Great service kind and accommodating employees. I had to come in with my newborn and they made sure we were ok while we waited for my battery to be charged and assessed. A special s/o to Victor and Eric for their help.

Not sure whatsup with the new manager, but she needs a course in customer service and de-escalation. I came in two weeks ago for a headlight bulb, showed the guy the CORRECT part that I needed. He immediately dismisses me and looks up another headlight part that ends up being the wrong one once I got home. I sent my uncle back to exchange the part, but because he did not have my charge card they only did a return. So when I go back to politely explain my issue with the manager (greeted her professionally and everything) she starts making smart remarks before I can barely get my story out. Instead of just listening and coming up with a solution. I didn t come in with an attitude, but after those remarks you can guarantee we both left with one that day.

Went in like I always do to get stuff for my husband s shop and this will be my last time giving Autozone any of our business. I was standing at the commercial counter while the store manager just ignored me. This is the second time I ve witnessed the store manager literally CHASE down an employee on the salesfloor SCREAMING at them about not doing something properly after he did the same exact thing and then the employee kept begging for this man to leave her alone but he just kept backing her into a corner. I ve seen a few store managers over the years at this location and Dave is by far the worst. I talked to another employee about it and apparently this happens on the regular where the store manager treats employees unethically and has even done the same to customers. We will be giving our business to the Advance Auto down the street for now on. SHAME ON YOU AUTOZONE FOR NOT ENFORCING A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FREE FROM HARASSMENT.

My friend and I stopped by today to use the code scanner to try to understand why her car s check engine light was on. Jayden came out to help. He was unable to get the store s scanner to work, so he went over to his vehicle and got his own personal scanner to use. He also alerted her to her tire missing several stem caps! He was completely professional, kind, and helpful. I feel like he really went above and beyond with us today. Thank you, Jayden!!!

I received great friendly and knowledgeable service a couple times recently from Ashley. I live closer to two other Autozone stores (and they do fine too) but getting help from Ashley is a priority now. Thanks.

Just went in there today, the lady working there was useless. Had an attitude for everything that was asked and should not be working there or anywhere that involves customer service. Make AutoZone great again.

The customer service was not good. One of the employees was rude to me after misunderstanding what I wanted. Most of the employees were young, and they needed customer service training. (mainly communication and decorum) I will probably choose another location in the future.

I guess when the service free I shouldn't expect much, 2hrs later and the battery just as dead as when I dropped it off, if the wasn't any good, I would bought a new one, SAD SERVICE SMH.

Came to auto-zone today to see one young lady at the register servicing multiple people the line was a bit long but she was still super friendly help me as best as she could with everything I needed I will most definitely be back to this Autozone thanks to (Tressia )and her geart customer service

This particular autozone, next to the new target is really good! The staff go above and beyond and do not have attitude like some of the other stores.

I called a few times about a car battery and Elisha? helped each time. I brought it in and he tested it to confirm it was dead. He was nice and very helpful. Thanks for the great customer service!

Tressia did a great service today she was friendly greeted my husband and I as we walked in the door with the biggest smile she always help us find the correct wiper blades for my vehicle and was willing to put them on for me but the place was pretty busy and she was the only one running the place I told her thank but my husband will do it for me I see your pretty busy she didn t fold or bend she kept her smile with every customer

4 black dudes standing around, behind the counter, watching me wait in line, while a lone WHITE woman checked out those of us waiting in line. Other customers walked out because these guys not checking out people in line. The guys behind the counter were complaining about someone who didn't stock items the way they thought it should have been stocked. I waited 22 minutes to have 1 quart of oil rung up.Preposterous!Bad, very bad service.

I'd like to first say I really appreciate having your store in this area; it's greatly needed & convenient.My experience today was amazing and it was due to your staff member, Mr. Eriel (forgive spelling). I have an '07 Jeep Liberty & the dealership I visited told me I could no longer get parts. He offered me suggestions & your store's option to search & find what I may need.Also, I wasn't sure about a tool to use to finish a job and he offered to take a look at my vehicle & knew exactly what was needed. He should be commended for his knowledge & excellent Customer Service. THANK YOU!!!

I came in today for some antifreeze and a belt they are so short staffed I had to leave a review the level of patience I observed from the two managers is truly commendable other customers in line were loosing patience and they both worked through it. I will be back! For all my needs the professionalism was outstanding .

Went to get a caliper bolt for my brakes a few days and the girl working was absolutely clueless as to where they were. When she asked the manager "Jimmy" where they were he told her she had to look the car up. Then instead of showing her how to do that, he took a call and started yelling at the caller about getting written up from calling out too much. Jimmy is obviously more concerned about disciplining employees than training them. Not the kind of environment anyone would want to shop or work at.

Exceptional customer service. Today I brought my 2015 Chevy battery in to be recharged, only to find out two hours later that it didn't charge at all. My husband went back into the store and the gentleman who helped us went above and beyond. If the world had more people who are willing to go above and beyond it would be a better place.

I was in this store on tuesday the 21st to see if something was wrong with my battery and when I walked in i had to leave out immediately becuase the store manager was violently yelling in one of his employees face which made me very uncomfortable so i left. Later on that day my battery began to act up agian and this auto zone was the cloest to me at the time and reluctantly i went back and was pleasantly surprised by my experience with AJ. I came in on her way out and she helped me get my battery straight well past her clock out time even referred me to a guy who was able to come right to her store and change my battery she even waited for me until my car was good to go.

Elisha helped us get our car battery up and charged. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even came outside in the cold to undo the battery from the car. I tried holding the door for him as he had his hands full with all of the equipment but he insisted that he would hold the door for us instead. I couldn t believe that he could do all that he done with absolutely no help from anyone. So yes he has excellent multitasking skills and he does his work very carefully so he won t make any mistakes too. You can clearly see that by observation. I had to ask his name so I could write a review because he really deserves a 10 star review for his professionalism in customer service and work skills.Thank You!

Had my battery changed at Auto Zone in January of 2022. I just had an oil change and the mechanic told me my battery is leaking chemicals. I called Auto Zone and they told me my battery is still under warranty. This is my third time back here and have not had any luck of getting my battery replaced. I went one day in the morning and was told he was only staff and cannot do it then, but to come back at 11am, which I did that day and was told they are busy and that the next day would work better for their staff. I didn t go the next day due to having previous obligations. I go today and was told they don t know when they are able to change it. There were three workers there and two other customers in there. I asked how long would it be until someone could change it and the staff said not sure, I said what about the sign you guys advertise that most battery changes can happen in an hour or less, she just looked at me. Annoyed , because this is the third time I ve been denied and I don t want to drive around with a battery I bought from auto zone less than a year ago that is leaking chemicals with my children, I left. As soon as I got into my car the other customer got into her car. So there are three staff members and just now one customer , but my battery that is under warranty could not be changed yet again. I usually love auto zone, but now I am just getting annoyed due to the circumstances.

Came @ 8:23 to get power steering fluid for my car prior to them closing at 9:00 pm and the short bald blonde lady was mopping with the doors locked and told me i cant come in to buy prior to closing because the floor is wet . Terrible customer service. After walking in and having to wait earlier that day with the same cashier eating a boston market rotisserie at the register. This is a bad representation of this establishment .
