I was referred to Mr.Vinney by my brother..His work speaks volume . My transmission went out on me. Mr.Vinney had my truck fixed within 3 days. percent. GREAT GUY VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL.

I meant to write this quite some time ago. These folks did the repair and rebuild on my 2003 Jeep Liberty's NV3550 5-speed manual gearbox about 2 or 3 years back. Had around 150,000 miles on it and a shot bearing. I couldn't have been more impressed with work and service they provided, and when they were done, that transmission shifted like the day it rolled out of the factory. True professionals who really know how to work on a gearbox.Service: Transmission

Vinnie is awesome. He gives an estimate and sticks to it no matter what. He has done 4 trans jobs for us in the last 3 months and many in the past. I will never go anywhere else.

I've had 3 transmissions rebuilt by this company and never had to take it back! Unlike benchmark and amaco. The service and attention to detail is awesome. Also my van Trans was rebuilt in 2012(with 200,000+ miles) and it's still running perfect. (Dec 2015)

I bought a used vehicle from sal s with a damaged transmission (knowingly) and I went thru hell and high water to get it fixed trying to save money which was expensive and useless finally I took it to American Transmission and it got done properly and efficiently I m definitely recommending them to everyone.... Oh yea I m about to take my other vehicle to them to get it right

Told me he rebuilt my 2000 Ford F-450 Diesel's Transmission. He pinched the bladder when rebuilt the Tranny. He complained every time I brought it back five times when the Transmission did not work. Find another Transmission shop!
