Frank is the best and most trustworthy car dealer! Sarah was also very helpful! She scheduled my vehicle to be picked up from my job for my first oil change. It was returned to me before I got off from work. Angel was the driver that made sure everything went smoothly. The staff is courteous and offers outstanding service!

Least motivated bunch of salesman I ve ever witnessed in my life. I have excellent credit and they quoted me a 12% interest rate, nearly double than the current average. The trade-in offer was an insult at 20% of the Blue Book value. I was given an astronomically outrageous projected payment schedule and then they stared at me blankly as I asked them what rate they ran me under to give me that abomination of an offer. There s been a lot of interest in the specific vehicle I m looking at but no one can get financed, here I am with a 820 credit score and they let me walk right out. I have 4 drivers in my house that like new cars, so we re looking for newer vehicles at an average of every 2-4 years. Willis Fords salesman are hustling backwards.

So I take a vehicle to Willis Ford Smyrna to have a vibration fixed. Well months and month later, thousands of dollars later after multiple repairs due to miss diagnosis, the problem got worse and worse. With having the vehicle for weeks at a time and still not fixed the problem went on so long it caused even more damage and now I m expected to pay thousands more to fix a problem I paid to fix on multiple occasions.In the beginning it was Spark plug wiresThan no it s steering damper problem,No tire balance problem,No it s a normal vibration,No front axle problem,No transmission service problem flush and drive it.Months and thousands of dollars later the original problem was found to be the torque converter and got so bad it destroys the transmission due to dealership not diagnosing the problem and now wants thousands more to fix what I already paid to have fixed which would of originally been a 800-1200 repair not 8-10k thanks Willis ford Smyrna and Jay the manager for charging me thousands to fix a problem that was never fixed. Highly recommend never using them. Be seeing you in court Willis ford along with Delaware, Better Business Bureau, and Delaware consumer affairs. Thank you Willis Ford Smyrna and Jay the manager for Horrible service and screwing your customers. Stay far away from Willis ford

Had a minor problem with reinstalling my interior dome lights. Called and was taken in. Something I spent over 20 minutes trying to fix myself, but they solved it in less than 5 minutes. Great communication and care! Highly recommend!

Who ever runs their instagram page needs to be fired their marketing sucks . Also constantly responding to why do you feel this way to every comment. Just face it your marketing team sucks. Do better .

I found exactly what I was looking for with Willis Ford in Smyrna! Their staff is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Frank was an exceptional sales representative and just an overall great guy. I felt comfortable with him and that's important when you have to make an important business decision.I've never had that experience in a dealership before. They have earned a repeat customer and someone who will absolutely refer everyone I can there. Top notch!I included a few pics (and ended up naming her Cleopatra ).

Had my vehicle repaired here. Pricey, but they got it fixed and got it done fast. I was tired of going to smaller shops filled with mechanics that don't know what they're doing, only to have to go back for the same problem again and again. Everyone here was very polite and great to deal with. Will definitely be going back.

This goes out to Rob in the service department. We have had alot of problems with our Ford Focus transmission. If it wasn't for Rob it would have been a real headache. He went above and beyond the normal scope of his job and took the time to explain what he could do to help with the situation. I would recommend the Willis Ford service department solely because of Rob.

Rating on service department only. Would be a 1 star but because of Rob being so helpful I give a 2 star.Can't even get the oil change right! Well that's kinda what their service manager said. Said maybe his team didn't fill the oil completely. Must have no faith in his team.

Purchased a vehicle here a few days ago and drove 7 hours to this dealership as I could tell the people working here were forthcoming and transparent with their pricing when contacting them over the phone and online. I was able to buy a Mustang I've been eyeing for quite some time. I went through Michael Pulliam who was straightforward and able to get everything done smoothly without being pushy at all. He was very helpful throughout the purchase process and setup of the vehicle. The rest of the staff treated me like an actual person, not a number as well. Smaller dealership but honestly a far better experience than the larger ones with deceptive business practices and that look to trick you into buying extras you don't want. Definitely a dealership to trust. I would recommend checking out Willis Ford if they have what you want in stock!

Have purchased numerous vehicles here over the decades, and the service department has been good and bad over the years. Currently it s horrible, my brand new truck has been sitting there almost 3 weeks now, intermittent starting issue and has left me stranded unable to start. Things happen, but my truck has been sitting for over 2 weeks without being moved, they say it s not doing it, I went to pick it up and it 2 weeks ago and it had the exact same issue not wanting to start. The dealership where I bought it is going to get it. At one point I was told they are swamped with work and unable to get to it, which may be true, to repeatedly be told there is nothing wrong with my truck is unacceptable, why would I make this issue up. This issue has definitely left me with I will never buy another vehicle there again, nor return for service. The take it where you bought it attitude is unacceptable. Just leaving it sit on your lot till I get frustrated enough to take it elsewhere shows how you really feel about your customers.UpdateTruck was towed to winner ford, there is a tech service bulletin on that exact issue with my truck, it was a $43 relay. 3 weeks wasted waiting on Willis, but you guys got your wish and I took it elsewhere. The young lady customer service is very nice, you guys need to learn, I m not an interruption to your business day, I m the reason for it.

I recently had an excellent experience at Willis Ford with the Service Dept. I had an ongoing issue with an older vehicle (2010) and Rob Rumfelt remained poised, professional and communicative throughout the whole process. They ve serviced my car for 13 years now and it still runs impeccably! My newer vehicle is now under their care as well! I highly recommend this service department for any of your car repair needs. Awesome job Rob! Thanks so much!

By far one of the best, and most unusual experiences I've ever had when looking at a new vehicle. The lease on my 2020 Explorer was about to expire. While getting a oil change a couple weeks earlier, I spoke with sales rep Frank Lauro. Side note frank has been at Willis Ford for 22 years.I told him what the situation was. I gave him some info on my explorer.He was surprised to hear it only had 14,400 miles on it. He told me as much as he'd like to lease or sell me a new vehicle, he thinks I should consider keeping the one I have!WHAT! something I've never heard a sales rep say. A couple weeks later I stopped in to speak with Frank again. We spent almost 3 hrs talking.We discussed everything. To Lease, purchase, or keep my existing vehicle. He did all the math for all options. We also talked about warrantees. Being on fixed income, he convinced me to keep my 2020 explorer. I can't possibly speak more highly of any sales rep, or a better dealership then Willis Ford. So if your in need of a new or used vehicle, I would strongly encourage you go to Willis Ford, and speak with Frank Lauro Jr.

My 2015 F-250 developed a massive oil leak and dump 2/3's of its oil in my driveway. The truck also had a coolant leak and a few minor warranty items. The workmanship from the technician was great, but the customer service from the service manager was ridiculously bad. The manager was incapable of answering questions about what had actually caused the leak. Further, when I asked him if I could speak to the technician who had repaired the vehicle, he stated the techs aren't allowed to speak with customers. When the truck was towed to the dealership, I supplied a typed list that included the viscosity of the oil used in the truck (5w40). When I picked up the truck, it was filled with 10w30. When I asked the service manager why they used the lighter weight oil his response was that was what Ford said to use. I tow with the vehicle constantly and the owner's manual disagrees with his assessment. His parting shot to me was to let me know that his dealership policy is to turn away vehicles multiple warranty claims and send customers to their servicing dealership. When I asked what the servicing dealership is he stated the place where I get my oil changed. ( I change my own oil). I'd love to see the Ford warranty fine print that says only certain Ford dealerships honor warranties. I left a message for the owner of the dealership to call me and have never received a call back. If you want good work on your vehicle coupled with terrible and disrespectful treatment from the service manager, Willis Ford is the place to go.Update...the coolant is still leaking... treated horribly and there is still a problem!!!!!!!Update # 2: Still never received a call from Willis Ford of Smyrna. Took the vehicle to Hertrich's Capital in Dover where I was allowed to speak with the diesel technician (Marty). I explained the issue and showed him the leak on the cooler. Problem solved...this is the place to go if you have a diesel truck!!Update # 3: Sent this complaint to corporate Ford and waiting for response.

Dealing with Willis Ford in Smyrna has been great! I bought my Ford Escape brand new and Frank was our dealer and took excellent care of us! We take all our vehicles to Willis Ford for our services and repairs for over 5 years now! They get it right everytime! And of course when it's time to trade up I will be going back to Willis!

Horrible service can t diagnose issues correctly and charge thousands for things that are not wrong and after 8 months the original issue caused even more damage from the dealer not fixing it right the first time stay far away from this place

He personalized my vehicle so that everything was perfect when I pulled off the lot! Dan S. the Finance Manager was fantastic with explaining all the Finance options and made the delivery very smooth! I recently bought my first vehicle from here. I went to multiple dealerships and only at Willis did I receive excellent experience from Frank in sales. He had no problem going over all of my concerns and took my budget and wish list seriously as he helped me go through several options. Not your typical dealership (in a great way!). I needed to get my car serviced for recalls, and they were very hospitable! With a different make and dealership, I've dealt with recalls and while there was nothing wrong with their service in any way, it felt very much like a quick, impersonal business transaction. It really served to highlight for me the exceptional above and beyond service of Willis Ford. They made sure I didn't have any questions, alerted me quickly when it was going to take longer than expected (waiting on a part) and gave me flexible options. It was a very neighborly atmosphere, and she even brought my car around for me! It's worth noting that I bought my car from a personal sale and not a dealership, but didn't treat me any differently. Might be a little corny, but I'd say they treated me like I was a part of the Ford family. This dealership is a great representative of the brand!

Our Explorer had a sensor issue and would not move. We had it towed to Willis. Even though they had no open appointments for several weeks, Willis quickly fixed the issue. Thank you for the fast service!!

My husband and I saw the Ford Ranger at a car show in Smyrna and knew it was exactly what we wanted. We did some online investigation. Then, went to a Ford dealership in Dover. We took the vehicle for a test drive but didn't make the deal. It just didn't feel right to us price wise. The next day we headed to Willis in Smyrna. Nate was the sales associate that assisted us. We test drove another Ranger. Nate was amazing. We purchased the truck we wanted for less than we expected. I waited to write the review to see how service would be after the sale. We asked for a front license plate bracket at the time of purchase. Within a week it was provided. We were very happy with Nate for following through. He did an exceptional job.

This is the second time I've dealt with them and I am super impressed again. My first vehicle was a Ford Fusion and my sales person was Frank Lauro. Both myself and members of my family have purchased vehicles from Frank at Willis Ford. Each time we have gone in and said "this is what I want and this is my budget." Each time Frank gives us the pros and cons of what we were asking and gives us the best option. I have asked for vehicles that they do not have on the lot and he has worked to find the right vehicle for me at the right price. On top of always helping find the right vehicle for the right price, Frank is knowledgeable about the product. My most recent purchase was this week, I was blown away at how simple and transparent the process continues to be with this dealership. Willis Ford makes the car buying experience a painless one and I will continue to give them my business.

I had both cars in for routine oil change and tire rotation the other week and Willis service confirmed I needed to order tires for one. One car was dropped off and one I waited for and both were done on time as stated. Last night I dropped one vehicle for new tires and it was completed before I expected it to be finished and they promptly called me. I worked with Rob in service and he was EXCELLENT in helping me through the decision process, scheduling, follow up and explaining the rebates. Service is always completed in the time they tell you and is always outstanding. Sign up for the Quick Lane/Ford credit card and you can get 0% deferred financing, rebates and other deals. If you live in Middletown, Willis Ford in Smyrna is the closest full service dealer around that you can trust and depend on no matter what type of vehicle you have. Let me say that we have always dreaded buying cars. After our experience with Willis Ford I can't wait to come back. We worked with Nate and he was phenomenal! He listened to what we needed and what our wish list was. He found the perfect vehicle and worked to make sure it was within our budget. I have never driven a brand new car before, and because of Nate we are going home with a brand new Ford Escape. I more than highly recommend Willis Ford, and of course Nate! Thank you for our new car and the great experience!
