Had a wonderful experience at this location. Laura the store manager greeted me as soon as walked in. Store was very clean and well stocked. Had some questions about the things I needed. Laura and Dylan made the process seamless and answered every question with ease and professionalism. Will be back for all my auto needs. Appreciate the service I received today! Thanks Laura and team

Just wanted to share my experience at this locationStopped by to purchase a set of wiper blades for my vehicle. Mgr Laura greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed help. Told her the purpose of my visit and she began to explain the difference in the brands that you carry. Took her recommendation and I couldn't be happier. One of the associates there Pink even offered to install the wiper blades for me. Now that's what I call 5 star service. Great store with Great associates. Thank you

On these snowy days, encountering good service brightens my mood. An employee patiently explained how to add coolant to my car and guided me on its usage. Her friendly and patient attitude deserves promotion and a raise! Highly recommend this store!

I came in for help with my car battery. The team at the store tested it, charged it, and tested again and did that all for free! They were all really nice about it and super helpful. I appreciate these guys and would definitely come back to this AutoZone again!

I hate to give a local place a one star review, but they earned it today.I took them a battery and they "tested it and charge it." After waiting about two hours, I picked up the battery and installed it in my wife's car. While the staff told me that the battery was good and tested fine, it was not. I ended up going to another auto parts store to have it tested. At the other store, I learned that the battery was bad. Not only did the Autozone staff lose at couple of hundred dollar sale, they helped waste several hours of my day. I am seriously concerned about the training of this team. When I called to let them know about the error they said, "well it's a free service so there is not much we can do about it." In reality it is a service and marketing tactic to get people to buy batteries (which is fine). I have been there twice and have not experienced a car person behind the counter (lack of training). I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I found myself in a rather perplexing predicament. My car, which had been my faithful companion for years, had suddenly decided to give up on me, refusing to start. Desperate to find a solution, I scoured the internet for guidance, which brought me to AutoZone an oasis for automotive aficionados like myself. As I entered the store, a sea of car parts and tools greeted my eyes. Standing at the helm of this automotive empire, Laura welcomed me with a warm smile, sensing the urgency in my expression. She approached me, radiating confidence and knowledge, and offered her assistance, her enthusiasm for cars evident in her every word.I explained my car's dilemma to Laura, listing off the symptoms it exhibited. Laura listened attentively, her deep understanding of automobiles shining through. With a thoughtful nod, she assured me that AutoZone would be able to help. She beckoned me to follow her, leading me through the labyrinth of aisles, pointing out various tools and parts that might hold the key to my vehicle's salvation. As we reached the diagnostics section, Laura introduced me to the store's array of advanced diagnostic tools. She explained their functioning, showcasing her expertise in solving complex automotive issues. We picked out a diagnostics tool that suited my needs, and Laura guided me through the process of connecting it to my car's onboard computer system. With her gentle guidance, I followed each step diligently, anxiety beginning to dissolve as I absorbed Laura's confidence. The tool sprang to life, scanning my car's internals for any anomalies. Moments later, the screen displayed a list of potential trouble areas. Laura meticulously analyzed the results, explaining each detected issue and providing detailed solutions.Despite my initial skepticism, Laura's wisdom and guidance began to instill a newfound hope within me. She recommended the parts I needed one by one, explaining their functions and importance while helping me locate them on the store shelves. Her extensive knowledge seemed limitless, and I couldn't help but feel grateful for her assistance.

Update for November 2023:So racism to me isn't something I get hysterical about...its human nature for some to at times be ignorant, but for the love of God it's exhausting listening to the white grandpa's that at times work at this location to use racial slurs so often. I can accept this country has its share of racists but walking into a corporate franchise and hearing the N word and derogatory comments towards Mexicans is too much. Giving customers a hard time when they're just trying to fix their own cars is ridiculous. I feel bad for the black ladies that I see here at times, having to deal with these confederate war remnants. This place is conveniently on a major street but I'd rather drive to Canada than deal with the bad apples again. The way they talk about customers when other customers are around is ridiculous. I'm not sure why they can't just have their own bigoted store for fellow bigots, unless it means they'd admit they're just a trash minority in a country filled with better options.
