Filled out a Quote for my car I was selling, got an offer within seconds. Came to tow my car about 1hr 30min later. Got the cash they took the car . Easy transaction

This company was assigned to tow my car by GEICO. I waited an hour and then called, was told that someone was on their way but it could take up to 90mins... I was told they would call when the arrived. After the 90minuts I called back. They claimed that they tried to call me 6 times, I had no missed calls, no messages... And that I would have to have GEICO order the tow again. I called GEICO they got a hold of the company and they said the earliest they could be there was 4pm. This 4.5 hrs after my original call. Anyway I called another company and they came in 15mins. If this company gets assigned to you save yourself and call someone else unless you enjoy waiting for hours out in the rain and being lied to.

Should be called As SLOW As Possible towing. Had a flat tire before going to work one morning and was given this tow service through my roadside assistance. After filing my claim, I was originally told it was going to be a 90 min wait. After the driver never showed up, I called customer service and was told the system was backed up but my driver should be there in another 90 mins. Like the first time, nobody showed in or around my allotted time slot. After calling customer service AGAIN, I was then told that my driver was on the way but it would be at least another 40+ mins. I waited over 3 hours before finally calling to cancel the tow that was supposedly coming. Thankfully I was not stranded on the side of the road! Horrible customer service and response times. Don t know how they are still in business.

HORRIBLE customer service. They scheduled a pick up day and time with me then never showed up. When I called the next day it took me all morning to get a hold of someone. I was then told they would call me back and let me know the status. 3 hours later still no call. I called again and was told they could not get a hold of their tow driver. Once again was told I would get a call back and didn't. My last phone call ended by me being hung up on.If you're trying to get rid of your car and are in need of reliable money, I would recommend going elsewhere. Very unprofessional, unsympathetic and ride!

Shot story: I made an appointment and it was not honored and I was literally walked away from and left standing in the office with no remedy or accommodation for their mistake.Long Story: I purchased 4 new tires from Sports Tire. I was referred to ASAP for the installment because Sports tire was booked. I was told ASAP they were a husband and wife team and really nice. I physically walked into ASAP at 10:30 a.m. and made an appointment for 3pm to get new tires installed. Sports tire said they would deliver the tires to ASAP.The tires were delivered as promised. I arrived only to find out that the wife sent back the tires upon arrival. The person who made my appointment (the daughter) did not relay the schedule to the wife or her father (the owner).The father (the owner) came in with all this bravado talking about HE is the owner and he is tired of Sports Tire just sending people over here because they don t want to service them. He went on a rant about they always disrespect him. I was there for tires but at this point I felt like I needed to put on some brakes because he was being way too emotional for this business transaction. The wife was very professional, kind, honest and apologetic. Finally, he mentioned that oh... the person I made the appointment with is JUST his daughter.Just his daughter? She was sitting at the front desk fronting like she was the receptionist quoting me prices and letting me know that she would call when the tires arrived. In never received that courtesy call either.One, Sports tire referred ASAP. They did not just send me over there. I usually get my tire work done at Sports tire because most places don t service my size. Sports tire told me to make an appointment with ASAP. Two, I made an appointment and it was not honored and I was sent away with 4 new tires packed into my car.My experience with ASAP was painful. This is why Black businesses don t thrive. We make too many excuses and it keeps us from longevity and being any complletition on the global market. The daughter ( her customer service had a lot to be desired ) could have easily said we are too booked but she did not and as a representative of her family s company a legacy owner was irresponsible with her family s business. Her father the owner defended the irresponsibility and turned down business and future business.I left my own business to make this 3 pm appointment and the service was not professional. I was not even offered a remedy for the mistake. The husband stormed out (only for me to see him joy riding on Governor Printz 1/2 hour later with the music turned to THE highest octave, lol AND he left his business with JUST my dauhter at the front.In closing, when you do good you do good for yourself. When you do bad you do bad for yourself. Today, ASAP did bad business. Most Higj willing that ian not the norm.

Sold car in December 2020, didn t give me my tags because their company sends them off to dmv . Seen Riding MARCH 2021on 896 and old Baltimore pike and seen sold vehicle riding around with my plates smoke and blasting music.. reported to dmv and had flagged because they never took title of transfer and got registered plate to DMV, don t get pulled over bihhhhh. This place and its supervisor Is the definition of GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL bunch of people I ve ever done business with. Thinking because I ma person of color that bad business is acceptable

Absolutely awful. They told me at 9:50 they were en route to where I was. 45 minutes later, no one is here and no update. I called and they said another 30-40 minutes. 90 minutes later, still not here. I called a second time and they tell me another hour. Waste of complete time, don t bother with them.

This company is awful!!! Was initially told 90 minutes before someone would pick me up. I called back after the 90 minutes and they told me driver would give me a call but they were about an hour away. DO NOT USE

I wasn't too happy that my car had to be towed but I was happy that they helped me find a way to avoid being billed for collections and title issues when I couldn't reclaim the car.

Extremely slow service. Will never give you accurate eta on tow truck arrival. Had me waiting over 6 hours for the tow truck to arrive when they told me it'll be there in an hour.

Tow company told me to be at my car at 2 pm no one showed up everyone said I ll call you back and never called back the girl Nicole who answered the phone both last night and this morning laughed at me amd was very rude and unprofessional they shouldn t be have people who talk to customers that say I highly don t recommend unless you wanna be put on speaker phone and laughed at like they did me
