Corbin is the reason I will continue to come back to this location. I was walking in to pick up my online order and he had stuck his head out to ask a previous customer if they needed help installing their brake light. I walked in, he promptly helped me, had great energy and offered to walk my super heavy rotors out to my vehicle. Told him I was strong (he was right, they were heavy!!) and then he followed me out to help the other customer get their light in their car. Cliche to say he deserves a raise but he deserves it and some praise for his customer service! Top tier!!

Got my battery replaced with no issues. Corbin the store manager was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Battery issue handled seamlessly! Thank you!

if I could make it a negative star I would. the store manager is very rude. He tried to deny me service, grudgingly let me return my core since I paid with my card. He was definitely trying to start a confrontation with me. he also seemed to be zooming on cocaine, I have seen that plenty on times. Attitude, attitude attitude. I think I will shop at Advance Auto Parts. They have everything I need and are polite.

Trai and Mere provided excellent customer service. The store is clean with a strong staff of fun loving troubleshooters! Would definitely recommend!

The workers here are always friendly. They always have whatever it is that I'm looking for. I have never been disappointed here. There are other autozone that I have been to that are extremely busy. And never have what I need. I think more people need to know about this location. It's never seems to be busy whenever I come through.

So this spot deserves far more recognition, as busy as the one on Lancaster stays...they should share some of that business with this location cause these folks got it together every single time I walk through their doors they got exactly whatever I need, stuff I want plus they are always real nice to deal with....they 100% earn 5 stars all day every day

I like this AutoZone. They had a lot of good things in stock & the staff was friendly. The store was well organized and clean. They even let me use a screwdriver to put my license plate on. Shoutout to y all keep up the good work

They usually have or can get the part I need, but I never understood why it takes so long to be acknowledged or helped when standing at the counter. Go with a lot of patience. Also shop around for pricing. They're better priced about half the time than local competition. Their core charges are usually less than most.

I highly recommend this Autozone on N Market street, Wilmington- Shamere was courteous and very helpful in selecting the best item for my vehicle; without even asking Corbin was ready to install the 2 headlamps. They were helpful, courteous and had me on my way in no time.

Simply wont use this store and look more at the professional assistance of other competitors who want their products to be bought! Better to spend money where your business is desired even if it means more cost! If your staff doesnt want to assist, and make excuses to do so, then I wont waste my time nor my money.

Hey i came in on September 25 2022 with multiple problems with my Tao Tao scooter Corbin or corvin I forget his name but he was so nice and helped me fix her up right there in the shop you should give him a bonus! Thanks Corbin/corvin

I went to this store looking for a bulb for my car. I usually go to the one on Lancaster Ave. However, moving forward this will be the one i come to. The entire experience was so much better. The service rep. Dontake who helped me was awesome in every way. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Good service in and out treated me well the poor kid at the counter got the wrath from an irate customer which I overheard the whole conversation he didn't deserve that at all but he kept his cool and kept it moving.

No tax in Del. pretty good parts... one of the top commercial auto parts store.... there are still some mom and pop auto stores that are cheaper but you might have to pass 2 auto zones to get the part.. really up to you most parts are gonna fit whether you get it here or any other parts store... they have a rewards program I really don't understand it but they at least have one lol

Great service and assistance by Drew and Joshua at the store on Pulaski Highway near Fair Winds. I bought a battery and windshield wiper blades. A little pricier than Wal-Mart but service is worth it. Drew helped me find the right blades and Josh installed for me.

I have nothing but positive experiences with this place. The one autozone in Claymont would not order the piece I needed for my vehicle despite me alerting them that my vehicle was broke down, meanwhile this location did not give me a hassle in ordering the 2 pieces I needed for my car to be repaired. When I went into the store a month later to have my liscense plate lights replaced they helped me find the bulbs I needed as well as installed them for me for free! It was absolutely hard for theybhad 4 different workers try to change the lights for me but they got it done to ensure my son and my safety! Every time I come to this location they are always extremely polite as well as helpful! I recommend this location out of all the locations even the one close to my house. The staff is wonderful, helpful, polite and they genuinely help the community! Thanks for the help on both occasions for me!

Had a fantastic sales person. Manager also jumped in and helped when the store was busy. Had what I needed and mannerism of staff was perfect. Only complaint was the parking lot was like a repair shop. I get it.. But they take up parking spots.

My sister needed to get her battery changed. She came here and worked with Dontae. He was kind, patient and professional. He helped my sister change her battery quickly with no fuss. Highly recommend this Auto Zone and Dontae.

I shop here often. great customer service. Always helping me with the bulbs and batteries free of charge. All you need to do is get those packs of grease.

Great service! I needed a mirror for my car. They didn't have it in stock , the employees had no problem in ordering me one for next day delivery. They are great and very well knowledgeable in this store. My go to for car needs!!

I have had to walk out of this establishment twice for lack of service or poor customer service. The residents of Wilmington deserve better. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Claymont location.
