I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra from Outright Auto. The team at Outright Auto is Top Notch! I highly recommend this dealership. The Outright Auto lot is loaded with clean vehicles at reasonable prices.The experience was solid from start to finish. Our salesman Fran was very welcoming, professional and honest. The Managers of the dealership Nick and Jon were very professional and honest with the paperwork to seal the deal. Ultimately these guys are very honest and upfront with the business they are running.I would also like to give a shout out to the detailer Charlie! Charlie completed an amazing detail job on the truck with the purchase! We thank the team at Outright Auto for a great vehicle at a reasonable price!

I was literally in and out within an hour!!! When I say easy peasy I mean that!i didn t worry about the infamous bait and switch. Go here if you re looking for a very good vehicle with a reasonable price.

Searching for a reliable and affordable car now and days are hard to come by. Last year my car was demolished by a deer, needing to find a car I searched and applied at many dealerships. Many of them needed either a higher deposit or the car was out of my budget. Finally after clearing my head I thought of Outright, I totally forgot that I purchased a car from then several years ago. I go online to review what they had available. I searched and found a car that was within my budget. I applied online (on a Saturday) by that Monday a gentleman by the name of Fran contacted me and began the application process. LET ME TELL YOU!! Fran was ON POINT! The entire process was smooth! From the application, to requested documents that he needed, to deposits being paid, to the time of the closing, every went well! Thank you Fran for all your hard work, professionalism and dedication that you provided during AND after the purchase of my car! I highly recommend OUTRIGHT AUTO! and Don t forget to ask for Fran!!

As a first time buyer, I really recommend them if you re looking for something affordable. After going through many dealerships, they were very quick to help us in getting approved for our first truck! Thanks to Nick we were able to get approved before driving 4hrs. Drove our truck back home and we re not disappointed.

Great service! I needed help fixing my number plates on my car and the guy I spoke to was so helpful and eager to help me out. He brought out some screws and even though we couldn t fix it, he offered various solutions. I don t know his name but he was professional and efficient. Definitely going back there when I need to buy a car!

My husband and I were helping our 19 year old daughter look for a car. When we decided to give outright auto a try- it was a breeze from beginning to finish. We knew which two cars we wanted to look at- they handed us the keys and didn t hassle us to look at anything else. They were kind and courteous, friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure to buy. They close at 6- but stayed after hours to get us taken care of. We ended up purchasing one of the two cars we were looking at and the process was so completely easy and quick! Fran moved us through the entire process in less than an hour - after he was supposed to be off and all with a smile. Not only that- but our daughter lives out of state and he took care of title and tags and walked us through the transfer and inspection process. We couldn t be happier and we definitely couldn t recommend this dealership enough! If you need a car in good shape, honesty and friendliness- outright auto and Fran are who you should reach out to!!!

I just purchased a vehicle from them. I took a long test ride over 30 minutes solo and went over the vehicle thoroughly. They replaced the window switch and fixed another minor issue I overlooked all in the few hours I had before needing it back. Knowledgeable mechanic and attention to detail.

The team at outright auto is the absolute best to work with. Not only did you get a personal experience, but more importantly you get a FANTASTIC used car. Jermain is super friendly, personable and easy to talk to. The owner (I think he was at least) is the same way as well. Zero complaints about the staff, my car or the process. I d recommend ANYBODY looking for a used car to buy here. I bought my 2010 Accord back in April 2022 and just now getting around to leaving a review. Best dealership in Delaware and well worth the drive to buy from. I couldn t be more blessed and grateful to come across them while looking through FB marketplace. Pic from April and Pic from today. Still running perfect , zero issues: even took it to HONDA dealer mechanic to go over and they said it s perfect. Thanks again OutRight auto!

Purchase a 09 Lexus GX470 in 8/2023. I was provided videos n photos of the car, left a deposit, then drove 3hrs to pick up the car. It was 95% what I was expecting and the vehicle drove better than I expected. The salesman Fran was amazing. Only reason for 4stars was I found an issue with the vehicle that they didn't want to fix which I understood because they did other work to it and my perm tags got lost, but Fran quickly sent me a replacement. I'd buy another car from them.

So I wasnt going to write a review but I just want to be honest with people thinking of buying. Yes they have nice cars and some have low mileage but me and my mother both got cars August 2023. I got a gmc and she got an Audi. My gmc had multiple problems that i immediately got fixed, as did my mother as well.We knew it would be some problems but as of today January 2024, my car was totaled out due to engine failure and my mother s Audi has been in the shop more than 6 times for multiple issues including engine failure. Just be careful because with getting ANY USED CARS but the fact both our vehicles are having the similar issues is just unbelievable. Failed engines, O2 sensors, tire pressure sensor issue, and other minor/major issues but like i stated be careful and please read the reviews.

These guys are excellent scam artists. Bought a car and was told absolutely nothing wrong and that it's inspection ready. Thing has a catastrophic EVAP leak as in the entire system is cracked and yes they would know about it because after a couple hours driving the entire cabin smells like fuel and you'd commit from the odor or pass out from monoxide poisoning. Engine sounds odd. I think they may have covered up a couple noises and issues . Major failures are also being found every week including camera system failures and breaking issues. These are far from small issues that you would expect with a used car I tried to reach out and see if there was some kind of agreement we could come to after discovering these major issues and I got no response. I've talked with a couple others in the area that have made the mistake of walking into this place and they should lose their license.

The whole process from start to end was quick and easy. The guys from the mechanic's to the the detailer went above and beyond. Fran the salesman was awesome to work with. Couldn't be more happy with the Cadillac Escalade.

The entire office staff was amazing and made my experience go so very smooth even after a few bumps in the road.. I have to say they definitely go above and beyond to make sure their customers (new & already existing) are completely satisfied and not just on the day your there buying the car . Thanks guys .. will definitely recommend Outright Auto for all your vehicle needs. Whether you re looking for a new ride or your existing one needs some work, both parts of this business (the dealership end and the mechanic shop) is great!!

I dealt with Fran Ramos and he was absolutely amazing! He made buying my daughter s first car so easy. He was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. He made the entire process effortless! I ll never shop anywhere for a car again! I highly recommend this dealership.

These people are a bunch of con artists I don't know where they got these reviews from but it's totally bogus this guy wasted my time saying I got into the Chevy Impala that was for ABS lights check engine lights all the bells and whistles were going off on the guy lied to me about the vehicle and kept on lying about the as I am a mechanic I just discovered that the wheel bearings not one but both of the wheel bearings were and he just kept lying to me folks I urge you stay away from this he is a con artist these people are selling cars that are ready to fall apart as soon as you hit a oh this is now this is from a mechanicsthat the car a total piece of junkw

FALSE INFORMATION !!!They DO sell vehicles that have mechanical issues. They should be ashamed of posting and putting the vehicles out on the lot and allowing customers to think that their driving away with something that is safe and reliable. We have had the worst experience with Outright Auto we have tried diligently to ask them to return our phone calls as well as our emails in regards to the numerous repairs that we have had to do on my daughters jeep so buyer beware I repeat, DO NOT buy a car from outright auto you WILL NOT be satisfied !

Absolutely terrible customer service! I bought a Honda Odyssey in November with a warranty that supposedly covered the Drive train. However, when my CV axle started failing, the dealership refused to honor the warranty, claiming that it was voided by a warranty purchased through my finance company, which they conveniently forgot to mention when I made the purchase.Even after I paid off the vehicle early and no longer had the finance company's warranty, the dealership still refused to honor their own warranty that covers the drive train. It's absolutely ridiculous that they would deceive customers like this and then refuse to honor their promises.If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer service, do NOT go to this dealership. They will cheat you out of your money and refuse to make things right. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I was interested in a Jeep at the Townsend location. After two weeks I was given a price as well as two items that the jeep needed before it would be for sale. At this point I gave a deposit on the vehicle based on the price and work that was required. Two weeks later I did not hear anything about the vehicle so I called and was told an update. A week later I did not hear anything about the Jeep again, so I called and received an update. Yesterday I missed a call from them and was unable to reach anyone with two attempts to return the call. Today I called again and was told that they could no longer offer the vehicle for the price that they originally told me. They said that I could pay more, not get the new tires it needed, or return my deposit. The frustrating part is that I was locked in on this jeep for over a month only to try and be talked into paying more money. I was refunded my deposit but will not recommend this place to anyone that I know looking for a used car.

Just moved to DE, this was one of several places I looked at and instantly felt like one of them, they wanted to make sure I was confident and happy with what I was getting. They made me feel like Family. It was a no brainer, and to top it off I had a transmission issue and they worked with me to get it repaired, money was the last thing they cared about, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND SOME don t be wrong and be right with OUTRIGHT
