Tyler was fantastic to work with. I practically bought the car online - Tyler was incredibly responsive via text and email and made communication very easy. Very seamless pickup process and the car was ready to go as soon I arrived at the dealership. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Very happy with my purchase and the overall experience at Audi Wilmington.

Best car buying experience I ve had so far. Bought my first Audi here and the process was quick and painless. My salesperson Kia was amazing and very helpful! The sales manager Sam was also very knowledgeable on all things Audi. Bill and Katie were also very professional and assisted me in the buying process. Definitely worth the drive from DC. I recommend Audi Wilmington for all things Audi

The entire team at Audi Wilmington truly deserves all five stars! A special form of gratitude goes out to Kia Turner in Sales and the Finance team. After years of owning and maintaining my 2015 Audi Q5, I was faced with the impromptu challenge of having to trade it in. While not fully ready for a new car or new car note, Kia PATIENTLY worked with me to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my new purchase, without pressure. When I say patient, I truly mean it! After a full 72 hours of lot walking, multiple test drives, and finance negotiations, I m proudly the new owner of a brand new 2024 Audi Q5 and couldn t be happier! This was actually a pleasant experience. The staff was professional, listened to our needs and wants and did not try to oversell. We were given a great price on our first Audi Q5 and given a good price for our trade. I highly recommend buying from Wilmington Audi. A special thank you to Zach for your patience and support.

My experience at Audi Wilmington was second to none! My decision to visit was later in the evening during the week, and I felt accommodated and treated like a celebrity then, and when I stopped back in today to drop off something. Anthony Williams was the absolute best, and Bill Reed, the Business Manager! You all now have an Audi customer for life!! A great big thank you again for such an awesome experience when I purchased my car!

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Chris in sales. Bought my new-to-me 18 A4 6MT. After following this specific car for a few years, Chris was awesome to work with, especially as i was buying from Florida. Kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. Even sent me pictures and videos also. He even picked me up at the airport as I flew into town to pick up the car and drive it home. Spoke to a few of the guys in service as well while I was there to pick up the car, all were nice and super welcoming. Will recommend Chris to anyone, and look forward to our next dealing.

I recently had Audi Wilmington install coilovers on my Audi S4. They did a fantastic job. I dealt with Will in Service and Chris in parts, which was such a breeze. Will kept me posted on every step of the process and Chris was super knowledgeable when it came to aftermarket modifications. I will definitely be back!

My experience with Tyler was marvelous, from the first conversation we held to discuss the available options, and subsequently to the delivery date. Tyler was always polite, respectful, and helpful. He worked diligently to find a vehicle that had the requested options and made recommendations where appropriate. We developed a mutually trustful relationship from our first conversation. Trust is the foundation of long-term human success. It takes a lifetime to build trust, but only a few minutes to lose it. Tyler earned my trust, respect, and appreciation for a lifetime. Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. I called in advance on a Saturday around 12, confirmed they had the model I wanted, but also stated they don't do test drives after 4 on Saturday. I got in the car and drove down to test drive it, arriving just after 3. I walked in, the salespeople were busy, so I milled around in the sales area for 20-25 minutes. Nobody said a peep to me. Grabbed a bottle of water and a seat, killed another 20 minutes. Still not a single person saying something to me. I looked around, there were definitely at least two salespeople free at that point. Went back to my phone and walked out the door at 4:01pm.On my way out the door I walked right by what seemed to be 3 salespeople chatting in the front. Guess they hit their numbers and didn't need another sale.

Had a great experience at Wilmington Audi. Zane was a low key, very competent and knowledgeable sales associate. He worked with us finding a car that was within my budget and fun to drive. The entire experience was actually the easiest and most pleasant car buying adventure I have ever had. I walked in not knowing if I could afford an Audi and am now driving one that I love !!!

It was such a pleasure for both my wife and myself to work with Zach Fleisher - Audi of Wilmington. There was no pressure and Zach was extremely knowledgeable of their models and products. We fell in love with our 2023 Audi E-TRON GT PRESTIGE and Zach not only provided us with all the answers to our questions but after purchasing the vehicle, he personally delivered it to our home! We requested a paint sealant added to the car during signing which Zach tried to complete late in the day but it couldn t be done by day s end. The next day after the sealant process was completed Zach personally delivered the vehicle to our residence.I would recommend not only Audi of Wilmington but certainly I would go see Zach to sell you a vehicle!

From initial contact Chris was awesome! He is a true car guy. I have talked to few car salesmen that have his passion and knowledge of vehicles. Patient, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole team I delt with, Sam and Joe, were great. I bought an older used Mercedes, but I was treated like a king still. Thanks guys!

The protective film on our car had started to peel away from the front. The folks at Audi of Wilmington were great!They provided us with a loaner and gave us a precise estimate of when our car would be ready.We live over 80 miles away and they delivered our car to us and picking up the loaner .We couldn t have asked for better service will continue to use Audi of Wilmington for all our service needs.Special thanks to Rob and Justin!

Had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle over the weekend and it was a very easy and straight forward experience. Tyler was a great help and it was nice to deal with a fellow car enthusiast. I feel my trade in offer was fair as well as the price of the car I purchased. There was no shady tactics or pushing to opt into extra packages that are just a waste of money. Overall great experience and would definitely do business here again

Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Kia was helpful and answered all of our questions but was not pushy. The test drive was one of the most thorough and informative we have done. Joe in financing was great and very friendly. All were customer service oriented and the car was set up, gassed up and we drove our new Audi off the lot in a couple hours. Very happy with our experience and our new car.

The experience with Audi Wilmington exceeded our expectations. Our Q7 had a problem while we were in the area visiting family for the holidays and were in a difficult situation. The service advisor Andy was helpful, professional and kept us well informed throughout the process. We feel comfortable highly recommending Audi Wilmington for service.

I have bought 7 or 8 Audis from Audi Wilmington (Winner Audi) over the years. I have always been impressed with their commitment to good service and customer satisfaction. When I have had problems, they were always prepared to make things right, even by accepting some cost. It is as much the attitude of Audi Wilmington as it is the quality of the cars that keeps me a loyal customer.

Ketti in service and Chris in sales are amazing. They turned my stressful situation into a seamless and wonderful experience. Chris was my salesperson at Audi Wilmington. As an older person who has almost never dealt with a dealership before, I was very impressed with Chris' knowledge and professionalism. Chris is an intense person with amazing amounts of information about the Audi line of automobiles, both current and past models as well. He's also very focused on pairing cars and people as well as providing a smooth, seamless experience with a real emphasis on customer satisfaction and connection with the Audi brand. He made my first dealership encounter pleasant and secure feeling which I really appreciate. Five stars for Audi Wilmington and Chris M.

Sam and Chris were the people I talked to most. They were beyond helpful. An overall outstanding experience and will definitely be back in the future if possible. They stayed late to accommodate me showing up late, and never once made me feel rushed. They walked me and my friend around, talked to us like we were normal people and I honestly felt like it may be the best car buying experience I ve ever had. 10/10 recommend.

Audi Wilmington is almost 200 miles from my house but I had to make the trip after receiving a text, video walk through, and follow up email from Christopher Meiggs. Customer service was phenomenal, he was never pushy, gave me all of my options and I basically purchased my car before leaving my house to make the 200 mile drive. It didn't end after the purchase, he gave me a bunch of tips, options for the future and I will make the trip back for service/installations and future car purchases.Thanks again Christopher and Audi Wilmington.Sincerely,Steven Graves

Having only been in two dealerships prior (one I m employed at and one I had a terrible experience at) my nerves going into this dealership were pretty high, especially as a young woman. However, the service team truly exceeded my expectations. Justin in service as well as a few other service staff members were quick and efficient in everything they provided me. They called my warranty company, and kept me updated with the cost/repair. They didn t try to upsell me on anything, but made sure to kindly inform me of what I should have repaired. Everyone I encountered was very respectful and kind, and treated me as though my time and I mattered. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and I myself will be back.

I recently worked with Lori at Audi Wilmington De. My experience was awesome! No details missed by her at all from the introduction of the automobile, drive test, explanations, and delivery of the car. The Q5 is a great car to drive! I highly recommend Lori at Audi Wilmington if you re looking for awesome service experience!
