DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, they are scammers AND don't care about you only want the money! I bought a car and the next day big problems came and they didn't want to help and they didn't tell me what was wrong with the car, take it from me please don't buy anything from them or you'll end up like me! If I could give them no stars I would but I couldn't

Great customer service! Very informative and friendly. Although i have not so great credit, the salesman was able to get me into the vehicle i wanted with a monthly payment that wasn't too much for me to handle.

From day one paid in full cash money!The car, that very week took to a certified mechanic had test done came back with a lot of serious issues they tell me it's covered under warranty ( but all the issues aren't covered ) had towed back to them come pick it up rereads but tags expired they can fix that ok drive it couple of days bring it back Tuesday they will take it thru inspection. CoolDrove the car about a 40 minute ride going and coming back. On the way back after gassing up on 95 highway doing 60 miles an hour it suddenly drop to 10-25 miles an hour. Almost in a car accident! I had my 3 grandchildren with me!I called the owner left a message when that happenNo call backText him again no responseThe guy that I'm supposed to take the car back today to go thru inspection no call backI wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy!Oh did I say when they took the car kept it for 2 weeks and when I was told to pickup couldn't tell me what they fix just drive it around bring back for inspectionI Can't Make This Up!!!

My mother, a senior citizen, purchased a used car for $4,000.00 roughly 4 months ago and immediately had issues 1 month after the purchase. There was transmission issues, fluid leakage and she had to put several hundred dollars into the car to fix it. After 3 months of repeated problems with the car, the dealership "offered" to buy the car back for a measly $500.00! It appears this dealership takes advantage of women and seniors so don't patronize them!! Now, my mom is without a car, out of $3,500.00+ dollars, and has to spend more money to buy a new vehicle....disgraceful!!

I repeat please don t buy a car from this lot!!! The car engine went in a month of owning the car! We didn t even get the tags back. He needs to be shut down, an I don t even know how he has a seller license to buy cars or sell car but definitely the wrong business for him. He lost my business!!!

Bought a car here in October 2022. Nothing but problems with the car. Mechanic didn't even have the tools to check the transmission and power fluid in car. Checked KBB. Car not even worth contract amount. Do not go here. They will seem like they are helping but they are not.

Worst experience ever!!I bought my first car from here out of pure desperation.I ONLY chose my car I did because it was just about the only car that was t tapped up with scotch tape, dented, or torn up inside. It ran well for the test drive, but my ex had questions about fluid leakage he notice in the hood. I know NOTHING about cars, and he knows a pretty fare amount. When questioning the manager about the fluid, he claimed the car had just been topped off. My ex didn t really buy it though. The manager then became really rude and essentially questioned us about why we were questioning him.The gentlemen we were working with was kind though. When my ex and I pulled him aside and asked what he know about this car, he said honestly not too much, but told us he can guarantee it will at least get us to our destination. He did try to offer me another car that he was very knowledgeable about, but the inside was a mess and the outside had some minor dents and stuff. Had I known then, what I know now, the car he recommend probably would ve been a lot cheaper to fix.I am now currently stuck with a car, with major issues that can t even be diagnosed.I had my reservations about the car, but as I said, I bought because I was in a emergency situation.To make matters worse, I pretty much had to harass them for months,3-4 months to get my title. I called them several times and they sent me on a wild goose chase. I had to call the DMV and get a private investigator to handle and finally 5 months after purchasing, I got my title.

Say what you will, think what you want. The service I received today was honest, and top notch (and no I wasn't played)! I was treated with human decency, put into a vehicle that was affordable and will serve its purpose! I highly recommend coming here. Also keep in mind when you read other reviews that yes, we as consumers should have certain standards when it comes to purchasing, BUT we are also responsible in knowing about what we are buying! I would definetly send anyone here that is looking for a vehicle that they are in need of quickly, and that will serve its purpose! Thank you for your service today!

They buy used vehicles and they fix them up well enough for me to be able to drive them without no problems for a couple of weeks and then they had no idea on how to help you with any issues you re having with the car they have sold you and they are horrible at getting your hard plate and they have no references

Stayed open past closing on a miserable rainy night to work hard to help me get approved when no one else would. Was told i would receive a text or a call within 24 hours and it was def a done deal but never recieved the text or a call. Unfortunetly im still waiting to hear from someone, ANYONE!

Nov 27 2017 I purchased a 2003 Focus. I was a little skeptical due to the noisy ride during the test drive. I contributed the noise to snow tires. As it turns out, the wheel bearings were shot. That coupled with the dash lights going out on its own, the radio buttons are still sticky and don't function properly among. I am slightly disappointed in this purchase.They said their was a car fax, but they couldn't find it. Another vehicle I looked at had rusted strut mounts. They completely cleaned the cars engine, but didn't get the cat hair out of the back.It was a so so experience and will not be going to this dealer again.

Bought van. really nice. Alot if issues 2 months arguing about getting warranty to fix. They gave me wrong warranty which left me spending thousands of dollars and no release of my vehicle until that warranty paid. Went for hard tags they expired in 10 days instead of 2 years. Went to DMV got records they never put on for my tags i recieved the old owner's expiration date. Went through hoops on that. Now I'm making payments I am on payment number 6. Not one time was it easy for them to even take my money! They always have to call me back for credit card and they never do or when I went in with cash they go outside as I wait I'm asked what I want. Well if they want to get money I'm just trying to pay my bill. So stressful even getting through all hoops with this van. Now not one payment I make is easy. Half the time I have to call from unknown number for a response to pay them. They may have some deals on certain things but I was warned didnt listen. Please check the ratings and comments. Alot of stress after the purchase of a vehicle.

DO NOT GO HERE I GOT A CAR SATURDAY 2/23 ITS 2/26 and it won't start I check my Kelly blue book for how much my car worth. Only $200 I paid 2300 altogether I've been calling all day the guys said he will get a tow truck to come get it I guess to get it fixed. That was 2:00pm but I called at 10:10am first and the lady was supposed to call me back so that's why I called again but they still have not got my car it 5:00pm the didnt even clean out my car all the way at all and they prices are to high I would not recommend at all save your moneyUPDATE CAR BROKE DOWN IN APRIL IT WAS A BAD ENGINE SMH DO NOT GO TO THEM. TOOK FOREVER TO GET MY TITLE HAD TO KEEP CALLING.

THEIR REVIEWS WITH FIVE STARS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES!!! I bought a 2002 Jetta from this dealership on July 10th, 2017. With my 8 year old daughter and my 8 month old daughter with me. I drove the car 100 miles ( A two hour drive) and the antifreeze coolant light came on and the car started overheating. My car broke down the very same day I bought it. I WALKED to Auto Zone and spent 25.00 on Antifreeze. I put the Antifreeze in the car and every single drop of antifreeze leaked from the car! A whole in the Radiator! I called Ebony who does the paperwork and was told to take the car to their mechanic. I am unable to take the car to their mechanic because of the whole in the radiator and the possible risk of damaging the engine! The owner stated to one of his employees that, " he was unaware I would be driving the car as far as I drove it." he also stated that "he wouldn't tow the car back to his dealership because it would cost him too much money." The look of disappointment in my daughters eyes when she realized we couldn't drive the car is infuriating! I called and Ebony left me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back on the line, I could hear her picking up the phone to see if I was still on the line and putting it back down. She was suppose to be calling the owner checking on when the car would be towed, another lie. Ebony also began screening my calls if I called from my cell phone she wouldn't answer, if I called from a different number she'd answer. Obviously fully aware that it's was me calling and intentionally avoiding my call because they purposely sold me a car that they KNEW something was wrong with! It's hard enough being a single parent. I came to their dealership with both of my children with me! To purposely sell me a car that could have caught on fire and put my children danger!!! Is PURE EVIL!On July 18th, 2017 the owners sister Ebony who does the paperwork for the tags takes the salesman Aaron Brown's telephone (who is also on Google review giving the company five stars) and says that she's going to " call the cops for harrashment and I tell her "it's not harrrashment, me asking them to fix a car they knew something was wrong with." So, I called the police for her and told the police officer see would be calling attempting to falsify a police report. Ebony, then texted the phone and said, "the towing would be on me." (Ebony is also the other 5 star review for this company) So, do not take your hard earned money to this place!Today July 19,2017, a mechanic came and looked at the car. 500.00 for a new radiator! There is no way possible the owner didn't know the radiator needed to be replaced. If he would intentionally put a woman in a car with children that is dangerous, he'll lie and do anything to anyone for money. "If you'd lie, you'd steal, if you'd steal you'd kill." Pure Evil.

Called for 2 days about a car I saw online to make sure it was available and nothing major was wrong with it. Called again the day I was going to see it. I got there and they were telling me the car was in the body shop and trying to sell me a similar car but double the price.

Waited 60 days for a title to come in my name and they gave me another title and bill of sale and said my $320 was for dealer service fees after he said it would be in my name when it get to the shop not recommended

I Purchased a 06 Honda accord from here 2 years ago for my daughter that is in college she has not had one single problem with the Honda Accord say what you want but we had a great experience and the price was very reasonable

I bought my car from this dealership and they knew they were SUPPOSED to order my hard tags , so I go in to pick up my tags and they told me that they were lost ! So I was given the responsibility to order my tags AGAIN which were already paid for (requesting a refund from the missing tags today) (I'll update u with how that goes) I was given a sticker and was told to get a cardboard and write on the cardboard stolen tags. Which I NVR did BC I didn't want that ghetto nonsense on my brand new car so I get pulled over and car towed. Now I'm going thru all this nonsense to get it back . Fast FWD I'm explaining to the cop how my tags were "lost in the mail blah blah blah, and he tells me he knows of another girl who was told the same thing from this dealership!!! Not mentioning how many others this was done to . So basically it sounds like some scam stuff is going on hence the name change from Bauls Auto Sales to its new name 28th St Auto Sales. I'm contacting BBB and letting them know my issues, this shop has a bad reputation anyway.

Complete waste of time. Tried to scam 450 extra out of us for title and tag work that I was gonna do myself. Randomly said they didnt have the title and it would take a week. Ran us around in circles. Complete waste of time.

I was told that my lower control arm would be fixed for free prior to purchasing a 2003 Honda Accord on a Friday . I go on Monday and they refused to cover the costs.

Need to be fair in the car deal. Tell customers the truth about the item they want. I think that will give you more credit to get many customers.
