and knowledgeable. It was obvious that I did not know anything about cars so they could have taken advantage but they sent me out with exactly what I ask for nothing more. I will go back.

I got an oil change while I waited best part of the experience I felt like I was home its very clean up and inviting have gotten repairs done there before EXCELLENT work restored my faith in automexchanic very satisfied with his it's better then dealing with shyster dealerships

I started going there the 1st of oct.for tire n they were a nice price so next time I went back to have them work on my car they also give u 3 percent of the total price.nice friendly people n I get my oil changes there I c the prices r going up but it's still not bad

Bought a set of tires for my truck and the price was ok (they don't seem to want to match Tirerack prices for some odd reason) and the service was friendly and prompt. My biggest issue is the antiquated equipment they use to balance the tires. Figure they are a dedicated tire shop, they would have at the very least a Hunter 9700 which does road force. Nope... they still have the old old three LED balancer which is inadequate for getting the best balancing for your tires. I had to go back and get it rebalanced and it was still not done well.I had to take it to a local shop by me to have them rebalance the tires with the Snap-on Laser balancer which took care of the serious vibration I was getting. Due to the balancing was off, it shook the rear of the truck and now I have a bouncing speedometer which I think it is due to a damaged tone ring (the knotched ring which a sensor counts and uses the number of counts by a set time to determine your speed on some vehicles). I have to take apart the rear diff and check it out.But the service was nice and very friendly; just wished they would take the time and upgrade their equipment so the work done would be done right (at no fault of the employee).

Easy quick ~$30 patch on a flat tire. Comfortable lounge w a good movie playing. Coffee was terrible

Way overpriced for basic service. Was quoted $20 per wheel to remove a tire (not mount and balance a new one, remove and old one). Went a block away and had it done less than half if the price.

Spent over $1,200. on front end work... Asked if they put ceramic brake on my Car. They said Yes, no they did not... I just won't deal with 'em, nor recommend anyone to there...

Good customer service but only 1 thing if you are purchasing tires take a experience person with you one thing I learned is just because you get a cheaper price tire doesn't mean it's good for your vehicle.
