Had a great experience getting my battery changed last night. The younger man was very helpful both on the phone and then in the store. The other employee helped change my battery dealing with a difficult-to-remove battery fastener. He refused my tip offer. You don't see this type of customer service much these days.

On line order pick up. Staff was great and accommodating. Love when thr *ladies* are working. Makes me feel better coming in and asking any questions. (Even though when I need to ask the men they ate helpful also!)

Unkind employee. They would not install the new battery I bought because it was drizzling a bit of rain. It s perfectly safe to install a car battery when it s raining. Gave no other options, then asked for the battery core for the refund how am I supposed to give you that when you won t change the battery?

I really appreciate the services I received at this location. Max was very knowledgeable and helpful as he completed the installation of a new battery for my 2019 Honda Accord. I will likely be back to this store for my auto parts needs because of the great experience I had today. Thanks!

Came here for some small car parts and noticed it was a UPS pickup location - was able to use the pick-up a few days for an online order, and it was super easy and beat the risk of a having a stolen package when I wasn't going to be around on delivery.

I wouldn't recommend. The staff was rude! And Entitled! He wouldn't accept to change our battery for free (regardless of the store policy) because it was hot outside and they didn't feel like doing it. So stay away from this store if you can.

Advance Auto is becoming my go-to auto parts store. They have a lot of parts in stock for my old Nissan, usually knowledgeable staff, and all the regular good stuff sometimes even on sale in stock.Some of the discounts are only available on their app, And I like the idea that you get speed perks rewards when you buy things like batteries and brake rotors.This trip was just to get some additives for my fuel tank in the hope of increasing my gas mileage ( folly, I am certain) but I bought a few other things while I was there. My old car always needs some love.

UPS needs to not make this a pickup point anymore. Your in-store employees are unprofessional and lazy to check for a package when a customer calls. You guys have stated twice that my package is not in your possession when I have called. UPS is stating it is and that they've had several other issues with your employees telling other guest they don't have their package when you guys do. UPS recommended that I go in to physically check and get it because your employees do not know what they're doing or saying! I will also be reporting this location and filing a claim as well to ensure UPS removes you guys permanently because a location like this does not deserve business in any way!

I went in early this am and Joe and his nearly kept bearded coworker (that I didn't see his name) sold me a battery and put it in for free. I didn't ask, they offered...and quickly got me on my way and then refunded my deposit! And the price was 1/2 of Auto Zone...they have great customer service too, but definitely were beaten by this price AND service. Thank you guys!

This is my favorite parts store as of now based on proximity and the use of the SpeedPerks program but on my most recent visit they didn t even have a basic metal radiator cap. That is extremely sad for an auto parts store...still a decent place. Most of the guys there know what they are doing and it is never super busy.

Went in to get new windshield wipers for my Jeep! The young lady who waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She installed my wipers in no time. Thank You!

Incredible service. Went in for a new battery and they installed it free. Turns out the starter failed so they tried another battery. Gave us bottles of water while we waited for the tow truck and stayed after hours to make sure we were OK. One even crawled under the car to see if he could see anything and hit the starter with a hammer. This is WAY above and beyond!!!

Friendly service. Only recently started going there for auto parts but so far so good. Just got a BWD ignition coil that has a limited lifetime warranty. Hope I don't need to go back for a replacement due to it becoming defective. Lifetime or not, I want reliable parts. Time will tell.

Great prices good selection. Good people. Love the fact that you can find the stuff online order it and then go pick it up. Nice to have multiple locations in the area. Also like the small shopping carts and the super low cost tools. They also do tool rental which I like

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Mike came out and installed my new battery in just a few minutes, despite it being 10 degrees and very windy. I would definitely shop here again.

The staff is excellent and very efficient, the manager Nick was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my truck and his team was quick to fix the issue and get my truck back on the road. Their prices are great and very competitive with other shops and I wouldn't trust another shop with my vehicle repairs. I highly recommend this shop, the staff are the best in the area!!

By far the worst aap I've been to. Employees have a huge attitude problem, don't even say simple things like "hi", "thank you". They look at you like they're ready to fight. I even called the corporate to complain and they just have the manager of the store call me. I was told that he would "talk" to the employee with the attitude problem. I'm sure he did.

I just wanna say thank you to the two employees that helped me today!! The gentleman saw I was having such a rough day with my car that he gave me a Hershey bar!! And the chick understood I need my tunes!! Thank you guys so much!! You turned a bad day into a a good one!!

A product ordered online wasn't available during pick up. They apologized and substituted better quality to satisfy order at no addtl cost to me. They also replaced my wipers for me. Thank you so much for the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the help I received here. I asked about an error code I wanted to have read and was informed as to what it was. I also learned that the store has a policy to not clear the codes, but that it should cycle out after 150 miles. ron1004 posted "If a fault is sustained the light remains on, and if the fault clears the light will go off, but the error code will remain stored until you do a�reset.".

Want to give a big thanks to max who helped me out tonight, knew exactly what I was calling about and had me in and out the store with what i needed in less than five minutes. Hard to find good customer service like that.

Great customer service, The employees are very nice and respectful. They loaned me tools and cane out periodically to check on me and gave me some water! They are really nice people here.
