Once again Brian the car King at colonialmotors has pleased my family. We have purchased 3 vehicles and love all them. He is honest and will work hard at trying to get you a affordable reliable vehicle. This is the only dealership i know you are not spending a whole day . tops an hour and u leaving in a car if you are ready. Thank you for everything. And to be a blessing is a blessing. I recommend colonial motors for car needs.. Especially the townsend location stop by check your options u wont be disappointed.

Adrian and Brian were absolutely AMAZING! I'm a first time buyer and both went out of there way , above and beyond to make sure I was 100% completely satisfied. I will absolutely send anyone and everyone I know to them. You are definitely in good hands with the MOT team.

On June 29th, 2023 I purchased my first car. Which so happened to be on my 18th birthday. As a struggling member of the Wilmington community I grew up without the proper training for adulthood. Including having little to no handouts given to me. Which makes people like me have to work 10x harder for what they deserve. I am blessed enough to say Brian got the job done. After being rejected by many other dealers ships Brian made it a priority to get me a car. He showed Sympathy towards my struggle while also remaining humble in his position. He made me feel welcomed and encouraged after I was about to give up hope. The world doesn t prepare you for the battles you will eventually face but having people like Brian and Charles definitely takes the load off. I am beyond grateful for the help and support I received at Colonial motors in Camden, De. They will forever be my recommendation for people looking for a new vehicle. Especially first time buyers such as myself. Thank you Brian & Charles !

I was looking for a car for my son and figured I would try a local business. I checked their inventory online and found a few reasonable options. I went to visit and the sales people were all very nice and took the time to show me some other options. I took the car we liked for a test drive. We heard a humming coming from the rear wheels. Turned out to be the bearings which they replaced quickly. Jabi was very helpful during the process and we were able to work out a deal. They checked-in after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. Three months later my son loves the car and we have not had any issues. I will definitely go back to them for my next used car.

I just purchased my daughters first car from here and can I tell you the service was phenomenal. Jabi and John are real examples of what extraordinary customer service should look and feel like. They are very personable and knowledgeable. I wanted to surprise my daughter for her 18th Birthday which was a few days after I finalized the purchase and Jabi immediately said they could keep the car there and deliver it to my home or to her job with a bow to surprise her. To top that off at the last minute I needed to change the delivery date because of the weather forecast and guess what ... they made it happen. Thanks again for the amazing customer service you really made my daughter s day special

Back in October we did this thing...We went to just look at a vehicle from colonial motors in Townsend. Service was amazing. Jabi was great, really knowledgeable and helpful. Worked with us to get a great deal. Definitely would refer friends and family. Thanks Jabi for all the hard work behind the scenes making this a great car buying experience. Six months later- couldn t be more happy with our purchase

Steve Ryan was an awesome sales person! He went above and beyond what he needed to with helping us get the vehicle we wanted. And it's absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend!! We will be trading my husband's truck in soon and will definitely be using Steve to help us.

Just bought our first vehicle from Colonial Motors in Townsend and what a great experience! Like a bunch of douchebags we showed up 30 min before they closed and we're quickly helped and offered a test drive of the one truck we came to see. My husband fell in love with it and an hour later we were driving out and headed home with a beautiful new Silverado. Every part of the process was easy and all the guys were so kind and accomodating. Honestly the easiest car-buying experience we've ever had. We'll be back for sure!

So refreshing to walk into a car dealership and work with folks who care about you vs. high pressured sales pitches. The available cars on their lot are pristine, mostly just off lease and priced below the competition. I never expected to buy my car from a smaller, non-corporate type dealership!! Well, going forward, I'll be back to my friends at Colonial motors. They are even installing a tow bar at no additional charge. Thanks Cathal, Anthony, Tom and team. Love the new ride.. just need to figure out how to use all the technology :)

I was able to purchase my Licoln MKC with the owner and sales person Jabi, he was not only able to get me preapproved with not so perfect credit .He was also able to make my car payments within my budget. Jabi went above and beyond in making this purcahse an overall great experience for me. His cars prices are well within reason and and are not overpriced as other car dealships....Colonial Motors is definitely worth your inquiry, trust me you wont regret it!!!!

Called Thursday morning about a ram they posted in carfax for $34k, talked to Ryan that morning and he told me the car was ready for sale so I made my way there in the afternoon. I was a 2 hour drive just to get there, when I was half way I noticed they changed the price in a matter of hours in their website to $39k so I called again and Ryan told me he would figure out and would call me back asap, never called back. I called again 30 minutes after and he said now the car was on service but would be ready for me when I get there, I asked again about the price difference and didn t get response.After 2 hours drive I got there and he just told me I m front of the other workers hey I told you not to come and that the car was not ready for sale, when I WAS TOLD by phone to come and see it. I m sure they record the calls because I called 3 times that day to make sure this didn t happenSo I ended up wasting almost 5 hours drive for a car they refused to sell for the price listed because was not ready and the sale price now is $39k instead of $34kSo if anybody is going to get a car at this place make sure you call at least 10 times, they may change the price when you re on the way.

Schane is extremely professional and very knowledgeable in regards to the automobiles on their lot. I couldn t have had a better experience with my purchase, and I most certainly plan on doing business with these guys in the future!! I reside in PA and they were on top of transferring my new vehicles info over from Del to Pa. Anthony was very helpful as well with financing. Ty Jay Tornetta

A very nice buying experience. The salesman Schane was very nice. No pressure to buy at all. Overall the car was in very good condition. No major issues with the car. I will definitely be going back when the next time I am looking for a new car.

Best customer service experience ive ever had at a car dealership. John and jabi were amazing. Both really knowledgeable and helpful. They were also very honest and genuine, would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone i come across.

Car was fine, price was fair. But after being told time and time again that things would be taken care of and would be handled and being let down with false promises from Schane. We decided in the future to take our business elsewhere. The other salesman seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Purchased a car from them a year ago to now have paint chipping and dealership to tell me it had been in an accident and the fix was incorrect. Car was $35k. I will NEVER purchase another car from them nor will I refer or recommend them.

Went in today looking to purchase a car, upon arrival was greeted by excellent staff and then Steve Ryan the salesman was a great help and in a timely manner I left in a new car. Highly recommend they have a great selection!
