The absolute best place to buy an RV in the mid Atlantic. They are friendly, informative and they go above and beyond to make the transaction easy and workable. A few issues came up in our purchase process and they went out of their way to accommodate us. They legitimately feel like a family business and best of all, they are not pushy salespeople whatsoever. We feel fortunate to have found them and recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV near them. Can also say that after looking at dozens of RV dealers, they have the best prices.

I cannot express how wonderful I find the staff in the service and parts department. Every time I have called Parkview or been in for service, the staff are polite, professional, responsive and friendly. It is obvious they are very dedicated to providing the best customer and technical service that they can. I even stopped on my way to New Jersey when I felt like there was an issue with my tires. They immediately took my camper to the service area and checked the air pressure and the integrity of the tires.I am very glad there is such a quality center for me to bring my RV.

Really, 4.5. We had a leak in our sliding door window, and made an appt. to address it, ~2 weeks in advance. Got the 8:00 a.m. slot, not realizing they do a team meeting til 8:20 [grumble]. It takes a while to do intake, as the man seemed quite pre-occupied [more grumbles]. Tried to upsell me on $200 every 6 month service that pressurizes the roof to see soap bubble leaks. "But my leak is in the door, doesn't connect to the roof internally, not interested in fixing something that isn't broken..." WTH?Same thing as on the phone when I made this appt.. I was warned their caulk gets about 6 months before Winnebago wants payment, blah, blah.90 minutes later, with asheaf of paper, "I need your phone # again. In case they refuse payment. This is obviously a warrantee repair. They never even caulked that window." The world is a great place, no problem, any thing we want. I actually get them to caulk another window if the goop is flowing.I also purchase a listed RV to household adapter listed about 2/3 above Amazon pricing, and the guy gives it to me for a buck less than Amazon. [SCORE!!]Spent time letting it cure, there are brunch places nearby where we didn't get above 35mph...Our trip extends to Florida. So far, three deluges, zero leaks.I guess I was expecting some less dispassionate service. I also have no idea if they all got bad news at their team meeting.I got my beeds met, in short order, extra service on top, and a deal on one item I'd been concerned abput delivery if I bought it on-line.4.5 stars.

I have dealt with the Parkview service department several times over the last few years and have found them helpful, professional and fair. While they are a good hour and a half from my home, I have learned the hard way that they are worth the drive. The RV industry is notorious for poor service. Parkview stands alone as being competent and trustworthy. We have had incomplete and/or faulty repairs, unreturned emails and phone calls, lame excuses and broken promises from service centers and mobile RV repair people in Maryland, Delaware and Florida over the past 9+ years. All of our dealings with Parkview have been superb. After enduring numerous nightmares elsewhere, we will never use anyone but Parkview if we can help it.

Would not recommend Parkview RV at all. We purchased new camper in March of 2023, and had a list issues that needed to be addressed. Now the camper is not even a year old, and has a leak. It is at a seasonal site and they are refusing to up hold the warranty unless we bring the camper to the dealership. Which is not what they told us when we purchased it. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I've been dealing with Tim (Sales Rep) online, through texts and email for over one year. He was professional and courteous. He never pressured a sale. He informed me that he had a unit that may fit our needs. It is a perfect trailer for us if we ultimately decide to start camping.

The whole crew at Parkview RV made our shopping and buying experience a joy. We drive 3 hours to see these guys and it's well worth it. Shout outs to Brian who I contacted first, then Tim and Amy, Craig and Greg, Pappy, Jeff and Renai, and even the sweet poodle mix running around, he is SO friendly. There were others that helped too, but I didn't get their names. Such a great place to go for an RV. I highly recommend them!

We were greeted right away and taken on a tour of campers. The salesman was knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience.

Can't say enough bad about this place!Tim is your typical scammer salesman who is your best buddy before the sale, but a ghost after the sale. Not to mention selling us a worthless $3500 warranty that hasn't covered my first seven problems with this trailer. Yep, seven! Then there's the owner that ran my credit through several creditors instead of just one even after I told her I have a perfect 850 credit score. I am 60 and have never been turned down for anything in my life! When I asked her about it, she lied and said she only ran it once. My credit report states otherwise. Then there's Pappy. A nice old man, for sure. But he takes you through an hour plus long orientation that focused more on sexual innuendos when explaining dimmer switches than the actual functioning and amenities of the trailer. He knew it was our first trailer and never went over the dump tanks or slide outs or any of the big, important stuff. He just kept going back to the dimmer switches and nudging me to the point my wife and I both felt very uncomfortable.Just absolutely no support or help whatsoever after the sale!

My wife and I joined the RV community this year and we have found ourselves lucky to have chosen Parkview as our dealer. They have been exceedingly accommodating to our family and our inexperience with RVs in general not only walking us through the ins and outs of operating our vehicle, but helping us navigate a roadside emergency while on vacation and helping us get back on the road! My son has already expressed an interest in owning a camper when he gets older, so I think I know where we will find ourselves looking for one in the future. Thanks Parview, you really saved the day for us with that tire issue!

Sales, service and parts are separate. Appointment required. Should have declined their "schooling". From watching YouTube we knew more about the unit than their rep and the hitch guy was a joke. Good luck!5 hrs to get a hitch and brake controller installed. We were there over lunch without a vehicle and had planned to eat lunch. We were offered crackers and water.Having purchased a new travel trailer we were put thru their system - meet everyone. Lots of business cards. No acknowledgement of a 2 hour time slot gone bad. Best part was as we get a few mile from the dealer pulling out newest toy we get called because a tech left tools in my truck. Yee Haa.Love the camper!Experience at this dealer was disappointing. Two years laterThe biggest disappointment is their sales tactics. Be alert! Once our salesperson found they could not upsell an over priced warranty plan they bailed and we were on our own. We still love the camper.

Bought a new camper one year ago the service department is a joke. We were told to make a list of everything that needed fixed and they would come to the park and fix everything. They came to the park and didn't have the parts to fix everything. We agreed for them to take the camper to Smyrna after the park closed repair black tank, air conditioner and a couple small things and return it before December. We came back the camper was still in Smyrna and the black tank and air conditioner was not fix. They returned the camper not repaired and as of today still has not done the repairs. This place is a joke and should be put out of business.

Absolutely worse s customer service we have ever come across. Spend 45,000 for camper and bought extra warranty. Air conditioner broke less than 1 year. Call for help with this they don t return call after call after call and than when we finally got hold of someone the answer is read your manual. No matter how many times we reach out it was the same. They do not care and do not have good customer service. We have a place in Guilsway and you better believe we put the word out about Parkview as did the hvac repair guy. Next stop is camp Taucaho to spread the word. Shame on you parkview for treating a paying customer this way

It seems that it is impossible to find a good rv place for service. Parkview not only proved that in addition to that but more the 1/2 dozen times I took my camper there I doubled that because they could never do the repairs right the 1st time making over a dozen trips. On top of that damaged my camper thing s missing that cannot be replaced and blamed me for their problems. Including the owners they are willing to tell you to go away and not come back rather than fix there problems and do a good job that you are paying for. So thank you park view for throwing us away and all the damages and undone repairs and things taken and damaged that you cannot take the blame for.Good riddance I will be sure to do without a camper for life. How do you live your pompous life?I can not believe that you want to blame someone else s work for your total lack and failure to fix something not to mention it was your own work or did you forget or you just don t want the public to know how awful you are. And again you tell people to go away rather than to fix your broken department and and awful work.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating...UNTIL they have your money. Purchased a truck camper that was the last on the lot. They wouldn't budge on price even a dollar ( ok, supply and demand). After weeks of setting up the delivery, and having an AC installed we arrived to pick it up. After an overnight stay and a few hour training course we get ready to hit the road to Florida (which they were aware of) only to realize upon further inspection that the control module screen for all safety systems was not working. That would leave us with no control of or monitor or propane tanks, etc. A service person came out to inspect and right in front of us mentioned that a part had been taken off of it. On top of that, the convertible table had also been salvaged to be used in another camper and we were told they would replace with the correct one ASAP. So they were perfectly okay charging full price for a camper ravaged for parts, including arguably one of the safest ones and were going to let us leave like that.A few months after delivery, we started getting harassing calls from the service department that we owed hundreds for the installation costs to get our truck ready for the camper. We were told by our salesperson not once but TWICE this cost was included in the sale cost during the sale process..Less than a year after purchasing, after realizing it no longer worked for our lifestyle we made the hard choice to sell the camper back to them. They couldnt have been less bothered to work with us, and even lowballed us to get us off their plate. Even knowing this we had to take their offer because of our need to get the camper off our property. When first considering their offer we mentioned the table we were still owed and the salesperson attemtped to pawn us off to service to "see if they have it" despite being assured BY HIM we would be called when it was available, because their money had already been made. No integrity to make us whole after the amount paidWhen arriving to sell it back, the salesperson couldn't get us out faster, even making my husband install our tailgate on the ground in a puddle in a torrential downpour. No offer of help or to pull the truck inside. Just appalling treatment

Me and my husband visited this place on 1/15/22. We went in the office and had to sign in which is fine. We waited for about 5 minutes before a salesman by the name of Danny approached us. He asked what we were in the market for. We told him we were new to this camping thing and was interested in looking at a travel trailer. He got the keys and took us out to the yard and unlocked the one we were interested in but had informed us it was sold. Okay no biggie still got to look at to get a idea. He then proceeded to have us look at another one and told us he would be right back wanted to get a bigger jacket since it was very cold out and that he would be right back to show us some more. We waited and waited and waited and he never returned. We walked around the lot and looked at some more that were unlocked . We even looked at some 5th wheels that caught our eye and had some questions but Danny never returned to help us. With that being said they lost our business because of him never returning to help a customer. Will not be returning here because of poor customer service.Hopefully the manager will have a talk with Danny. Thanks

We finalized our sale of our new camper yesterday, and the whole process has really been pretty great. We started working with Danny in December to pick out our new camper, choose all the options, and he answered our many questions, contacting Forest River for answers when needed.Camper came in last week and we closed yesterday, with a fair trade in.Ryan ensured everyone was so welcoming to our family yesterday through the whole place and process.Bruce did our tour and training and did a great job! He was patient and answered every question, as we're transitioning from a class C to a travel trailer. We stayed the night at Parkview plugged in to test everything and felt comfortable before leaving. Our Blue Ox was mounted as well as the rear view cam.In the morning, Bruce walked us through how to hook up the trailer to the truck and unhook. When I had a question after parking in storage and unhooking, Danny responded and walked us through it over the phone. We are looking forward to so many more amazing travel adventures!

During the purchasing process, Parkview employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Every experience since then has been horrible. The customer service is definitely lacking once they have your money. We were treated like we were a bother, not a customer, after the sale was final. Our next RV purchase will not be from Parkview!

The service was great and our sales person Jeff Ray was the best. He explained everything and took really great care of us. Even through in extras for us. I highly recommend this dealership and ensure you ask for Jeff Ray when you visit. He will ensure you have the best experience and all your questions are answered. I am so happy with my travel trailer and they made the purchase, set up, hitch installation and delivery so easy and smooth it was just amazing. Best dealer ever.

We bought a Forest River Salem 28VBXL last month. Danny was a terrific sales rep whose relaxed and professional assistance allowed us to find us the right trailer for our needs. Their service department has been very good with adding upgrades, warranty repairs, and general maintenance. Highly recommend them above many other local dealers.

The pre-sales team was great. However, there were a couple of issue with our pre-owned RV that still haven't been resolved after 7 week. I've called so many times I've memorized the phone number. If service and parts were as good as sale this place would get 5 stars but their not. In fact their so bad the best I can give them is 2 starts.

Our very first RV purchase and experience and it could not have gone better. We first met Jeff Ray and Danny from the Parkview RV team at the Hershey RV show. Jeff spent several hours with us talking through every detail of the trailer, and even brought in manufacturer reps to provide more detailed info. We decided to take the plunge and order our RV at the show, knowing it would take a few months to be built and shipped to Parkview. Once it came in, Jeff offered us dates to come down and get a walkthrough and even offered an overnight stay in the RV with full hookups on their property to test everything out. When we arrived, we were greeted at Parkview as if we were well known family! Everyone knew our name and was hospitable and polite. Will gave us a 3 hour inch by inch tour of the RV inside and out and answered all questions, while Tim a friendly service tech installed the hitch on the truck and RV. We stayed overnight testing the oven, shower, fireplace, and all other items. The following morning we made coffee and breakfast in the RV and walked a few feet to the service desk where we were promptly greeted. We walked through two or three minor things to be tweaked with Craig, the service manager. He and his team were helpful and quick and took care of the minor tweaks, winterized the RV and got us set up to test drive with the truck. Tim walked us through hitching and unhitching and we went for a spin. All went well and we were on our way. We live about 2 miles from another reputable RV dealer, but the service Jeff, Danny and the service team (Craig and Mike) offered was unbeatable and we chose to go with Parkview despite a 90 minute drive from our home. We can't thank the Parkview RV team enough for such a wonderful experience on this life event! Highly recommend Parkview RV to anyone!

Dan Walsh did a wonderful job of putting us in a Travel Trailer within our budget. And Parkview made sure we had a understanding of everything on the travel trailer before we left with it. We even are having a night stay over there to try things out, so if we have anymore questions after we can get them answered before we leave. Great service all around.

I couldn't reach the service department and finally gave up after being on hold for 10 mins, but still had to give 3 stars for the hold messages from Outdoor John. Quite amusing.

Abysmal service department. After my trailer was struck by another trailer I brought it in for an estimate. That was in October. Despite repeated calls to the service department I keep getting the run around when I call as no one can seem to find the estimate or the parts that were allegedly ordered. Avoid this service department.

Wanted to buy a 2021 Lance 2375 Travel trailer. Everything was fine....UNTIL I informed my salesman that I wanted to have the trailer inspected by a third party inspector at my expense. He called me 5 minutes after I informed him of this via email and said under no circumstances is an inspector allowed on the premises. Mind you, this was a NEW travel trailer. A few weeks prior to that my wife had a question about the counter top color. I called him and asked, he said he would get back to me about that. No response .....mention the word INSPECTOR and I get a call back within 5 minutes. I was spending 62000 with these people. !!! I just wanted to protect myself from poor quality control from the Lance since these are being cranked out like crazy because everyone want an RV. Actually , ALL manufacturers are cranking them out. He said OH !!! we do a VERY thorough inspection !!! Yeah.....sure you do. Think about it . My camper was to arrive late fall. I might get one trip in. The rest of the time its sitting in my driveway unused as the warranty time is ticking by. (ONE YEAR) We had a brief slightly heated discussion over the phone. He did immediately refund my 2000 depost. DONT BUY FROM ANY DEALER THAT DOESN'T ALLOW AN INSPECTOR ON THEIR PROPERTY.
