Very rude & disrespectful. Pulled off on us while I had my kids in 100 degree weather stuck on the side of the road. This is why it s hard to support black owned businesses. He was rude from the jump. I m glad I spent my money elsewhere & had superior service. Unlike this POS

Today is my birthday and my car broke down. Found Ace towing on line. The driver was very nice. He arrives in 10 minutes of me calling. Have never had such fast good service. These guys were quick, fair and professional. Got cash for my vehicle in less than 2 hours. Would recommend to anyone that needs to get rid of a junker.

ACE towing was phenomenal! Owner and Driver (Jamar) was great to work with. I bent a rim and was stranded in the middle of the night but he answered and picked me up within 15 minutes. He took great care of my car and was very knowledgeable. He could of over charged me because I had no other options and it was midnight but he didn t. He gave me a better price than what other tow trucks charge during the day. I highly recommend ACE and Jamar. I will be calling ACE for all my tow needs and I will be referring him to all my family and friends. I would rate 100 stars if I could.

The owner and operator was ABSOLUTELY a professional in every sense of the word!! He was on time, courteous and very polite! It's really a pleasure to receive exceptional service and that is exactly what he provided to me! If I ever need a towing service again, I will most certainly be calling ACE towing. I contacted two towing companies that had high ratings. Ace is the only one to get back to me and quicker than the estimated time on the automated response. They continually responded quickly to my questions. Had a driver to my house in 30 minutes, 90 minutes faster than estimated. The driver was very friendly and knowledgable. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely contact them again and refer them to friends and family. Thank you!

This is the Best Tow Company in Delaware! Owner Operated by a family man named Jamar who went above and beyond for me in my time of need. He was tasked with a very difficult situation with my car and never gave up on me. His work ethic is exceptional, and I would recommend his business to anyone in need of a professional and affordable Tow Service. You can rely on Ace Towing.

Sat on the side of the road for over an hour waiting for Rite Hook towing. Don't waste your time on them. Call Ace, Jamaal is a great guy! He arrived in 15 minutes, slid my old Porsche nicely up on his ramp truck! Great guy great service!

Owner was very professional got my wife s Jeep to auto shop that was requested. Used third party auto membership who got ahold of Ace Towing. Very detail oriented made sure to properly adjust truck bed to prevent any damage to vehicle. Little details go a long way when it comes to things like this. Great service would recommend this company to anybody and will definitely use again in the future.

ACE Towing was prompt and professional. My car was unable to start and needed to be towed for service. Jamar was willing to check my car battery before towing to see if he could help me out. He was polite, professional, and helpful. The car needed to be towed, but I appreciate Jamar's attempt and willingness to help. I highly recommend ACE Towing and Jamar! Thank you!

After trying multiple tow truck companies who were neighbors or friends of friends & getting no response back after repeated attempts, I decided to check Google & came across ACE Towing. I read reviews of other companies & was most impressed with theirs. I called & left a message & was called back within 5 minutes (it was 6:30am). I was given immediate service & he arrived earlier than I did, as my car was broken down in a shopping center & had to be left there. I would recommend ACE Towing to anyone who wants a professional, prompt, & affordable towing service. Thank you so much for your help ACE Towing!!

Excellent service...fast and efficient! I was broke down on the highway for 3hrs waiting for service. My insurance company contacted ACE Towing after another tow company failed to come through and he was there within 15mins. I will definitely refer the company to my family and friends. If towing is ever needed in the future I will contact ACE and pay out of pocket for the great service. Thanks a million for rescuing me!

The Guy that towed my truck today was prompt, polite, and very efficient. He went above and beyond to make my bad moment a better moment. And his prices are excellent . I would definitely recommend this company!

The owner has helped me twice and is amazing with that behemoth of a truck. He's super friendly, relaxed, and fast! He took me from Hockessin to Wilmington 2 years ago and he is consistent. Took me from Wilmington to Elkton yesterday and put my car down practically in a parking spot in a crowded garage shop. You're in great hands and it didnt cost a fortune. I'm broke as hell and it was affordable. They even take card! Awesome service honestly.

Pick this guy! It took us about 2 hours from first inquiry to haul away and cash in hand for the haul away of our car that was totaled in a crash. Fast, friendly and crazy easy to send text pictures of the car and vin to get the bid. I m glad we found him online and picked him!

The best experience I have had with a towing company thus far. Was stranded on the highway, and contacted the owner Jamar for help, he was there in record timing. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know

Last Friday during the snow storm my car died leaving work. My insurance took an hour to decide on an out of network tow service. It was in the 20s and getting dark with no heat. Could not get a ride out and train was cancelled, Phone dying, and insurance informs me it would be another 2.5 hours. Phone died. Walked back to work to charge. Called ace to find out updated ETA and thankfully he was almost there, and agreed to wait for me to walk back.ACE was much faster than eta given by insurance, maybe only 30 min from when hired. Driver was very professional, friendly and great service. They saved the day!

Great guy. Jamar was on time, very polite and paid exactly what he said he was gonna give us. Fair and honest guy and company. Would Definitely use again. Jamar was very nice upon talking to him, he actually came out of his way to pick my van. He was straight forward and quick to hook up my vehicle. I will be referring him and putting him on speed dial if I ever need a tow.

Among the midst of trying to move, my car unfortunately broke down. Jamar; the owner and operator, could not have been more helpful. He responded within 20 minutes! I hope people see this review and choose ace over other towing services so they can have the same peace of mind. Thank you Jamar.

The owner was very friendly and came to help us when our car was broken down on the freeway. He arrived expidently and service was swift.He was also funny and helped lighten the situation by cracking jokes while still being very concerned about our safety.He even called us back a few minutes after we left to make sure we are ok.

My 17 year old daughter, with my 16 year son in the car, clipped a curb while turning into a parking lot and damaged the sidewall of the front passenger side tire causing it go flat. Ace towing was passing by and stopped. When my wife and I arrived he was teaching my children how to change a tire. The wife and I thought this was great. The man was truly a nice person and would not accept any money. If you are in a pinch and need road service call this guy up!Service: Tire change

Stranded 75 miles from home on a Sunday evening. Towed my husband I home from DE to MD and was very pleasant to talk to the whole drive. Thank you for getting us and our car home safe.
